Amazing brunch. Awful management. Had a 31DEC 1215 brunch reservation and they called me at 11am to tell me they made a mistake and it was for the 1st. Luckily I hadn't left yet so no big deal. Next day get to the hotel and we're not seated until 1245. Then at check out they give us a 200peso bill even though I already paid $3000peso bills online. They said it was for the champagne we ordered. Then they applied my 15% tip to the $3200 instead of $200. Whatever happy new year thanks for good service. Then they came back with another bill for $6000 and said I only paid online for 1 person. I showed them the email for 2 people and they tried saying it was then for all the drinks - which had no price on the menu. Watch out for these cabrones. They're shady and hopping you'll get drunk and just sign whatever they bring you.

We stayed for 2 nights here and 6 nights at the Ritz C next door. Saint Regis maybe older but it is definitely a much better overall experience. King Cole bar closes at 2am and they make phenomenal drinks, Animal has much better quality sushi and service than Ling Ling and the staff is much more organized. I love that Saint Regis has a deep American History with rituals such as tea time and the champagne pop at 6:30pm everyday. As a Titanium elite member, we felt very appreciated here and will definitely return.

I stayed at this property four times now and each and every time it has been an incredible experience. I feel welcome I feel special and the service is second to none. They make sure every whim is catered too and always go out of their way, all staff members to make my experience perfect. Being a lifetime member at the very highest level of the Bonvoy program, I Always get that extra level of focus and amenity. I will continue to visit Mexico City and stay at this property in fact I will be back again mid December having already booked my stay. See you all soon.

The hotel elevator situation seems to be getting worse with every stay. The elevators are either down or there’s a long wait for the elevator to show up. The hotel had another electrical blackout when I was there and I’m not sure why this hotel is so prone to them when other hotels in the area aren’t affected). To add insult to injury, the front desk needs some assistance in customer service (ask the same question to 2 different people and you get completely different answers). My room wasn’t ready until 7pm on the day of checkin (one person said the room was getting cleaned and the other said it was a maintenance issue). I come to Mexico City often and I used to love this hotel. Unfortunately, the rooms are getting dated and the hotel is in need of renovations (at the same price point, the Ritz Mexico City is a much better experience). Unfortunately the St Regis is another of those once amazing hotels that has lost its grandeur over time.

Review specifically on afternoon tea - not at all impressive. They had no printed menus, so what came was a surprise. The price was also a mystery and I only found out at the end that it was service for two people (I went alone but the waiter didn’t inform me about this). The service was very choppy and the staff didn’t seem to know what was going on or how to explain what they were bringing out. Really just seemed they were guessing about the items. Also when I arrived I sat for a long time before someone actually attended me and it was only because I asked someone to take my order. Not at all the caliber I would expect for the St. Regis or the price. The staff need to be properly trained. I also wrote them in April on Instagram about their service and I got an auto reply that they would get back to me asap. Still waiting. Haha.

Ambassador review: I had a truly memorable experience at this lovely property, which I can attribute entirely to the amazing staff here, most notably the incredible butler team, and especially Ivan. Thank you for the incredible welcome to your property and the nonstop, top tier service! The interior spaces are gorgeous, the food is top notch, and the room was an oasis within the bustling neighborhood. I worked remote from my room for the week and it was an extremely comfortable experience. I can't wait to visit again soon. Thanks again for the memories!

This is like our second home in Cdmx. Been going since their opening 2 to 4 times a year. The hotel is sofisticated team is excelent and wants to make you feel welcome. Spa is gorgeous, nice relaxing pool above the city with the best views! The butler is impeccable, friendly, and make you feel at home! Only thing that can improve are the door man team they are not always attentive when you arrive, we arrived with all our bags and took them more than 5 minutes tonshow up....we unloaded all our bags, etc this is not the welcome you want at a hotel of such category. Else, the rest of the team at the hotel is superb! Only reason I give 4 stars is because they must improve your arrival experience and that the ground floor tram needs to seriously improve. But do mot hesitate if you like a luxurious experience and stay here!

We had a really fantastic stay at the St. Regis in Mexico City in early January. The staff was extremely professional and the service was excellent. We appreciated the entire concierge staff who was able to take care of the multiple requests we made including getting a tuxedo on very short notice and returning it for us without difficulty. They made excellent restaurant recommendations too. We did in-room dining several times and it was fantastic and consistent. We know that in-room dining and laundry service are two usually weaker points for hotels but they did an absolutely fantastic job with both. The best word to describe the experience is luxurious and professional. Lots of really thoughtful details in the room, housekeeping was super on-top of our room both in the morning and for turn down. We’d absolutely stay again.

Very nice place and everything is good enough as a top hotel in Mexico City. Room service is perfect and concierge helped me solve a lot of problem since I don’t speak Spanish. The only thing should take care is don’t got the restaurant the concierge recommended. We went one, it’s not good at all. Food are not fresh, the bone marrow have the taste that at Least stayed in refrigerator more than a moth. I don’t know how much money concierge can get reward from the restaurant if they send people In. When I tell the concierge about this situation since I don’t believe food safety is a big problem for them. The guy told me” you can have complain and feel free to write bad review for them, but you couldn’t control us keep referring them to our customer.”

Excellent stay. Great location in CDMX. It was a short walk to Condesa and Roma, short Uber ride to Polanco for dinner.

I used to come here all the time and we used to come so often we would get special stuffed animals, cards with our names, and cookies. the st. regis staff are just so welcoming and warm. I hope that a lot of people find this review when they're trying to make a decision to go to this hotel (do it! You won't regret it)

If you’ve never experienced a high end luxury hotel as this, Mexico City St Regis is a must! The service is 10x better than any hotel in the US. If you can catch at a decent price (for you), I’d say book it! It’ll be worth it. Everything is luxurious even down to the little details and complimentary items.

