Panto 2023 Beauty and the Beast was an amazing watch. Seating in the circle was way too cramped, however staff were very accommodating when issue was explained to them. Glad to say rest of panto was watched and enjoyed without pain. Maybe a streaming service or live TV screen shown in comfort of the bars could be looked into, seeing as you've paid for ticket and can't enter without tickets being scanned. Be easier for those unable to access seats, especially when disabled seats fully booked.

Great little theatre. We saw in the night garden live and the show was great for little ones. The venue is attached to a large story car park and the entry in and out was swift. Would visit again

The Swan theatre is an excellent night out as always though food and drinks pretty expensive more now, Double drink and coke and 1 half a coke £9:40. Definitely ordered different seating area half way from front, DEFINITELY NOT WHERE ticket allocated us.Comp error but happy with viewing but i know E TKT was different to the dots i touched when booking event. Good venue for all the family depending what's on obviously but do recommend this venue GREAT PLACE SHOWS 👍.

What a wonderful experience. I haven't been in a theatre in ages. The atmosphere was electric. I enjoyed the "Someone Like You" show.

The staff is very kind, facilities are clean and well taking care of. I enjoyed the concert, good quality sound and inviting to stand up and dance! Lovely experience.

Lovely place. Well organised by staff. Love being able to order refreshment for at-seat delivery. Seating a bit cramped though.

We had reserved a table before a show for 5.30pm. We were served by very friendly staff. The food was very tasty but it took a very long time to arrive. We hadn't received our mains by 7pm (we ordered about 5.50pm and had two starters that arrived promptly). We had to eat rather fast to get in to see the performance. However, staff were apologetic and gave us a free round of drinks, and pudding was ready and waiting for us in the interval. The food was very tasty though. Possibly a shortage of kitchen staff was the issue. It wouldn't put me off going again.

I visited here for the first time this week after living in High Wycombe for years. The BNU graduation was great. The venue was great with excellent facilities and helpful staff alongside the uni staff. I look forward to hearing back here next year.
