    I bought in the first stage of pre-sale since 2019, and I have no regrets. It is a great place if your interest is to have an excellent place to live and, on the other hand, generate capital gains and good returns on investment with this project. Between its current amenities and those to come, I consider that there are very few projects that give you this value at such a short distance from Polanco (with traffic I take 30 minutes to Anzures and 15 without traffic). In addition to Interlomas being very close, the horseshoe walk and so on. I live with dogs and I loved that it is a place where I can live perfectly with them thanks to the pet park. It is the second purchase I have made in this type of project and I consider that in all of them there are areas of opportunity in their initial stages due to poor communication between settlers, the administration and the construction company, but we just changed to another independent administration to which we were assigned to have better results. Maybe the only thing to observe for now is the surroundings, but being such a large condominium and with so many amenities you don't even have to go out. This type of anchor projects usually transforms the surroundings and displaces the urban area, no matter what Interlomas or Santa Fe has been. And because of the distance, I honestly prefer here than spending hours on the peripheral, or in getting off the beaten path or renovating. In short, for me it is: 1. Good investment, great capital gain. 2. The amenities are great, I can live comfortably. 3. The distance to Polanco is invaluable.

    We bought at the end of 2020 with all the risk that doing so in a pandemic and in pre-sale entailed. Like any new development, it has details and we believe they will improve. Maybe the area is not the most beautiful but within the development it is different. It still lacks amenities since it is only in the first stage and they are building the second which will have a paddle tennis court.

    It is not a good investment option since they do not deliver on anything they promise. They deliver the entire department with very low quality. Review your purchase offer for people who have already purchased. They will realize everything they fail to comply with. Review contracts and deeds carefully. Post-sale is a bad experience since their answers are vague and incoherent. Be careful on the day of delivery, check everything in detail. The administration is very bad and you don't get a response from them.

    Misleading name (nothing near La Herradura, it is located in Río Hondo), it is located in a dangerous area, the origin of the project is very dubious, with the price they charge you can buy a home in more central and less conflictive places. And it seems that they use bots to raise the site's rating.

    This building is CRAZY! The truth is that it is not in front of the ugly zone, or next to it... it is in the middle of the ugly zone of Naucalpan. It's a shame because the project is nice but you are undoubtedly living in an unsafe area... It's not worth living there at all.

    Despite trying to rent in the building with 3 different landlords, it was super complicated and did not happen. I gave all my documentation twice to two different owners and in the middle of the process, after I had already paid, they told me they were going to rent it better in December and the other option was that they already had someone to rent it. Things happen for a reason. The building does not have security as they say. All internal access is deactivated and is opened by pushing the door. There are only two elevators and one is not working. The apartments are super nice, yes. Very good attention too. Very friendly in the lobby and the entrance checkpoint.

    The area behind is horrendous!! Truly horrendous!! And at night it's probably worse!! Hills of houses with a very bad impression! The development is very nice but around the corner the area is literally hell!!

    Unfortunately I am the owner of a unit in said development and at all stages it has been a disaster from the delay in delivery (for the good of the construction company the pandemic occurred) to the pitiful sales team that practically one had to threaten them to get They expedited the process (my credit with the bank was with a higher rate than the one the bank offered me because the sales people never rushed with the documentation and requirements and I finished the year and changed the year and the rate was raised by this), as well as the delivery of the property also with many requirements and inexplicable payments as well as being late, in short all of this can be salvageable if it were not for the fact that the design in certain things leaves a lot to be desired (for example to move if or if you have to carry your furniture up a ramp and stairs to get to the nearest elevator), in addition to this, the area does not help much, it is quite unsafe (I am talking about the outside of the development) and problematic with a lot of noise and above all, everything promised was not fulfilled, Today, for example, we have the basic amenities (event room, playroom, grills and garden) and the maintenance fee is, in my opinion, very expensive, compared to other properties (I have one in the new Polanco that has more amenities and includes pool and gym), likewise we have had too many hidden vices among them water leaks that some small ones are attended to but the important ones, for example in the parking lots (river descents) take a long time to attend to and others are postponed, the bugambilias tower (the only one tower (what is currently there) has two elevators (one of which has been out of service for two weeks "something strange for new equipment") and cannot be seen by the time it is put into operation, the irony of all is that the The only elevator that exists today has already failed twice for a few hours, which has caused the inhabitants (neighbors) to have to walk up to their units, which shows very bad administration on the part of the company that today manages the property (Arcano), so finally and on a personal basis the decision to have bought the property in that place has caused me great frustration. I hope they don't delete this opinion like other neighbors have told me they have done and they have blocked them in this publication, if that is the case, I will be in charge of posting it on all my social networks, to see if they listen to me and respond to everyone. the observations that have been made
