Very nice apartments! Very good location. It's perfect to live near Sagrada Familia. There are supermarkets about 300 metres from villa Sagrada. Room is comfortable, kitchen includes all nessesary things to prepare tasty food. Me and my husband were very happy in this place.

It is in a quiet area. The metro is about 300 meters away. It has the basics. The hot water is only enough for two people, one with long hair.

Strategic location close to the metro and the Sagrada Familia (no more than 8 pleasant minutes on foot), with multiple supermarkets, breakfast bars and bakers just a few minutes away; basic but modern furnishing room, equipped with sheets, blankets and multiple pillows, third sofa/bed from a famous practical furniture chain, large and comfortable (not the classic sofa/bed), all well-kept and very clean; kitchen with everything you need (cutlery, kettle, freezer, fridge, there was even dish soap!); extremely clean bathroom with towels, toilet paper and hairdryer; an entire wall with two large windows and a very small terrace which still gives a breath of air, a busy street but excellent insulation which allows you to sleep peacefully. Definitely recommended for us!

Too expensive for what you get, not worth the money. Terribly decorated walls in the corridors, looked like students dorm, or hostel. Very noisy. Narrow road just in front of our room, you could here people talking, dogs barking, scooters riding, couldn't sleep normally also would wake up 7am because of noise. "balcony" in the apartment so tiny, can't sit down. Saw dead cockroches on the pavement, ladys bra, old hygiene products litterally in front of this "apartments". Dissapointed. Location is great, 6minute walk to Sagrada La Familia. Room was normal size, nothing special. Not worth 110€ per night

The aprt is ok. The location is good. But the owner/administrator is unreachable!!! Leading to potential misunderstanding, delays, loss of precious time, etc! A bit more communication/availability/accessibility would go a long way to make the stay even more enjoyable!

Cosy and clean apartment. WiFi ,A/C and fully equipped kitchen. Location is very convenient with 2 metro stations near by.

The apartments are in a good condition, clean and well located. We arrived earlier than the check in time but there was a lady there that let us into our apartment, and was very friendly. In the neighbourhood, there is a Metro station very nearby (Encants) where you can access the city centre and also a Lidl for groceries. The only downside as other reviews mention is that the walls are very thin, so you may experience some noise from the other apartments in the building.
