I wish they could put negative stars. Don't let anyone go to the emergency room here EVER! I had a motorcycle accident, and since I was nearby I managed to get there with the help of a person who was walking down the street, since I couldn't walk. The woman at the reception saw me bleeding but simply sent me to the waiting room. Other people who were in the waiting room had to give me clinex so as not to squirt blood. I asked this woman again (I refuse to call her a worker...) if she had a long time left because the pain in her knee was unbearable, and she answered that she didn't know, without looking up from her WhatsApp on her phone. After an hour, I asked him again if I could go to a room, so I could take off my clothes and look at where I was bleeding the most, since my foot felt wet... and it didn't matter. When Dr. Jaime Español Moreda treated me, he took x-rays and examined me. When he moved my knee and ankle I had to scream from the pain. He limited himself to sending me home with ibuprofen, and in the report he said that I had nothing at all, and that I, and I quote verbatim, "denied functional limitation," when I had told him a thousand times that I could not put my foot down, stretch or Bend the knee. Three hours to send me home with some ibuprofen. The nurse who treated my wounds was very kind. The next day, of course, I returned to the Quirón emergency room, since I still couldn't move. And the report is: sprained ankle, sprained knee, torn ligaments, tendinitis in the shoulder, and MRI for possible torn meniscus. They should take away this doctor Jaime Español Moreda's license. REALLY REGRETTABLE!!

I give one star because I can't give less than otherwise I would. After having an operation, unfortunately I had to go to the emergency room where they made me wait more than an hour until I started to get dizzy, as if that were not enough (they made me put two masks over my newly operated nose due to the obligation of one of the nurses with long brown hair) which led to one of the prostheses inside one of my nostrils being removed and from here to dizziness, I repeat after telling you. This was yesterday Wednesday morning. In addition to the poor and little attention I received, I have to go back to the doctor today. In short, you leave worse than you entered and on top of that they make you wait, IT SHOULD BE CALLED EMERGENCIES OF TERRORS. No wonder health is overflowing with places like this where you enter for one thing and leave with twice as much. It's unfortunate that it's also private. Much to be desired about this site

It is unacceptable that the disabled parking space in front of the entrance door, where they cannot park motorbikes, let this happen. You always find 2 or 3 motorbikes there, ignoring the sign that forbids it. I think someone should make sure this doesn't happen...

If you do not have staff to attend to emergencies (and what you do have is not the most hard-working member of staff), do not offer this service. So no one wastes time. We came because yesterday he got a friction rub on his leg while riding a bicycle. Since the wound doesn't look good, we come to have it checked out and treated by a nurse. We arrived at 10:20. At 13:35 a doctor came. No treatment or anything: in 15 seconds he prescribed an ointment and headed home. Because we have it close. That's why we've already come, with this one, 3 times. But this is the last one! The other two were similar. Waiting hours, poor attention and I always had to go to another center the next day. don't come Save the lost hours!!!

Pretty nasty short blonde haired front desk girl every time I've come and there she is. Very dry and always cutting, tries to tell you to leave because they don't do this service here in the emergency room. Today my father went and sent him for a walk too. Very border Because I have it next to the house, otherwise I wouldn't go there.

Yesterday afternoon I went to the emergency room at the Remei Clinic for an intestinal problem. I received excellent care from the staff, nurses and Dr. Cira Vera. I spent 4 hours constantly undergoing tests until I got the diagnosis. Thank you so much.

I recommended going to my best friend because of proximity Three hours waiting...the receptionist with very bad manners told him that the doctors decide the appointment, there was no one, everyone passed him. After three more hours, crying he complains again and oh surprise, his mistake, it didn't come out. the system, not even an apology. Post.not a test, with a history of bronchitis, not a plaque...nothing...medication prescription to take down an elephant that is...what a disappointment, I have been going to this clinic since I was little...I will not recommend it anymore I won't go of course... She did not file a complaint on the spot because she was terrible and also extremely angry...today she is still in bed the same or worse She was going to the dexeus, but I advised her to remei, a big mistake....it wouldn't hurt to invite her receptionist to be more friendly, empathetic and professional with patients who don't go there for pleasure. And above all, to treat patients with a little more professionalism....not even a plaque for a person with a history of bronchitis?????!!!!!in a private clinic?!?!?!.. .turn off and let's go. Greetings and I hope they improve their emergency service because we are talking about people's health, which is no small thing. Thank you

Incredible, the woman at the reception doesn't want to help me after a head crash, I vomited, I have loss of balance (with the heat). We ask for information about the Spanish health system: she answers "I don't know, sorry." He doesn't want to work amazing

One star because zero is not possible. Starting with the lack of empathy of the girl at the reception, clearly the emergency department handles rapid documentation and a minimum of good treatment of the patient. It was not so! A little more professionalism. After asking for a blanket (or any means to cover myself because of the chills) they tell me that it is not possible, in a private hospital!!! I write the review while I'm still waiting for triage more than 40 minutes later... Clearly the meaning of the word URGENCY is not mastered!

Two hours of waiting and then 50 more minutes in triage is too much! I didn't go to the public because they take a long time to attend and paying 90 euros a month, it's the same...on top of hearing what they say about another patient "she's going to wait longer since she complained", I left because after the 50 minutes of Wait in triage, I approached to ask and the answer was "however the doctor takes, if you want to leave, you can do it yourself."

Worst emergency ever. I have waited here for 2 hours, the queue was not moving at all. Only one doctor for the whole clinic, don’t recommend it to anybody.
