Gorgeous hotel, all people we interacted with were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Servers in the restaurants had in depth information about the ingredients and preparation. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Exceptional meals, service, and ambiance. well taken care of during our entire day and really enjoy the hospitality. It's an a wonderful location with lots of cultural things to do in walking distance. Or you can just stay in the hotel and be pampered.

I stayed here 7 nights for work trip. The staff were all super nice and accommodating. All the staff we interacted with spoke English which was comforting. The view from the room was outstanding. The windows opened easily so I could let fresh air in the room or just relax by the window anytime. The rooms are beautiful and have everything you need. I loved the heated pool and hot tub. Ricardo helped us with towels and drinks and made sure we had what we needed. The gym is small but it had everything we needed to get cardio and strength training in. The restaurant has a huge buffet and great menu to choose from. I highly recommend the truffle fries! The bar staff were super friendly and gave us great restaurant recommendations in the area. The hotel is so close to many great restaurants and attractions. We walked most places we went. When I visit Mexico city again, I'll definitely be staying here!

Lovely lovely hotel, a real iconic hotel in Mexico City. Stunning property, beautiful rooms that face the courtyard. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff could have been a little more attentive but it was fine. The pool staff though were incredible. Very sweet very attentive like they deserve a bonus for how great they were. Very thing was explained well and you felt very welcomed. Lovely heated pool. Perfect escape from the city life.

My family and I were endlessly searching for the right 5 star hotel as we wanted to get our money's worth out of our stay and I must say, this hotel surpassed our expectations. From the moment we stepped into the lobby we knew we had made the right decision. The hotel counts with an outdoor pool, spa, hot tub, fitness center and exceptional room service. Our room had all the commodities you could ask for and with the hotel being located in the city, our options to explore the city were endless. We would definitely book another another vacation at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico city and you should too!!!

Nice hotel. Beautiful courtyard. But failed to deliver on value. Staff could be friendlier. The issues I reported were handled by management. The location is good. There is better choices . We travel a lot. And expect more for 4x the rate of other hotels. Some staff was excellent. Some were not.

I had a tour of the hotel because my fiancee and I are getting married in Mexico City. We arrived for our tour a bit early with some food, and we asked if they had an area for us to sit. They happily guided us to the restaurant, and we ate our meal. They also brought some waters. In the end, we had a $90 USD bill for 4 waters, 1 black coffee, and bringing outside food for 4 people. They didn't tell us any of this before we were seated, and this is right before starting our tour of the hotel. Great first impression...

Incredibly convenient location and super friendly staff. We were very pleased with the level of comfort of our room and the ample access to delicious food and drink on premises. Right on the edge of Chapultepec park, it was almost too easy to grab a coffee on my way out, walk to a museum and come back for a glass of champagne by the pool in the afternoon.

The employees are all very nice. The lobby is great. The restaurant is very good and has options for vegans. The hallways are not well lit. The decor is very dated and unattractive. The rooms are very spacious but also very corporate. This is not the "Four Seasons" you think of if you've stayed at others. The location is good.

Well looked after, wonderful cocktails, clean rooms, perhaps a little dated for some but I feel that’s a charm. The courtyard is utterly beautiful with the verandas and luscious green flora. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Amazing hotel and they really went the extra mile as we were on honeymoon. Concierge was incredibly efficient and the pool staff in particular stood out as being very helpful. We did a brunch on New Year’s Day which was all you can eat, it was amazing. The bar was also lovely and everyone was so friendly. Very happy to have spent a few days here!

I only went for the Christmas eve dinner and it sucked, way to over priced for a bland main course and desert, would not recommend you to purchase the christmas dinner at the Zanaya restaurant. My wife did like it, but she is Gluten Free so her dishes were accommodated

Signature service and experience. Loved the garden area that led to the bar/restaurant. Beautiful. Excellent service. Nicer part of the city so walkable in terms of safety albeit a bit of a long walk from tourist attractions

Overall it's a nice stay which you can expect from the Four Seasons. Comfortable, well-equipped room with the signature cloudlike Four Seasons bed. No balcony but you do get a window that overlooks the courtyard. Courtyard is pleasant to relax in and also has a bar and restaurant. Sometimes it's a little loud in the evening - Would stay again.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff is amazing and very accommodating, the room are beautiful and spacious and the room service is impeccable. This is all standard stuff for the four seasons. But the staff just made it even better. The outside fireplace is lights up the corridor at night. Very safe location with lots of foot traffic. I can not say enough about the staff they went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. I will definetly be back to this location.

Hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The place is magnificent, with a perfect balance between coziness and elegance. With the warm welcome and the fireplace, we felt at home the moment we step in. We received flawless customer service. The staff thought of everything and went above and beyond to make us feel special. The concierge gave us the best recommendations and had excellent follow-ups. If we needed anything, it was at our fingertips. Regarding location, the hotel is in a safe area within walking distance from Chapultapec Park. There is a lot of restaurants and tourist place nearby. The essential oil and the outdoor garden make the place very unique. December was an excellent month for our stay, as we could feel the holiday vibe and Christmas magic. Our visit was worth every penny, and the room service was also very prompt.

Great hotel. Very peaceful even though it is on the middle of the city. The courtyard restaurant host Maria went above and beyond every single time to make our accommodations she truly made a difference.

Beautiful hotel that has that Hacienda feel with a nice entrance in a great location. The courtyard is lovely and loved that the hotel is centered around it. Firstly, we stayed in a Superior King Room - very spacious and larger than we expected, bathroom was big with a tub and shower and there was a huge closet as well. Bed was super comfy with nice sheets. Secondly, the pool/gym/spa area is a bit tricky and took a long walk to get to if your room is not located on the far side of the hotel. Gym was clean and water/towels readily available. The pool area is nice and quiet (not many people seem to use it). Also, there are locker rooms with a sauna for guests to use. Thirdly, our room rate did come with breakfast at the hotel restaurant Zanaya. We had breakfast here everyday in our stay - the buffet is amazing with a great selection and the coffee is delicious. Fourthly, the hotel Bar Fifty Mils was highly recommended by the staff as a highly rated bar, but there was honestly nothing special or distinctive compared to the trendy and popular bars around the city. Fifthly, as I'm sure most Four Seasons must be - the crowd is pretty American white. Not much diversity or Spanish folks which was surprising for the cultural hub that Mexico City really is. Lastly, the staff is decent - they are polite and helpful and were welcoming. Overall, I am giving this 4 stars because nothing did really stick out to make it 5 stars honestly. It had the feel of a really nice Hyatt or Hilton especially with all the carpeting and old school colors and furniture style - so for the price point, I would not overwhelmingly recommend. I'm sure there are other more affordable and equivalent options at other hotel chains in Mexico City.

Excellent staff, Jesus and Ramon were extremely accommodating to disabilities and the masseuse were respectful, kind, and professional. We arrived and were provided slippers, a bathrobe, and a locker. We recommend buying the day pass to enjoy the Jacuzzi, pool, and all amenities at the spa. You can order food from the restaurant and be brought to you and their food was excellent as well. Everything was clean and we were encouraged to enjoy and feel at home.

Had a spa day, massage, pool, lunch, small spa in comparison to other four seasons. Also it’s getting dated. Staff were super super friendly. I believe Sofitel next door is more modern.

Great experience at the Four Seasons Mexico City. The garden is a standout, offering a rare quiet space in the city. Room was high-quality, well-maintained. Staff were professional, attentive. Would recommend for a comfortable, reliable stay in the city center

we stayed here for 3 nights on arrival to our first trip to CDMX. The hotel is amazingly cool. The staff are attentive and very friendly. The breakfast place was just joyful and the fifty mils bar just full of great vibes. Happy come back and stay here every time I am in town.

I've stayed at a few other four seasons locations internationally and this location unfortunately did not meet the same standards as the others. The price however, was more or less the same. Some Pros and Cons - Pros: -Great location, adjacent to Roma Norte where many of the major restaurants and bars are located. -The grounds and courtyard are beautiful and isolated considering its located on one of the busiest streets in CDMX -The spa/pool staff were kind and eager to assist -The Sunday Brunch was worth the hype Cons: -The rooms had more of a Marriot/Hilton vibe. The room esthetic did not match the rest of the hotels. -The concierge was very unhelpful. We asked for several reservations to be made on our behalf (with notice) and they either weren't made appropriately are they didn't attempt to make them. We were told by one employee that 'there's no use even trying to call' when trying to make a bar/lounge reservation because they are too popular -There's an ice-rink on the 4th floor which is open to the public through ticket purchase. There would be large crowds of people within the hotel lobby and courtyard waiting to purchase a ticket or waiting for the elevator. -Of the four nights we stayed there, turn-down service only happened once. A staff member usually came around 5-530pm while we were getting ready for the evening and were told to please return later but never did. The one time it happened we had to ask the front desk for it. -Our spa appointment (couples massage) took place in a hotel room. There was no designated spa area, it was literally in a make-shift hotel room across from the pool. I wouldn't normally mind but the price point of the massage was high. -The pool is nice but there is limited lounge chair space. Many hotel guests would be turned away because of limited space by the pool.

