    Today is Wednesday 10/18/23. On Monday, October 16, 2023, I was personally at the medical center to get an examination appointment. The two women at the reception were unable to tell me when the doctor would be there and when I could have an appointment to see him. They said they would call me on 10/17/23. But no call from the clinic. I called, but again the ladies couldn't give me an appointment. They said they didn't know when the doctor would come. They would call me, but I haven't received a call. 10/18/23. no call from the clinic. I made a call but canceled after 30 minutes without success. Finally I was able to book an appointment online. What if I didn't have internet???

😠 Longest waiting time ever! I arrived at 10:40am in emergency and I got checked in at 10:53. By the time I'm writing this review it has passed 3hrs and no sign of any member of the staff to apologise for the waiting time. Unbelievable!

😠 Don't waste your time... the setup feels dated & unprofessional, and from my own personal experience, the staff proved incompetent and inefficient, failing to help resolve my situation and not even bothering to contact me or return emails. My appointment there was a complete waste of time and money.
