Really bad company to work for alot of favouritism and borderline bullying. Worked there for less than 2months! Eventually I gave up and gave in my notice they asked me not to work my notice as they were upset with my honesty and will not pay me. The team have told me the manager has called me a liar and said I'm not a team player. The management are two faced! The team are very unhappy and there is a very high turnover in staff. They say they care for their employees but if the MD twists your words and the HR team won't call you back the employee have no chance there. Negative and toxic environment. Take my advice and the advice of others who have given their review don't bother with ISS.

One of the worst companies I have worked for in my entire lifetime. I worked as a hostpital hostess working underneath iss for the NHS and then moved to working as a part of the switchboard team. Whilst working there I noticed a lot unprofessional behaviour from fellow staff and management. I was not given a contract therefore I was working without a contract. I was also not given any training at the job and was learning on the job by myself with the help of fellow staff. When given the training sheet we were expected to fill out that we had received training when we didn’t.Within the second week I was fired verbally by a manager without any disciplinary, i was fired because employees who I worked with told her I was not doing good at my job ( even though I received no training) false accusations were made against me and then the same manager lied and said she did not fire me, because she knew that it was illegal to fire me verbally without any discaplinary. Fellow staff were mean, intrusive, unprofessional and gossiped a lot ( but what do you expect from uneducated bunch of people who lack professionalism) this made me feel uncomfortable at work every single day. Managers had favourites, so far as to keeping individuals who had many criminal convictions to stay on at the job even though it is illegal for a person with multiple criminal convictions to work for the NHS. I also was not given the correct wages and when I flagged this with payroll they showed no interest with what I had to say and when I also flagged this with management, I was ignored. Overall I wish I could give this company 0 stars. Worth ethic is appalling, a lot of work place bullying had taken place and favouritism. Management need more training , as well as new employees should be given training. Iss is a contractor that hire any and everyone to do the job without treating there employees with basic needs every employee deserves.

Dreadful, disorganised, incompetent, unhelpful, I could go on, but I won't, I think you will get the picture.. Can't register to get payslip details, the payslip line don't contact you, the supervisor as good as a chocolate fireguard!!! Worked from 24th December to 30th January was only paid 2 weeks! But since I can't access payslips, don't really know what's going on! Shame I can't give minus 🌟

Shame on this company and management, Discrimination and favouritism from the management, I have been work hard all covid pandemic in hospita queenElizabethHospitalwoolwich, in end small mistake and unfair Disciplinary they dismiss me, and nother part still working, I gonna give just one example from much many ,there have been stuff that stole from site and that was evidenced and put patients life at risk and they are still there. Shame on this company.

I believe that there are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure. ISS is a great company to work with. From my personal experiance with ISS, I find them the best in what they do. I have learned a lot with ISS especially doing the right thing even when no one is watching. I also benefit a lot from the continuous training which ISS always provided us, of course with free meal lol. I would also like to share my story with you. I started to work for ISS in 2015 as a part time cleaner in CiTi Group contract, I was still studying at this time. After this I joined the window cleaning team for about a year at the same place. In 2017 I moved to ISS Morgan stanley contract as a Cleaning Team Leader, and between this to the beginning of 2019 I have been promoted 3 times, to Supervisor, Assistance manager then Campus Cleaning Manager in Feburary 2019. Now I am managing a team of over 60 operatives. I feel so proud of my achievement with this amazing organisation,and I am ready for a new challenge :D. Working really hard is what successful people do. Thank you ISS.

Alan Ferguson, are you a liar? Virgin Media have confirmed a bearing has gone in the unit at the top of my road. For them to confirm that to the land owner they must have been told by someone at ISS. Your email is clearly at odds with virgin media, "My principal engineer has carried out a full survey of the site and has found no issues with any noise issues coming from site with all 4 air conditioning units operating as per design.We also carried out servicing of the building air conditioning systems on the 11th of November 2020 and our in-house ISS engineer also found no issues during the service." I do not believe for one moment you have any idea of how the low frequency humming in my home has impacted on my health and well being. That bearing, 70 mtrs away, I genuinely believe is the source of the humming. The council test proves two frequencies above the NANR45 criteria. You claim to be the manager with over 400 virgin sites to look after. I question your knowledge of ac units and indeed your honesty. There is a directing mind behind the lack of repair, is that you or virgin media?

This is the office building. I have been there few times for training and i have only good experience there. They have floors 10-11. They have very nice people working there and the caffetreia serves amazingly good food. I adopted few dishes to my own menu. Gave me some good ideas about cooking.

Very bad company , Managers are highly unprofessional, they dont treat employess as humans . Dont work with them , they will ruin your life.
