Awful customer service, rude and extremely unhelpful store assistant. Very misleading with returns and exchange policy, not upfront and not transparent. As a “high-end” brand with high-end prices the service is lacking. Ted Baker across the road 100x better customer service, helpful and pleasant staff. Will be avoiding the store and brand in future.

I love the Hugo brand and shop there regularly. I was given the wrong jacket in my bag, which really irrated me as I had to travel 3 hours to return the jacket. I was very disappointed there was not even an apology for the mistake. They just kept trying to sell me the other jacket without acknowledging the mistake. I would have swapped if the service was better. I was disappointed the service isn't better for the prices.

We had a great experience At the store. Dennis one of the sales guys is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about Hugo Boss products. He knew what would fit me and what I might like. He went above and beyond finding the right products. Maybe the free beer helped with constantly buying more 😆😆🍻

One of the staff was super rude to me because I wanted to return a sale item which I bought from another branch. He refused to do this under any circumstances and was so rude about it. I think it was 20 min before the store is closing and he couldn't bother. I will never shop from Boss or this particular store ever. Very disappointed

I've been there for some Christmas shopping. They didn't have much choice in the store, so I was a bit disappointed. The staff were not very attentive or helpful. Shame.

Karina & Serena were great, and they have got some really cool clothes for men. Well worth a look.

Appalling customer service on 22nd April 2023. Incredibly rude staff. Was told I was unable to put through a transaction separately from my partner as the sales assistant was too busy. Do not shop here. Abandoned an £80 purchase. Do not shop here. Hostile and unprofessional staff. Hugo Boss should do better

Really big bright and airy store. Handy for getting fitted out whilst taking a lunch break. Very friendly staff !

Honestly, Hugo Boss are just a bunch of crooks. Tried to return an item bought from another store because their receipt shows 'Return to any store', and they refused the return. When returning to the original store, I was told 'they're naughty and say their tills don't work'. I'm sorry but this is the same 'high end' store that sells suits for £1k. Poundland customer experience. Absolute joke. I would love to say also that this was the only bad experience I'd had with Boss. Never again.

Mixed customer service experience. Good floor staff in general. Italian manager was so rude to the customer in front if me about a shirt they returned that was (IMHO) slightly creased, made me feel really uncomfortable. Will shop at other outlets in future.

Hugo Boss really isn't what it used to be. The quality is poor but the price remains high. I purchased a pair of jeans which after a couple of years started to fray and fall apart. The same happened for a sweat pants I had for less than a year. The customer complaints is terrible. For these prices, the quality just isn't worth it. Conversely, have had a pair of jeans from Cos which have lasted 4+ years, from 7 that's lasted 8 years.

Great service but why are only the very small sizes on the rails? I'm a UK 8-10 and their 10 comes up big on me so they stock plenty in my size but there were only teeny sizes out, which felt awkward.

The store itself is large enough so that you can find any type of look commonly associated with Hugo Boss, from strictly business to casual/business. What makes it stand apart from the other shops is the outstanding staff who is always here to advise you if needs be. I have shopped there multiple times before and it was always a pleasure!
