We
decided
to
stay
here
to
try
another
hotel
in
the
neighborhood
and
also
because
of
the
location
and
after
reading
all
the
good
reviews.
Self
proclaimed
5-star
hotel
charges
for
in-room
coffee
(2.5
USD
per
nespresso
capsule).
Please
Manager
don't
reply
by
saying
that
it
is
"gourmet
coffee"
and
that
is
the
reason
for
the
additional
cost.
The
answer
is
utterly
ridiculous.
Everyone
knows
the
value
of
a
Nespresso
capsule
(0.5
USD
for
"gourmet"
coffee)
or
do
you
get
special
Kopi
Luwak
coffee
from
Indonesia?
Then
I
would
understand.
It
is
misleading
promoting
the
room
as
having
a
Nespresso
machine
but
not
mentioning
the
premium
cost.
I
have
stayed
at
more
than
500
hotels
all
around
the
world
from
all
range
and
even
1-star
hotels
usually
provide
free
coffee.
All
4
and
5-star
hotels
so
far
which
had
a
Nespresso
machine
provided
a
few
capsules
per
day
as
a
courtesy.
Also,
first
time
ever
that
guests
have
to
pay
to
use
the
swimming
pool
(25
USD)!
I
have
never
seen
that.
Sauna
/
steam
bath
is
included,
yes
like
usually
in
all
5-star
hotels,
so
the
additional
fee
is
still
not
at
all
justified.
This
is
not
a
5-star
hotel
(cannot
abe
compared
at
all
to
the
Four
Seasons
for
example).
More
like
a
strong
4-star
/
4.5-star
with
additional
costs
not
included
in
the
room
rates.
Better
stay
at
the
Sheraton
or
St
Regis,
both
nearby
and
in
the
same
price
category.
Staff
very
friendly.
Rooms
very
clean
and
comfortable,
but
a
little
bit
dull.
Gym
well
equipped
(I
did
use
the
gym,
and
it
was
actually
free!
Or
was
I
supposed
to
pay
for
its
use?
🤔).
If
you
are
just
quickly
transiting,
this
hotel
could
be
a
very
good
choice.
For
a
longer
stay
I
would
stay
elsewhere.
