Amazing experience and 10/10 would recommend. Some of the best customer service I've seen, owner was very nice, accommodating and answered all my questions before the booking as well. Good price and will definitely be back again.

Turly one of the best nights out me and my friend group have had. We went late January and have already booked another room for later this month. Could not fault it. The place is easy to book, good value for money and well organised when we got there.

Fantastic fun, private Karaoke rooms, fab host James made sure we knew how to work everything, brought our drinks and made sure we had everything we needed.

The place looked absolutely amazing, very professional equipment and upmarket. It's the best Karaoke club in southern England. The staff were very approachable. We were able to find all the songs we looked for. Would highly recommend and well worth a visit.

The sound system is a bit off, no matter how we adjusted the volume you had to pretty much shout the songs through the mic in order to hear yourself which causes a pretty painful night (both on the throat and ears lol). And then when you do shout it’s suddenly very loud. Also not many artists to choose from, and even fewer songs. We just about had enough to last us our 3 hour session, but we were scraping the barrel towards the end and it takes away the possibility of coming back. Aside from that though, it was a fun time. Nice place, nice staff and easy access to drinks throughout.

A great experience! Very fun. Our server Cameron was absolutely excellent, and incredibly friendly. (Thank you Cameron!) (The only thing preventing a 5-star review is the limited range of songs available. The selection is very good, however there were several very popular songs that were unavailable on their system, which slightly hindered the fun.)

Pro's: Room looks lovely and has plenty of room to enjoy and dance around, and drinks provided were good. Con's : Drinks in package missing, karaoke song list is very poor not a good enough selection. The time is regimented strictly and you can spend a majority of your time trying to find any of the big karaoke songs. If you need tech support this takes time and takes away from your time slot.

Fun evening with friends but could be easily 5 stars. The actual karaoke system is unnecessarily complicated to use, it auto defaults to the same songs (ie. Adele or Taylor Swift) which is infuriating after an hour. Drinks are unnecessarily extortionate and the rooms aren't exactly cheap to begin with.

Pros: very shiny! Lots of money spent on the place and it looks lovely. We had a very nice greeting and got upgraded to another room which had a separate toilet in it! Cons: Expensive, very small drinks (even the water came in a very small glass!), microphones are not very loud, and the song choice is pretty poor. Also kept having random drunk people from other rooms walking in on us which was super annoying.

Really enjoyed this club. Nice décor, good quality sound system and easy to use. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A well organised operation. Definitely recommended!

Disappointed overall. The screens are glitchy, regularly crash and the equipment needed resetting often. On top of this the Asian woman was rude, in contrast to the very helpful young man. Drinks are incredibly overpriced. Song selection is VERY limited and otherwise you are restricted to the YouTube service, which is advertised but doesn't work. Half the moving heads don't work, most of the language is Asian, despite the useless language setting. Wouldn't go here again, which is a shame as the venue is really well set up and looks great.

Great experience! The place is so nice and the owner is the nicest 🫶 The price is good (we paid £10 per hour). Everything is super clean and he even let us stay half an hour more because the place wasn’t so full as it was during the week. Honestly would go back, and I’ve already been telling all my friends about it. 100% recommended!! 😍

Amazing service, came with 6 people, big enough room for all of us and great song selection. Also come with its own private bathroom. Very spacious room

Best place to go for karaoke as an uni student. The service is great and the owner is very nice, welcoming and friendly! I highly recommend this place to release your stress and sing all your lungs out. Will come back here again next time!

It was really good, ne and my mates had a great time, but we all agreed it would be better if there was a better music system, like Spotify or something to use as it's really difficult

This place is absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! I was there with friends for a birthday party. This place is stunning like a palace, everything is just perfect and very clean, the rooms and sound system is unbelievable, even my friend who is a sound engineer told me it is just a dream. The service is extremely friendly and everyone who works there are very polite and helpful. The price is very reasonable consider each of us only paid 20 pounds and enjoyed hours of fun and tons of drinks. I never done karaoke before but now I am hooked, I will be returning for sure and this time I will bring all my friends with me! 5 star in every way! Keep the good work up! Weekend would never be boring again!

Ok, this is a very very posh but fantastic karaoke I had ever seen in the UK. My brother had his birthday party here and the kids had a wonderful after school time. Even the parents of my brother’s friend were especially appreciated for the party we had for the kids. Controlling system is connected to the cloud which means You can find any song if it’s online. Best place for entertaining. Highly recommended!

Brilliant night out, staff are fantastic

Never been one for Karaoke but this place is AMAZING, myself and a group of roughly 15 people went a few weeks ago, the boys of the group were very unsure on the idea, turns out everyone absolutely loved it! i would highly recommend and will be going back the next chance i get.

Had the best time ever! I felt much more comfortable there singing with my friends than singing in a normal pub. The place speaks luxury, everything is clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful explaining us how the system works. Definitely coming back soon.