Made noon reservations for restaurant Diana just to sit there and be ignored for 15 minutes and they said brunch started at 12:30pm!! For such an expensive and obnoxious place, this is disgusting!! Not impressed

Amazing location to walk or get Uber to go around ! It was a bit pricy compared to other hotels around . The pool at 15th floor with view of city and the steam room is what you really need after a day of stroll in heavy traffic and pulleys city . The live music bar at lounge with very nice balcony is highly recommended !

Still one of the best hotels in Mexico City - the service is outstanding and the location is ideal! Would definitely stay here on your next trip to CDMX!

Everything here is perfect. The service is sublime. Everyone remembers and calls you by name. They go out of their way to please and it all seems genuine. The shower is amazing. Carpet feels like you’re walking on clouds. Food and beverages are outstanding. And everything is very clean.

The hotel is in a great location right on reforma with walking distance from the Chapultepec castle. The rooms were great and the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our service special, especially on my wife's birthday. They decorated the rooms with balloons, had a bottle of champagne and cake ready when we returned to our rooms. It was amazing! A big thank you to every single staff at the St. Regis, we take back great memories. Highly recommend this exceptional hotel!

Hotel room is dated and gives that old, broke down kind vibe. Some of the furniture and the bathroom chair had stains. Toilet didn't flush properly - each time we had to flip the lever so the water doesn't continue to run. The biggest drawback was the front desk. This group might be the least friendliest group I have ever encountered. No one went above and beyond and just did the minimum, which is something you don't expect from a 5 star hotel. The street vendor where I bought a cup of corn in front of the hotel was nicer and more engaging. I also stayed at Sofitel and their staff were levels better. Room came with a butler, which I knew I wasn't going to use much. Only saw the butler when we checked in and never heard from him again even though he said he was going to check with concierge regarding my earlier reservation request. Breakfast was decent except day 2 when the eggs and sausage were cold. Our waiter promptly asked the chef to bring out fresh eggs and sausage when I brought this to his attention but probably should have better QC when the regular price is $41 pp. The only bright spot was Issac, who was the bartender at the King Cole bar. He was friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable with his craft. The drinks were excellent! Sadly I probably won't see Issac again unless I only visit the bar because I will not stay there again.

Outstanding hotel in a fabulous location. I highly recommend staying here! Our room was lovely, the breakfast (included with our room) was excellent with tons of options including omlettes made to order, traditional Mexican breakfast items as well as European and American/Canadian options as well.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful St. Regis in Mexico City, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. Unfortunately, we encountered a few complications upon our arrival, but the staff at the St. Regis handled them with such grace and efficiency. I want to give a special shout-out to Omar, Cesar, and Butler Daniel. These three individuals went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. Their exceptional hospitality left us speechless. I can't emphasize enough how much we appreciated their genuine care and attention to detail. They treated my husband and daughter like cherished family members, and for that, we are forever grateful. In fact, I would gladly return to the St. Regis solely to experience their exceptional service once again. To Omar, Cesar, and Butler Daniel, thank you for making our stay at the St. Regis an unforgettable one. Your dedication and kindness truly made a difference. We will cherish the memories we made at your hotel forever.

I’ve stayed here over 5+ times can’t say enough great things about this hotel. Stick around for the saber at 630… the views from the 15th floor gym and pool are unreal. The only downsides and that the east facing rooms get a bit noisy and my mobile key never seems to work… remember to carry your key card around ha

Exquisite hotel. My personal favourite in Mexico City. Outstanding service with courteous, kind and helpful staff. Lovely room, food, bar and restaurants. Cannot fault this hotel in any way. What makes it stand out from all the other 5 star hotels in this city, is their personal touch - thank you !

Service was A+ and incredibly friendly, we felt like we were at a home away from home. The Sunday brunch was a slight let-down for the price- I expected more higher-end offerings but the live-violinist was a nice touch.

Saint Regis clearly know the definition of excellence. We had a great time in everyone of the hotel’s spaces during our stay. The staff in the breakfast room went well beyond pleasing our requests EVERY day and finished it up with a chocolate banana mouse as a farewell gift . We called butler service in the middle of the night when the lights in the room started to flicker and in less than 2 min. the problem was solved … fast, cordial and affective service . Certainly it made our visit to CDMX one to be remembered forever!!! Gracias a Ruben, Jacobo, Martin and the Chef y Maitre del salón del desayuno por hacernos sentir especiales !

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. They compare countless booking web sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of the best in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few days you definitely will love it I'm sure! Service was A+ and incredibly friendly, we felt like we were at a home away from home. what i liked: location on reforma was very good. room was very nice and comfortable. bathroom has shower and bath, big mirrors everywhere. view was great. juice and coffee is good. gym is great. the staff is friendly and helpful. a lot of security. what i didnt like: the lobby area isnt very socially accommodating. in the room there was no place to store luggage. lighting was dark. service knocked way too many times. food is outrageously priced at least 3x´s more than normal and is average tasting. pool is small, not for swimming, if there are other people its just for standing. if there is a couple in the whirpool, forget it. not totally perfect, had to call about running toilet and holes in the bedding linen, but was fixed right away. would go back.

Had lunch in restaurant on the third floor. It’s a wonderful experience to dine there in luxury with top notch service. We had the avocado pizza which sounds weird but was actually very good. The pizza was somewhat reasonably priced for the comfort of the restaurant but if you get a glass of wine ask for the price first. We ordered 3 glasses of Cabernet and when I got the bill they were 570 pesos ($35) each. Nevertheless a beautiful experience.
