If you plan on sleeping more than 5 hours go to a hotel. Shower is clean bathroom as well, but the caspule are very cheap. They move and squizz at every movement you make. The bought the cheapest caspule room from China and charge your 5% of the price / night. No thank you. Good concept poor execution.

The convenience is worth it. Less than a 5 minute walk from T2 international arrivals (turn right after customs door, pass Starbucks and Oxxo, keep heading straight out the door (see photo) and go right down ramp to bus waiting room building. Just inside are stairs up to the izzzsleep facility. Not obvious otherwise. $50USD per night after taxes, see photos for hourly rates (I think hourly only during daytime? see photo). Very clean and professional, felt safe. Quiet overall but you can hear when anyone else goes past the sleeping capsule. AC provided in capsule but I would have liked more air if possible. Bed and comforter comfy but firm in a good way, clean duvet, pillow and mattress cover. Bed seemed like a full size bed. Water, socks, earplugs, hand sanitizer provided. Shampoo (very nice) and shower gel provided. Personal keycard gets you access to shower/lockers and separate capsule areas; singly unlocks assigned locker and capsule (no need to bring your own lock). Checkout 11am. Perfect for arriving at 1am on my own.

First and foremost- the terminal 2 location, can best be found at the east end of door 4, ON THE GROUND FLOOR, you will need to follow the entry to the buss arrival and departure staging area. It's a real pain to find it, but that's CDMX for you as a whole. That in mind, the pods are good enough to sleep in, the facility and individual pods themselves are immaculate. I'm a trucker by trade, and the pods reminds me of a tractor trailers sleeper in a lot of ways. My only real complaints here are the pods themselves, as the internal facade is quite weak (I'm afraid of breaking it) and the fan/AC does not work the best. Also the mattress is fairly thin, and the pillows doubly so. That said, I do believe I would stay again if I ever returned.

What a convenient option for those red eye connections. There is the possibility to pay by hour (min 2), which gives you access to showers, lockers and bathrooms. There were two minor things I was not a fan of, but can be easily mitigated: 1. The master control screen cannot be turned off. If you are sensitive to light, I highly recommend an eye mask 2. When other people get into their capsules on the top level, your capsule will shake, as if they were to get in. It takes a bit to get used to.

Stayed here for a layover at MEX. Leave your luggage and shoes in your own private and secure locker in the change room and change into your pair of provided socks. The rooms have enough room to sit upright, spread out a little, relax and sleep. They are modern and very clean. They have a TV a safe, power points and a fold up lap table. Can get a bit stuffy, but there is a fan you can turn on that helps slightly. There is very little sound buffering between capsules (which they are very upfront about), so make sure you use the provided earplugs. It has reliable wifi provided and they even provided a gift of a set of headphones to use for the TV. Would definitely stay again!

Definitely would stay again! They have everything you may need for an overnight stay at the airport. You need to know where you're going and make sure to follow the directions they send you in your confirmation email. It's right inside the building by the bus station it's clearly signalled so it's not too tricky to find. The showers have soap and shampoo (which in my opinion smelled really good) and the bedding is comfortable. One thing I would recommend is if you tend to be cold at night bring a warmer pijama because they only provide light bedding. The capsule has various settings for lighting and plug sockets, and they give you complementary socks and a water bottle. I really had a good night rest and would definitely recommend.

Perfect solution to my problem - a 3:50am arrival to Mexico City. To find it - Look for the Wings restaurant and exit terminal there to the adjacent bus terminal building. Only downside is you walk up one flight of stairs no elevator, with your luggage.

Great location but the pods could be so much more comfortable. They give you a single flat pillow and the thin mattress is covered in a thin disposable sheet. Also the pods have zero soundproofing and the doors open very loudly. I've stayed here 4 times for early flights and about half the time a group of people come in completely ignoring the rules and talking loudly, waking everyone up.

Clean and efficient once you find it, which I found challenging in my jet-lagged state. From main level of terminal 2, find Puerto 8, then take the adjacent stairs or elevator down to the lower level. Head towards the Wings restaurant, then out the exterior door and to the right.

I was stuck at the airport unexpectedly after missing a connecting flight. Found this place and it was exactly what I needed! Clean, comfortable, quiet and the price is great. At the desk Sebastian helped me figure out the problems I had with my disruptions in travel and even translated for me to my car rental agency. Really great place and the people like Sebastian that work there are extremely pleasant and helpful

Just what the doctor ordered (if you are a sleep doctor). Very clean, very organized, super quiet, nice and dark, complementary water and WiFi, showers, lockers. This was a much needed respite after a red eye out of Tijuana. The only complaint is that it was booked! I had to wait until 8:30am and it was first come/ first serve.

It is a good experience, the capsule/pod was clean. You are entitled to use a locker, shower and bathroom with your rental. They provide you with an access card that is used to open the capsule and the looker. They offer towels on demand so you could take a shower before going to sleep and a cold shower to wake up. You only need to request the towel in the counter. The personal was friendly and could answer any questions you may have about the use of the facilities. They provide you with a personal kit that contains a pair of socks (you are requested to use socks inside the pod, any shoes should be stored in the locker) and some ear plugs that could came handy. You could expect some noice from adjacent pods since they are not completely noise proof. They could make use of a better noice isolation and there seems to bit been isolated between the plastic walls. It is common sense you should keep noise levels down and use headphones while watching tv or using the phone. It was my first time staying there and I will consider doing it again if I need it.

