An older lady helped me (Joan?). Extremely rude and judgemental. She made it continuously obvious how irritated and full of disapproval she was in response to my answers. Don't always use protection? She sighs deeply. Can't remember exactly when the last time you had intercourse was? She tuts loudly. At one point it got so bad I had to actually explicitly tell her I got the impression she was angry in some way and why that may be. She didn't even respond, just stormed out "needing to speak to the doctor" for the fifth time. To top it all off she made several factually incorrect claims, whilst rudely snapping at me that I was wrong in what I was saying (it is easily verifiable that she was making false claims about symptoms not being indicative of a certain disease). Never in my entire life have I experienced something like this at a medical center - I left speechless.

Such an easy experience. Walk in is no different to booking an appointment. I got seen within 20-30 mins, after filling out a form, and lovely receptionist and doctor. You have to book with certain things, such as contraception etc... but its definitely a recommended clinic. It was very clean and comfortable.

So far, I have had only good experience with this clinc. Most of the time, it's impossible to get appointments for the day after in Central London clinics, but this one seems not to be so busy and helped me get assessed faster. Seems efficient and respectful. Hopefully, it will stay like this.

Good staff and extremely clean office. I had a pre-booked appointment and was seen 20-25 minutes after my appointment time. Still, considering the troubles I go through to get appointments with my normal GP, this was a breath of fresh air and I'm glad I've discovered them!

Really great service. Waiting time was only around 15 mins, and my doctor was extremely friendly and amazing at putting me at ease, as he knew it was my first examination (I can't remember his name, but he's the guy from Yorkshire!). I recommend this place to everyone, especially those going to a sexual health clinic for the first time who are feeling nervous about it.

Rebecca was amazing; she put me at ease when I went for a check up before getting serious with a boyfriend. The results were ready the same day and the place was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for your help today.

Amazing that I was able to get a next-day appointment. What most impressed me was how brilliant the staff are here. It really highlights how much we should value and cherish the NHS and the people who work in it.

Excellent clinic, i cannot recommend it enough. With all cut from NHS to my local sexual health services , this clinic has by far exceeded my expectation. I was seen twice and waited less then 20 minutes each time. Sharon the receptionist was very kind and accomodating my special request today by allowing me to come bck later as i had to rush for an appointment. The young male doctor who saw me today was super professional and really put me at ease explaining my symptoms and reassuring me. Results are also super fast and available from the same day Absolutely amazed by this service . Thank you all so much

The best ever non-private service I have experienced so far in London. Fast, unbiased and very professional. Fantastic staff and fecilities. Up to about 25 minutes waiting time for a walk-in appointment. All sounds unreal and too good to be true. Thank you so very much!

Having just moved back to the UK from America, even with strikes and budget cuts the NHS is an absolute Godsend. Staff here were all so friendly, I was seen 15 mins early, I felt very respected and safe even in a typically uncomfortable appointment due to the exposing nature. Cannot recommend this clinic enough, thank you to all the staff who are true heroes in the health field.

I've spoken to two doctors there and both were absolutely wonderful. I'm sorry, I've already forgotten both their names. The receptionists are very nice too.

I booked online. It was my first visit and I went early anticipating some delay! Everything was excellent. No waiting time as was called in 5 mins before my appointment time. The toilets were clean. The staff was helpful. The clinic is new and well equipped. Dr Penny and Nurse Ady was excellent. Dr Penny - Very professional and high experienced. I had a blood test and did not feel the needle. I highly recommend her. I got the coil and felt very comfortable with the treatment.

This clinic is the best place I've been so far in London. I am in the premenopausal stage and I needed an IUD because I had heavy bleeding. Dr. Brenton Wait was the one who implanted the IUD and the next day I felt much better. He provided me the best facilities and excellent treatment. I was very pleased with the result and if I'll have another problem in the future, I'll come again without hesitation. The nurse Jo and I can't remember the other name) were very profesional and kind. I was checked without any appointment and they were very quick and efficient. The receptionists were friendly and they had good attitude towards me. I wish all the doctors and clinics work the way these guys do. Words are powerless to express my gratitude. Came here as a walk-in, the waiting was 20-30 mins, absolutely amazing. Dr. Rashi visited me and I was impressed by his professionalism and well as the nurse's. The facility is brand new and perfectly clean. Highly recommend if you want to see a free, good gynecologist urgently.

First trip to the clinic and cannot fault it at all. I was seen fifteen minutes ahead of my appointment and Michael, the clinician I saw, was an absolute delight! He was so friendly and made me feel entirely at ease. 5*!

I went to the clinic laat week and I must admit that Ms. Bent was the most professional and efficient nurse I have ever met. She genuinely cares about her job and it was done in an effortless manner. It is never a pleasant experience but she truly made a massive difference so I am very grateful I got to be seen by her. She is a precious gem and a credit to the NHS.
