The professionalism at this place is top notch and I would recommend them to a friend, but I decided to try another place due to a recent experience I had here. Today I was getting three cavities filled. I'm not a cavity expert, so I didn't know if you have to ask for anesthesia or not, but since it was not recommended or explained to me I went without it. During the drilling process I jumped out of the chair due to the pain and was yelled at by the dentist lady. I understand her concern, but it's easier said than done when you have your mouth being drilled and you feel everything. After that event, she numbed my mouth and finished filling my cavities. I still felt some animosity which is why I'm going to try a different place. I think they should explain the process completely and offer local anesthesia before the drilling begins to ease the pain and prevent awkward hostile situations like what I experienced.