My favorite hotel in Mexico City. The excellence of the Four Seasons hotel brand mixed with the authentic culture and atmosphere of Mexico. The decor is amazing! The service is outstanding and the restaurants bars are some if the best the City can offer.

Went here with my friends for spa that costed $200+ USD. We all got different types of massages but we all agreed on a “mediocre” experience. I had massages elsewhere in the past with great techniques, vibe, and experience. I wouldn’t do spa here ever again.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The staff is amazing, the hotel is beautiful, the food incredible. The rooms impeccable and clean. The fitness center is one of the best I've seen, and the spa is also top notch. Highly recommend.

A beautiful hotel just like what one would expect for a Four Season. I love all the art work displayed throughout the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants in CDMX but if time permits, I do recommended getting a drink at their Fifty Mils bar from Oscar (awesome bartender!) as well as dining at their in house restaurant Zanaya. Some VIP was staying here which caused added heightened security. We had to go through metal screening and bag check each time we return to the hotel. Also note that while the hotel is beautiful, all the windows faces inside the courtyard only. There is no external view of the City.

This hotel was by far the best in the city. I traveled here with my children and my puppy and it’s was splendid! They did everything to accommodate for our puppy and my children adored the pool! The food was splendid and tasty ( a little bit overpriced though). Overall We had an amazing stay, the rooms were large along with a desk and a couch and the bed was quite comfy. The staff were extraordinary friendly and super kind! They were always super helpful and kind!

I think this is one of the best Four Seasons hotels we have ever visited. It is very festive with the holiday decoration. The service is impeccable and the room is clean and nice. The breakfast at the courtyard is great. However, details are lacking a bit, such as the peeled painting at the bottom of the bathroom doors as a Four Seasons hotel.

  • 4/5 T 2 years ago on Google
I love the courtyard and the rooms facing the courtyard. But the service here is.. meh. The rooms are outdated, but, again, the courtyard feels magical. The breakfast is good. The bar at the courtyard offers great cocktails. Would I stay here again? Yes, but perhaps only a night. There are better alternatives in the city in the luxury category.

So civilised! Nothing was to much trouble. So luxurious to be here and relax. The location in the modern part of Mexico City is perfect for a large number of shops, malls and restaurants. Being the Christmas season, there was a wonderful festive market outside the hotel. I love the setting amidst such fabulous architecture. The food l, especially room service was delicious and varied. I actually had Mac & Cheese , the first and only time I’ve seen it on a Mexican menu which was a delight. The hotel was beautifully stylishly decor for Christmas. Expensive hotel but worth splashing out to treat yourself!

Above all the customer service was phenomenal. The assistant night manager, Carlos and general manager Tulio as well as the front desk and bell staff accomodated us in every way. Truly what a 5 star hotel represents. Thank you so much!

  • 5/5 Tom M. 2 years ago on Google
The Four Seasons is in a great location and the staff could not be friendlier or more attentive. The concierges were great and the bellman were great about arranging cars to take you where you needed to go (also appreciate the Four Seasons app so you can message them to pick you up when done with dinner and need a ride back to the hotel). The only complaint is the rooms are in dire need of a refresh (probably the shabbiest Four Seasons we've stayed at). We had a junior suite and the furniture was super worn. That being said the common areas are great and love their Zanaya restaurant and Fifty Mils bar.

  • 5/5 Marina K. 1 year ago on Google
Everything was perfect. Great breakfast, and the concierge guys were helpful with everything that I needed (simply, the best!). The courtyard is lovely, too. Thanks for my stay!

We didn’t start here but we came for drinks and the views. It’s a nice walk through/balcony dinning experience. They have a bar, Coffee shop/bakery that’s open to guests and non guests

  • 5/5 Chase B. 2 years ago on Google
The staff were some of the best I’ve ever experienced. The front desk and concierge were outstanding and filled so many requests and helped us get things sorted out when our flight got canceled. I can’t say enough good things about our experience.

