changing
several
boxes
in
Barcelona,
I
am
sure
of
one
thing:
if
you
are
looking
for
the
perfect
box,
go
to
MaxGrit
Crossfit!
The
space
is
located
in
the
city
center
of
Barcelona
and
itās
very
well
connected
with
the
public
transport.
It
also
offers
a
safe
space
inside
to
park
bikes
and
electric
scooter.
The
box
is
big
and
has
all
the
professional
equipments
for
Crossfit,
always
enough
for
all
the
participants.
The
coaches
are
very
professional
and
motivated,
they
are
always
focused
on
the
class
and
ready
to
give
advices
and
make
corrections.
In
addition,
they
spend
a
lot
of
energy
in
motivating
the
class
and
the
participants
individually.
MaxGrit
Crossfit
offers
several
one-hour
classes
of
different
type,
most
of
them
are
of
Crossfit.
Classes
are
made
up
of
18
participants
and
itās
always
easy
to
book,
but
in
case
of
not
the
coaches
are
always
available
and
lovely
to
arrange
you
a
spot.
MaxGrit
Crossfit
offers
also
several
classes
of
open
box
for
those
who
need
more
time
to
train
or
need
to
focuse
on
their
own
work
out.
They
also
have
classes
of
Crossfit
Weightlifting,
Crossfit
Gymnastics,
Crossfit
Running,
Crossfit
Endurance,
Strength
and
Mobility
and
Gymnastic
Foundamentals.
The
offer
is
so
big
that
itās
impossible
not
to
find
what
you
are
looking
for!
I
took
part
to
6
classes
per
week
and
Iām
very
satisfied
about
everything,
Iām
working
well
and
I
feel
motivated
all
the
time.
The
workouts
are
heavy
but
always
different
and
challenging.
I
like
the
coaches
because
they
give
me
simple
and
effective
advices
that
help
me
a
lot
during
the
workout
and
to
grow
personally.
Also,
I
have
problems
with
motility
and
my
flexibility
is
not
the
best,
but
since
I
train
at
MaxGrit
Crossfit
I
have
participated
in
many
Gymnastics
classes
with
the
coach
Chiara
andā¦
what
can
I
say?
Very
satisfied!
The
classes
are
focused
on
specific
movements
(generally
the
most
difficult)
that
are
complicated
to
acquire
during
a
crossfit
class.
Thanks
to
the
work
done
in
the
Gymnastics
classes
I
was
able
to
improve
a
lot
and
in
a
short
time.
In
fact,
the
exercises
are
progressive
and
everyone
is
able
to
work
at
their
own
pace.
Now
I
make
sure
I
attend
at
least
one
class
a
week.
