A fantastic gym that always has a warm welcome. We've been coming here for almost 5 years with my two children. All the staff are friendly and fantastic instructors, bringing out the best in the children (and parents), and helping their confidence grow. The classes are great fun and provide a good level of exercise; and the badge system allows children to progress and feel proud of their achievements. The staff are lovely and always put the needs of the children first.

My son (3 years old) has been attending Balance and Beam for a few months after hearing positive reviews from friends whose children also attend. It is without doubt one of the best classes I’ve signed him up for. Firstly, he loves the classes and has so much fun every week. There’s a theme and the activities are designed to incorporate it - they’re always fun and exciting. The classes are incredibly well structured to support progress in both physical skills and social skills. Perhaps the most important thing is that they have INCREDIBLE instructors who work very well to get the most out of the children. This is a class where children have fun, learn new skills and have positive interactions every week. I’ve already signed my 6 month old up for the baby class! Worth every penny, a fantastic experience.

My little sister went here. They are a very bad gymnastics place. They teach the kids things that most of them already know how to do. If you miss a session and let them know In advance then u can do catch up sessions but in the week so if ur not 100% sure what day u can go then u don’t get a catch up session u loose out but are still expected to pay the full price. My little sister didn’t go for two weeks in march due to my wedding and hen party, she also didn’t go for two weeks in April but I still had to pay full price and they didn’t offer any catch up sessions for her. U pay £67.20 for 4 weeks and get one hour a week for badges u have to pay an extra £5 this place is absolutely ridiculous

Daughter loves going there the staff are amazing and make it so much fun for the kids they help them gain confidence and I couldn't recommend this place more

I had such a wonderful time here with my 18 month old. She absolutely loved all the staff there and loved being shown how to use the different equipment. The facilities are great (and the free parking). We can’t wait to go back soon

Such an incredible, happy place. Both my children started at 6 months old & they're still members now (6 &2). It's brilliant for both physical & social development - the team really care. I can't recommend this place enough.

A great gymnastics gym for children and the staff are always kind and welcoming. The development my niece has shown since attending classes here is amazing not just physically but in her confidence too. I would definitely recommend this gym to friends and family with young children.

My daughter has been attending B&B for some time now and she absolutely loves it. All the staff are so wonderful with the children, they know them all by name and they're really dedicated in supporting them as individuals to meet their goals and overcome their challenges. My daughter can be a sassy monkey and they always manage to keep her engaged and focused. They have been really accommodating in changing her lesson day and the new dashboard allows for easy cancelling of lessons and booking of make up sessions. We always recommend B&B to our friends because the team there have really worked wonders for my daughter's physical abilities and her confidence.

Our Son's 6th birthday party was amazing! Everyone at Balance and Beam were fantastic. The tumble track party was a fun-filled, action packed experience for the kids. We had no worries or need to organise or do anything, the staff looked after everything and everyone. Many thanks to all at Balance and Beam, we'd highly recommend this party experience.

A wonderful birthday party that all the children and parents were raving about. Kids fully entertained the whole time and was nice that we could choose some favourite games and gym activities. Was lovely to see the children enjoying themselves as you can see them in the gym the whole time vs soft play where you don’t see them at all !! Thanks to Lauren & the team. Impressed especially bagging up presents to help us get them to the car !! X

Both Ellie and Alex love it at Balance and Beam! The girls are always so enthusiastic and everything is very well planned. They have an amazing time each week!

My little princess attends gymnastics at balance and beam and she absolutely loves it. The instructors and Yvonne are amazing, they do really nice exercises and build confidence and flexibility.

Both my daughters love it here and have been going for a while. They’ve made excellent progress and adore the staff. The staff are very warm and helpful if you need to rearrange a lesson you can’t make.

My grandson attends balance and beam and I can honestly say it is the highlight of our day together. The staff are absolutely fantastic and so dedicated to the role they play in developing the children’s confidence. I would highly recommend this group and a big thank you to everyone, you’re brilliant.

Another fantastic party!! This is the second year we have used Balance & Beam for my daughter’s birthday. Wow!! The whole party was amazing from start to finish. It was so well organised, all of the games/activities were so much fun and we had lots of happy children. Balance & Beam organised food/drinks, party bags, decorations, invites and all I needed to do was turn up with a cake and the birthday girl, sit back and enjoy the fun. My daughter attends Balance and Beam and absolutely loves coming to class, it honestly is the highlight of hers (and my) week. Seeing her grow in confidence and developing her skills is a joy to watch. The staff are all brilliant and amazing at what they do. I would recommend classes to anyone! Thank you for everything
