I
was
pleasantly
surprised
to
find
a
testing
menu
with
13
dishes
for
67€/person;
that
also
were
able
to
accommodate
my
partners
diet.
Teòric
is
a
true
Catalán
restaurant
with
all
of
it's
ingredients
sourced
from
Catalunya.
The
winelist
were
all
Catalán
wines,
categorized
in
regions,
not
in
wine
types
as
they
usually
are.
The
food
was
tasty,
so
tasty
that
I
forgot
to
take
pictures
of
most
of
the
dishes.
We
felt
that
some
of
the
dishes
could
have
used
more
salt,
but
salt
were
available
on
the
table
for
us
to
add
if
needed.
We
would
also
had
hoped
for
a
better
explanation
of
some
of
the
dishes.
For
example,
there
was
the
pasta
with
Christmas-broth,
that
a
few
days
later,
understood
that
it
was
a
traditional
Christmas
dish
for
the
region.
The
last
dessert
was
quite
unusual;
a
chocolate
cake,
with
mushroom
cream,
fried
artichoke
and
a
sauce
made
out
of
a
Ratafia.
Not
bad.
The
cherry
on
top
was
when
they
entered
with
a
small
extra
dessert
with
a
candle
in
it,
as
I
had
writen
in
the
reservation
that
we
were
celebrating
my
birthday.
