We cannot express our gratitude to Victor and Kathrin enough. Our son was injured by a golf club and damaged his mouth and two front teeth whilst on holiday. We received 1st class care from them, they were calm and professional in a quite stressful (for us anyway) situation. Upon our return home, our dentists in the U.K were in extremely complimentary of the work they had done to save his teeth. I wish they were our dentists here!! 100% recommend and forever grateful 🥹

Professional, efficient, friendly dentists. The clinic is new; procedure cabinets are spotless with new equipment. The team is talking in Spanish, English and German. You will find a lot of different treatments there, from hygienist service to emergency appointments late in the evening.

The best denstist my family has ever had! My son enjoyed so much that he even pretended to have a toothache just to be checked again. I personally have a bad experience with dentists, but thanks to the patience and forbearance of Victor and Katrin, my visits became much more enjoyable, for the first time I was able to completely heal all my teeth 👏 I would also like to add that the clinic is very clean, modern and well-kept. Highly recommend for kids and adults. We will keep coming back 😉

I was in Palma for holidays but had recently had mouth surgery. Lo and behold, at 6am my stitches broke open and my mouth was bleeding heavily! Dr. Hernandez agreed to see me in an emergency manner 30 minutes later (on a Saturday!!). He did an amazing job and was gentle. He also went out of his way to explain things (like using a thicker filament to help avoid them breaking again). Honestly I cannot thank Dr. Hernandez enough for his professionalism and willingness to help at such an early hour and on the weekend. My thanks to you. (my small rave aside, the clinic is very nice, clean, modern, with everything state-of-the-art)

While on vacation in Mallorca, my daughter had an emergency when part of her palate expander came off. The clinic was closed and they treated us anyway. I only have words of gratitude for the great favor they have done us, the attention they have given us, their patience, kindness and the great work they have done. Ich kann gar nicht genug lobende Worte für Dr. Víctor Hernández finden, der mir nach einem Unfall so unglaublich geholfen hat. Er hat an einem Sonntag Abend spontan seine Praxis für mich geöffnet. Sein einfühlsames und professionelles Vorgehen hat mir sofort das Vertrauen gegeben, das ich nach dem Unfall gebraucht habe. Nicht nur hat er sich Zeit genommen, um meine Fragen zu beantworten und meine Sorgen zu beruhigen, sondern er hat auch eine erstklassige Behandlung durchgeführt. Die Praxis selbst ist modern und einladend. Ich bin unendlich dankbar für seine Hilfe und kann ihn nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Ich wurde ich hier auf der Insel im April 2023 von starken Zahnschmerzen überrascht. Gut, dass Freunde mir diese Praxis empfohlen haben. Ich kann alle positiven Beurteilungen nur bestätigen! Eine sehr freundliche und kompetente Hilfe in modern ausgestatteten Räumen hat meine Zahnprobleme beseitigt. Die Terminvereinbarung war immer kurzfristig möglich. Gut zu wissen, dass ich nun auch hier vor Ort in der ärztlichen Versorgung eine Sorge weniger habe! Noch ein Plus: Inzwischen gibt es einen zweiten Standort dieser Zahnarztpraxis in Cala Major!

Wir haben von Dr. Hernandez, mehrere Weisheitszähne in einem Stück bei unserer Tochter ziehen lassen. Nicht nur die gute Vorbereitung, die umfassende Aufklärung- auch die liebevolle Betreuung und das Fachliche hat uns in jeder Hinsicht überzeugt. wir waren so ängstlich im Vorfeld und er hat uns die ganze Angst genommen. Er und sein Team sind so professionell und geduldig, wie man selten einen Zahnarzt findet. Ich kann ihn in jeder Hinsicht weiter empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank!

Hatte die Hälfte der Kreuzfahrt Zahnschmerzen, bis wir auf Mallorca fest gemacht haben. Hatte am Wochenende einen Termin innerhalb einer Stunde bekommen. Eine mit neusten Technik ausgestattet Zahnarztpraxis. Ein sehr kompetenter Artz Dr. Viktor Hernandes hat mich in kürzester Zeit von meinen Schmerzen befreit, so das ich meinen Urlaub mit meiner Familie weiter genießen konnte. Not recommended. This is not a good dentist doe children. He uses old style school methods to put pressure and has no patience. In addition one of the fillings was so poorly done that fell out and had to be fixed by another dentist. Waste of money and time!

Ich habe lange nach einem guten Zahnarzt gesucht und wurde endlich fündig! Von der Terminvereinbarung bis zur ausgeführten Behandlung war einfach alles top. Doktor Hernandez und seine Assistentin Katrin sind sehr einfühlsam, lassen sich Zeit und haben tolle Arbeit geleistet. Mein Sohn, Mann und ich werden ab jetzt auf jeden Fall nur noch zu Doktor Hernandez gehen.

Second day of my holiday the filling in my tooth broke. Dr Hernandez provided me immediately an appointment and carefully worked on my sensitive tooth. Absolutely happy to have found such a great dentist, team and clinic abroad home. Thank you so much.

My bridge and supporting tooth broke away whilst out for dinner on holiday in Palma. At 10pm I was left with teeth that were dangerously close to falling out. I couldn’t risk sleeping with them half in as they could’ve dislodged and blocked my airway. I called Victor and he agreed to open the surgery for me. When I arrived he and Kathrin were there waiting for me. I was very anxious about the situation but they made me feel relaxed and were both so calm. They talked me through every step of the procedure and were very professional. I had to have teeth and roots removed and a new temporary bridge made. I felt completely reassured with their approach and the attention to detail was outstanding. Kathrin worked to produce a temporary bridge that was the perfect fit and wouldn’t finish until it was exact. It is always frightening when you experience a dental emergency, especially in unfamiliar surroundings. I couldn’t have asked for better care than from Victor and Kathrin. They even messaged me the next day to ask if I was ok. Thank you both !

I had a treatment with 2 implants and I have to say that the preparation, the implementation and everything about it was great. In my opinion: it couldn't be better... Additionally, a great practice that is better equipped than my dentist's at home... Thumbs up....

Very professional dentist that helped our 5 years old daughter with her tooth problem. He made effort that she feels good while doing a tooth repair which had dental caries. I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone that needs dentist on the island of Mallorca.

During my stay in Mallorca I was dealing with extreme toothache and going to a practice with an emergency service was unavoidable. With mixed feelings about going abroad and language barriers, I contacted you on Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. At 9:30 I got an appointment, which I gratefully made with Dr. Hernandez. The appointment and treatment were a blessing. Despite the intensive treatment, I left the practice satisfied. Since I'm no longer the youngest, my rating is meaningful. I have never been treated so personally and well in a dental practice as I was with Dr. Hernandez and Katrina. If it weren't for the journey, I would prefer this practice in the future.
