In
the
experience
we
had
with
Reina
Madre
Toluca
it
was
disappointing,
everything
was
bad
from
the
beginning,
we
went
to
Toluca
because
they
told
us
wonderful
things
about
the
hospital
and
really
everything
is
good
in
Reina
Madre
Lindavista,
but
in
Toluca
to
give
birth
it
is
disappointing
so
we
registered
and
after
that
they
put
us
in
a
normal
and
spacious
room,
then
they
took
us
to
the
operating
room
to
give
way
to
the
delivery
of
my
son,
first
bad
point
the
pediatrician
seems
that
he
only
went
to
see
and
take
data
in
a
hurry
from
there
they
transferred
my
baby
to
me
and
the
treatment
given
to
his
wife
was
of
poor
quality,
they
took
her
out
of
the
operating
room
once
the
delivery
was
over
and
left
her
waiting
1
hour
and
a
half
for
observations,
outside
the
operating
room
with
the
baby,
my
wife
seeing
how
another
person
came
in
to
give
birth
her
baby
and
it
was
an
uncomfortable
moment,
we
realized
that
they
did
not
have
rooms
available
they
told
me
that
they
would
have
her
for
observation
that
time
but
it
really
was
not
like
that,
they
put
us
in
the
room
tion
where
the
staff
entrance
and
the
emergency
entrance
were
around
the
corner,
a
very
small
room
than
the
one
they
put
us
in
at
the
beginning
(the
one
at
the
beginning
was
not
a
jr
suite
or
suite)
2nd
bad
point
not
all
the
nurses
are
accessible
and
I
told
them
that
if
they
could
bring
me
a
nursery
and
they
told
me
that
the
child
would
have
to
sleep
with
my
wife
and
that
they
would
check
if
there
were
nurseries
available
so
if
you
are
a
first-timer
and
even
if
you
are
not,
the
pain
after
a
cesarean
section
is
a
bit
irritable,
bad
attitude
of
some
nurses
so
you
don't
know
how
to
change
a
baby
learn
if
this
is
your
choice
because
the
nurses
don't
support
you
(I'm
not
talking
about
all
the
nurses)
exit
never
paid
attention
to
my
baby
and
I
never
took
his
follow-up
at
those
times,
I
mentioned
this
to
the
counselor
and
she
told
me
what
she
is
going
to
do.
A
report
and
they
are
going
to
follow
up
honestly,
it
is
to
date
that
they
have
not
given
us
an
answer
,
is
It
was
our
experience,
the
truth
is
that
they
never
gave
us
the
attention
we
had
and
we
thought
that
they
were
going
to
do
in
the
Reina
Madre
being
their
hospital
and
moving
from
CDMX
to
Toluca
because
we
thought
that
the
attention
was
going
to
be
good
as
it
was
being
handled.
I
hope
my
experience
works
for
you,
the
hospitals
that
have
an
agreement
are
better
because
it
is
the
second
time
we
have
had
a
baby
and
the
experience,
both
for
your
baby
and
for
you
as
a
woman,
is
abysmal
in
terms
of
care,
treatment
and
being
humanized.

En
la
experiencia
que
tuvimos
con
reina
madre
toluca
fue
decepciónante
todo
mal
desde
un
principio,
nos
fuimos
a
toluca
por
que
nos
hablaron
maravillas
del
hospital
y
de
verdad
que
en
reina
madre
lindavista
todo
es
bueno
pero
en
toluca
para
dar
a
luz
es
decepciónante
nos
registramos
y
después
de
ahi
nos
metieron
a
una
habitación
normal
y
amplia
despues
nos
pasaron
al
quirofano
para
dar
paso
al
alumbramiento
de
mi
hijo,
primer
punto
malo
el
pediatra
parece
que
solo
fue
a
ver
y
tomar
datos
con
mucha
prisa
de
ahi
me
pasaron
a
mi
bebé
y
el
trato
que
le
dieron
esposa
fue
de
mala
calidad
la
sacaron
del
quirofano
ya
una
vez
terminado
el
alumbramiento
y
la
dejaron
esperando
1
hora
y
media
para
observaciones
,
afuera
del
quirofano
con
el
bebe
,
viendo
mi
esposa
como
entraba
otra
persona
a
dar
a
luz
a
su
bebe
y
fue
un
momento
incomodo,
nos
percatamos
que
no
tenian
habitaciones
disponibles
me
comentaron
que
la
tendrian
ese
tiempo
en
observacion
pero
realmente
no
fue
así,
nos
pasaron
a
la
habitación
donde
estaba
a
la
vuelta
la
entrada
del
personal
y
la
entrada
de
urgencias,
una
habitación
muy
pequeña
que
la
que
nos
metieron
al
principio(
la
del
princio
no
era
una
jr
suite
o
suite
)
2°punto
malo
no
todas
las
enfermeras
son
accesibles
y
les
comente
que
si
me
podian
traer
un
cunero
y
me
comentaron
que
el
niño
tendria
que
dormir
con
mi
esposa
y
que
checarian
si
habian
cuneros
disponibles
asi
que
si
eres
primeriza
y
aunque
no
lo
seas
el
dolor
despues
de
una
cesarea
es
un
poco
irritable,
mala
actitud
de
algunas
enfermeras
asi
que
no
sabes
cambiar
a
un
bebe
aprende
si
esta
es
tu
elección
por
que
las
enferemeras
no
te
apoyan
(no
hablo
de
todas
las
enfermeras
)

el

no
lo
vimos
solo
en
el
alumbramiento
y
para
que
nos
dieran
la
salida
jamás
le
dio
la
atención
a
mi
bebe
y
jamás
le
tomo
su
seguimiento
en
esos
momentos,
le
comento
esto
a
la
consejera
y
me
dice
que
va
hacer.un
reporte
y
van
a
darle
seguimiento
honestamente
es
hasta
la
fecha
que
no
nos
dieron
una
respuesta,
esta
fue
nuestra
experiencia
la
verdad
jamas
nos
dieron
la
atencion
que
teniamos
y
pensabamos
que
iba
hacer
en
reina
madre
siendo
su
hospital
y
trasladandonos
de
CDMX
hasta
toluca
por
que
pensabamos
que
iba
una
buena
atencion
como
se
venia
manejando
.
Espero
les
funcione
mi
experiencia
esta
mejor
los
hospitales
que
tienen
convenio
por
que
ya
es
la
segunda
vez
que
tenemos
un
bebe
y
la
experiencia
tanto
para
tu
bebe
como.para
ti
como.mujer
es
abismal
en
el
sentido
de
atencion,trato
y
ser
humanizados
.
