This is not that we booked. It is a very small not really clean room. The bathroom is absolutely disguisting. Old, rusty tub with a bath curtain. Do we live in the 90s? The toilet is dirty and cannot clean the red stains from it. Why am I celaning it? 2 of 3 doors not working in the room. Cannot close or open these normally. There are no space for the clothes and suitcases. The room is full with ant. Only one small table for the TV. No refrigerator in a 35 degree room. The pool opens late and closing early. The breakfast is OK but the same 3 optional menu every morning. The restaurant, the hall and the first floor is ok. These are renovated. But the second floor... Worst room that I ever paid. Don't believe to the pictures. Look at my pictures!

Seems to have been recently refurbished, with cheap doors. However, it’s very clean indeed. The two female staff I met on my stay were always super nice to me and really helpful.

Good hotel very conveniently located in Sant Vicenc, rooms have a lot of character and you can enjoy the tranquility of the place. Very clean throughout.

We had a great time at the Oriola. The rooms and the hotel is newly renovated and with tasteful interior. People are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice but could vary a bit more. However a few little critiques. We had a superior room (also paid more) in which we had no Tv or fridge. I mean I can live without the TV but a little fridge would be nice when its very warm outside. Another issue is that you hear lots of noises since the rooms are not good isolated . Anyway we can recommend to stay at the Oriola since we had a great time there.

Nice hotel for good value of money. There is a small reception with a little bored but friendly front staff. The rooms are basic but nice and clean. They are to both sides. Street side is nice as you have a chance to see the sea in the distance. The other side has sun in the morning. I think all have a balcony or terrace, which is great around 11, the pool will start to have sun as well.

This was our third hotel check-in during our nine days in Majorca. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay for our few nights here. Check-in was pretty awful, not very friendly, very matter-of-fact, no help with bags, the hotel wasn't verbally introduced to us and the first thing I noticed in reception were paper signs stuck to the walls with sellotape advising guests about the ant problem vis-à-vis, food in rooms and the hygienic disposal of sanitary towels...(bit weird!)....but once that was out the way we got to know the place and started to enjoy it. Whilst polite enough, it does seem that most of the front of house staff are not overly happy working here...(although the room cleaning/maintenance staff were very nice)...they just seemed continually grumpy...trying to engage them in conversion was a bit like pulling teeth. Anyway, newly refurbished rooms are clean, beds and pillows comfortable with a gloriously powerful shower in the bathroom! Our corner facing balcony (room 105) was superb. Breakfast was limited to three opinions but they were freshly made and very well presented with decent yoghurt and fresh fruit, coffee and orange juice. They have a lovely bar and terrace here but the bar was never open, apart from one evening - so the hotel is essentially a morgue during the day and evenings. Pool facilities were good with lots of loungers..it's likely you'll have the place to yourself because of the beach. We would come back again and I would recommend it - it's basic but pretty good value.

Room for 130€ in September is way too much for this hostel. Ground floor renovated. Our bathroom was super old and we left after one night. Bed was good however and staff was friendly. Wouldnt come back.

I had a very relaxing time last weekend in this lovely Boutique Hotel in Cala San Vincent. The weather was amazing and breakfast was delicious! Very friendly staff. Being a travel agent myself, it was a pleasure to be at this hotel.

Nice little place. Great for 1 ore 2 nights. Hard beeds so tough to sleap. Room with ocean view, on a great day maby. But not realy. Breakfast poor but okay. A pit expensive for a 2 star hostal. It's not offen you can swim in the ocean there.

So. We spent a few days here with my boyfriend while taking care of a nearby property. First three days we stayed at the Room 101 with a garden view which was nice but very humid and musty. Then we changed to the opposite side, room Nr.109 which was much better, sunnier at the end of October and with better air, but the Wifi didn’t work well and the staff refused to do anything about it and didn’t offer discount. So thhe staff was unfortunately not just bored and unfriendly (especially night shift lady, the best pro and super nice was cleaning lady) at the end of the Season, but they didn’t prepared the breakfast that I‘ve asked for because of the early check out. Breakfast is included in the price, and the price is higher for what you get. I recommend if you just don’t care. Cleanliness, Location and morning coffee is 👍🏼

I recently stayed here and extended my trip three times. The rooms were clean and modern, the staff were so lovely and helpful Mar and Celia specifically, made me feel very welcome. I travel a lot for work and the location and value of this property is wonderful. I would highly recommend

The rooms are new, but there is no soundisolation. We heard everything in other rooms, when somebody watching TV, talking and taking a shower. For ten nights the linen was never changed. A lot of ants are everywhere. There is nothing to do in the town, there are no normal places to eat. I can't recommend it to anyone

Nice little hotel with a very personal service. As a guest, you feel welcomed and respected with all your needs. Super attentive service! The rooms are modern and very clean. A balcony is adding up to your comfort and the bathroom is small, but catering to all needs for a short summer holiday. The breakfast is excellent, and the service is very good! A perfect start into the day in lovely Cala San Vincenç. Location again TOP! Thank you for making our stay rememerable 👍

Nice hostal and good location if you are looking for a beach and good value. The rooms were clean and staff was kind. My only observation was the internet service, I had a few problems connecting and having zoom calls. Not ideal for remote workers but it's something fixable. I suggest to improve the wifi across all rooms not just the lobby.

Really great stay here. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom floor probably needed replacement due to slight water damage but Poole and everything else was fine!
