Decent room. Great staff. Buffet breakfast was good. The only issue was no hot water and very bad Wifi.

I like the hotel but it the internet was SUPER slow. Do not book this hotel if you plan on doing any work or even look at social media. Nothing will load. The customer service was excellent and the sheets were extremely clean. The housekeeper did such an amazing job that it was the only thing worth booking this place for. I wish they would just use white comforters instead of the old, outdated ones.

The hotel has reliable running water and excellent customer service and great breakfast option. You are able to exit the hotel into a La Galleria de Estrellas. WiFi needs improving.

Nice hotel, well located. Staff is friendly and helpful. Private cars available, drivers are knowledgable, rates reasonable. Advise private car service over taxis. Would like to see more coffee in the rooms and tea as not evryone drinks coffee. Lastly the top covers on the bed are dated and need upgrade. I will stay again.....

Lovely hotel with excellent staff. The hotel restaurant is superb with reasonable rates, and again, wonderful staff there as well. The wifi situation we had a room in a corner and our wifi was not great, so we requested to change rooms and fortunately there was another available. When we switched rooms the wifi was good.

This hotel is marvelous. It is situated in the quiet neighborhood of Veronica Anzures and is minutes from every major part of Mexico City. The room was very clean and the staff was superb. I definitely reccomend this hotel when visiting Mexico City!

Have a good location, it's possible to get to the place by two main avenues. Is connected to a decent mall, perhaps lacks of a supermarket but you can find the most needed articles. The staff at the restaurant "el café " is very nice and respond quickly so you will have a very good meal. My experience at the buffet was pretty good, the food was great, perhaps lacks of variety but for having a good meal is fine. The buffet cost $200 mxn less than $10 usd. The bad: only one drink is included.

Very convenient location, more than comfortable rooms and service. The restaurant has a really good buffet. Good for business and pleasure trips.

This is not the fanciest hotel but service was impeccable. The included breakfast is delicious, varied and more than enough with table service. Amazing! They do have a problem with WiFi. Seems the better rooms have spotty WiFi. We talked to the front desk about it and they moved us. Smaller room but better connectivity. Every single employee we encountered was friendly, polite and helpful. Being attached to the mall was an added bonus. Too bad the bar closes so early but there are plenty of bars etc on the street at this central location. We stayed 6 nights and we would definitely come back.