  • 4/5 Bill L. 2 years ago on Google
As with every Four Seasons, the room was well appointed and the staff attentive and accomodating. The concierges were notable. We did not eat at the restaurant, but the bar, both inside and our was a pleasant experience. Having done both, I'd opt for the clubby feeling of the indoor part. Or better yet, sit at the bar. My wife said the Old Fashioned was the best she's ever had. The courtyard is a beautiful feature and our room looked out upon it. The drawback is that the echo from courtyard makes enough noise that a late afternoon siesta is all but impossible

After visiting the place the service is very hostile people that works here is very nice but I can't believe the quality of the food after the party every one that assisted got sick and Beatles to say it was not the food but the drinks lol wait every one drinker bottled drinks and alcohol yep but no one thinks about the quality of the ice that goes along with the drinks where does the water to make that ice come from is it distilled water? Bottled water? filtered water? Or just regular tap water? I'm not satisfied with all my family and friends getting sick from it

My favorite Four Seasons—the most beautiful place, amazing staff, great food, and the best patio/courtyard in CDMX. The brunch is so lovely with the live music. Stunning spaces.

  • 5/5 Tyrell L. 1 year ago on Google
The service at the Four Seasons is unparalleled, exceptionally good, with outstanding staff, and a top notch concierge service. There's literally nothing they couldn't figure out. They helped me with customs issues when I arrived from the airport, have on-site Covid test for travel, do shoe cleaning, bring items like vases and deodorant to the room, make reservations, and so much more. They rock, they even managed to book a last minute excursion for us at 11 pm the night prior. The room was wonderful, perfectly cleaned and serviced each day and the view to the garden was absolutely mesmerizing. They have a cool water fountain in the center of the garden, which turns into a fire ring fountain at night. Their lobby is stunning, and their pool area is also a nice place to chill and grab some nice drinks. I highly recommend this place for business stays, as well as tourist vacations. The hotel is located in a nice part of town, and even at night it feels very safe. Surrounded by the hotel are many great restaurants and parks, and the anthropology museum and castle are near by. Really ideal spot! The hotel its also close to the metro. You will not be disappointed at this hotel.

Hi - I'll start off first by saying this is an absolutely beautiful property. We had a pleasant experience. We were there for a wedding and a contract had been in place with the hotel many months in advance before the wedding. However as many of our guests were checking in, the hotel kept on saying that there were "plumbing issues" and there was absolutely no way the rooms were habitable for the time being...and had to move our guests and part of the wedding party to another hotel. While this was nice of them, but we had these rooms booked months in advance. Didn't help that the days we were there there was a Vogue event going on and the second the event was over, all of those rooms were ready for the guests that had to move. It is clear this hotel was in a money grab to make more money off of Vogue and kick out our guests for the wedding and cause a major inconvenience to us.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, beautiful courtyard, quiet and nicely appointed rooms. Great location. Things I would change: put room service menus in the room or on the website, adjust the hot water setting so it's not boiling coming out of the tap. There's a 7-11 a block away and multiple pharmacies for Z Packs.

This has been my home while visiting DF and while looking for a home in DF. I have spent countless restful nights and days here. Enjoyed the best coffee and breakfast buffet. Amazing totopos and guacamole in the courtyard cafe.. My pup is always welcome and has a bed and bowl with tasty handmade biscuits waiting for him on arrival.... BUT.... I keep coming back because of the people who work here. I feel safe, appreciated and "yes", loved in the beautiful way humans extend warm welcomes, handshakes and beaming smiles. From the gentlemen who graciously attend and welcome me and my pup into the hotel, to the front desk who greets me as long time friends do, to the ladies in housekeeping who attend my room like mothers do, to the wait staff who will assist me patiently with all my goofy dietary wants... I am home.... Words can not express my heartfelt thanks to all the people at the Four Seasons Cuauhtémoc. Thank you for providing this sublime, safe haven in the heart of Mexico City (the city I love). You are all appreciated.

Love this hotel - it really is a peaceful oasis in the middle of Mexico City’s chaos. Great rooms, food and service. Really recommend Fifty Mills. Management could do some work around the pool area, which is a bit outdated.
