Kicked out for filming trains, I speculate the guy who asked me not to film is impersonating staff. Also the platforms are weirdly designed.

Well kept small station. Unfortunately disabled or pushchair access is a problem, so is a bit of overcrowding in the underpass at peak times. Other than that it has a toilet and waiting facilities to keep you warm and dry!

It is very neglected but the trains that pass fast and are fine

This station is served by southern trains the ticket hall area is very small with just 3 ticket barriers to go through. There is no disabled access to the platforms only stairs. The underpass to get to the platforms are very narrow toilets are available inside the station. High speed trains go through this station. Cash machine right outside the station.

Had to pay £5.50 for a full day parking when I only required an hour. Grr

Nicw stations and on route to South Croydon which has many handy shops including Richer Sounds for TV or Hifi needs, a Post Office, a few upmarket bars and supermarkets. Most, importantly quiet so get your shopping done. Support the local station and the local business.

Excellent customer service today, I wanted tickets to get to the NEC Birmingham for a group of 4 from different starting points and really felt as though I'd got the best possible deal. A totally "can do" attitude.

I travel everyday and always looking forward to see the staffs that are very helpful and friendly. Staffs are the complete definition of customer service.