Fun experience but not worth it if travelling with another person. Signage to find it was poor, it's actually just outside by the bus loop. Easy check in, immaculate bathrooms, quite noisy all night. You can get a hotel for the price of 2 beds, have a space to talk to each other and sometimes get an included breakfast. Ear plugs are provided which is nice as people were not at all considerate of others and were talking quite loud around 3-4am. The pods don't really block any sound. Beds aren't comfortable.

Stayed for MX$200/hour, minimum of two hours. Wasn't very comfortable but decent for the price. I was the only one there so they're wasn't much noise. They provided water, socks, and earplugs in addition to the pod accommodations (TV, headphone jack, charging station, lights, fans)

It was super clean and very convenient for an overnight layover. I actually thought it was by the gates (past security) but it was outside of security. The shower/locker room area was really nice and clean (seemed like they were cleaning it often). I was worried about feeling claustrophobic in the pods but they were spacious enough so that wasn't an issue. The mattress was really firm and uncomfortable and the pillow was very thin, so definitely not the most comfortable sleep. Also, there's a lot of noise with people going in and out of their pods through the night (even with earplugs in). Because of those reasons, next time I might stay in a hotel close to the airport instead, but depending on how much time I have I would consider staying here again.

Good, but really hard to find… if you are on the floor or door 8, take the elevator to go down, then you can see door 4. On the right side of door 4 there’s another door. Go out from that door you will see a bus station. It’s in the waiting room of that bus station. Another thing is 9 dollars per hour is a bit pricey considering you can easily find hotels nearby that costs around 20 to 30 dollars per night.

I'm so greatful these pods were available. It saved us having to try to sleep in the very busy and loud airport, on the floor. So quiet and comfortable.

The best place to stay if you have a long layover. Most vip lounges in T2 close during nighttime and the terminal itself is a nightmare, so having the option to rest in a nice clean capsule hotel is very much appreciated. Everything was clean and felt like sci fi. Loved it! The only thing I would criticize is the pricing, which in my opinion is a bit on the expensive side (though still cheaper than any other option in or near the airport).

Another Japanese concept Mexico tried to adopt and failed. Having lived in Japan for many years I can say with confidence that this establishment has failed to keep quiet. When I entered to sleep there were 2 lady's with flashlights talking and looking around in the men's section so I assume they are the workers. Then you hear a bucket being dragged around and water squeezed from a towel into said bucket. Them when you think you can get some rest... Nooo They come in mopping with chemicals that are so strong in smell that it wakes you up. Now there is a beeping noise like some one is opening and closing the door and can't make up their mind. Palm to face... The place is clean. Good showers also clean. Towels are a little rough on the skin but bearable. But I hope they can address the beeping that other reviews mention it is disturbing for deep sleep. For a short stay it's good... For a longer stay get an airport hotel... You'll be glad you did.

If i could give 0 star i would. My 17 year old daughter stayed in the hotel on our way to Guatemala for a volunteering trip. On her way back (a month later) she booked the same hotel and was denied access because she was a minor...they put my kid out on the street for the night with no refund...she was already in their system at time of booking, they knew how old she was, took her money and denied her to stay... unethical business all together.

Good place to nap and why not a full night as well. Pods are not perfectly silent, but to me personally that's not a problem. Locating was the tricky and extremely frustrating part. Arrival hall-other end (bus station/stop) and there it is. Very easy to access when you know where to look.

Had a great experience staying here. Very clean, helpful staff and organized place. Everything is to be opened with the key provided to you which is to open your locker, doors and capsule. Also to keep the lights and air on in the capsule. Was very nice for them to wake me up at the time I provided them with due to not being able to use my alarm did not want to wake up anyone. Only thing is that the bedding was very simple just a flat pillow and a thick blanket but no sheets or good pillow case.

I was positivity surprised by the cleanliness of this place. Staff is friendly, dark room for the sleep capsules, bathroom with lookers, showers and hairdryers, good internet and two desks at the reception in case you need to use for work. I'll definitely book again if I need a quiet place to stay during a layover. Negative points are only the lack of elevator to get to the second floor, so a little annoying if you have a lot of luggage, and no snacks available.

This place is awesome !! I used it for a shower. The shower area is extremely clean, new and well kept. Staff is very friendly. They have towels, shampoo, body wash, hairdryer included on the price you pay for a shower (around $10 dollars). Exactly what I needed to get fresh. Price is fair.

Horrible place to stay. Offered a wake up call, they forgot to wake me up caused me to miss my flight. On top of that would not let me back into my pod even though I had rented it until 11AM, I missed my 6am flight because of them and tried to go back to at least get some sleep before my rescheduled flight. Horrible customer service and very disorganized.

Very comfortable, clean, easy to check-in and check-out and super convenient on a longer layover but the real gem here is the staff. Incredibly gentle, friendly and helpful, what a great way of starting a trip with welcoming people like Sebastian and Miguel ❤️

Good place to stay if you have an overnight layover, or a few hours and are travelling alone. Inexpensive, good showers with shampoo & gel. Facility is very clean, staff helpful & friendly. Is located in T1 & T2, just steps away from Arrivals area. Not recommended for claustrophobes.

If you don't have time to visit city, and don't want to be rush, the best place inside the airport. Clean bathrooms, toilets. They have wake-up service. Moreover up to your flight, you can find these hotels both terminal 1 and terminal2
