(Translated by Google) I am very affected by the treatment received yesterday by Dr. Magalhaes de Paula. I comment on what happened: I had myself checked twice by a direct doctor from the Santa Ponsa health center due to a gynecological problem that was quite annoying for women. They indicated the use of some creams that did not work. On the 4th at night I couldn't sleep because of the pain, irritation, on the verge of tears, I had to take a pill to be able to sleep, that's when I went to the Palma health center where I am now registered. I arrived at office 1 and the doctor took all the time in the world to arrange her things, take out her food, her fruit, then she left, then she came back (ok, they spent about 10 minutes waiting, which doesn't worry me) when entering the office I say TWO WORDS and he tells me this is not an emergency. Ok thank goodness because if it had been and she takes all the time in the world to accommodate her desk, coming and going what would have happened. However, she won't even let me explain the situation to her, she had already labeled it as NO urgency or she wasn't interested in seeing me. He told me to undress with a window fully open and when I asked if it can be closed, his response was "no one sees you" which is really unprofessional. Anyway, last night I couldn't sleep either and it wasn't prescribed with anything at all, not even a solution. He told me: go to door 22 that they give you to do some studies, but his attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Very dissatisfied with the treatment provided in a medical center that I never go to, never except for this reason, which seemed to me an emergency.

My 87-year-old grandfather's passport recently expired, and his health card expired about a year ago. He doesn't see well and hadn't realized it. Take into account that he has been to consultations, to the pharmacy and has After all, he went to renew it and at that point they cut it off and told him that they couldn't treat him that way or give him the medication. If they had told him that it was expired, they would do it ahead of time, I say it more because they are taking away his medication. to an 87-year-old adult that paper transmissions take a few months, his expired card still worked. I know we are to blame too but humanity -1 here :/ On other visits that I have been to, a lady at the reception gives terrible treatment.

The reception staff has no problems, always very attentive, just like the analytical staff, but not my primary doctor, from whom I will ask for a change. I went with a serous otitis, diagnosed in Spain, after 4 days, she saw me with a suppurating ear, saying that They had only given me paracetamol and the pain was unbearable, he did not check my ear, he gave me an antibiotic that when I arrived at the pharmacy I had not loaded on my card. I returned to the medical center and told me that he was sorry that he had given it to another patient by mistake. 🙄 He charges it to me and when I ask for leave to justify it at work, he only gives me today and no more days and I continue with my ear oozing, clogged, hearing an echo and a beeping...I don't wish anyone a pain of heard for more than 4 days! I hoped that as my primary doctor she would support me and give me a solution but I don't even look at it!

(Translated by Google) Too bad the service of this center. I had never seen this lack of commitment and passivity. Without demanding I carry over 50 calls in 3 days and have not picked up the phone once. There is no excuse. Other centers in Covid times as we are take the phones.

I put one star because there are no less. I had a blood draw today at 8:15 am, they hurt me with the very tight rubber (something I say) and then the hematoma and subsequent bleeding was incredible, this had never happened to me there. Also, to make matters worse, I had an appointment at 1:00 p.m. with my new doctor and they told me it was at the hospital when I said that it was not possible for me to go there, having an infection like the one I have. It seems to me that everything was handled terribly and on top of that now with arm pain, I plan to formally complain. A horror!!! Before this was not like this!

(Translated by Google) DR. MAGALAEF has a denigrating treatment, he does not act as a doctor but as a judge. Badly educated, she does not introduce herself or ask how you are. He has no shame in criticizing how his previous colleagues have done the job. He only cares about being superior to his colleagues and judging them before the patients, he does not do his job at any time, he calls you on the phone without even knowing your history, the treatment is embarrassing, unprofessional. (Original) DRA. (Translated by Google) Terrible attention both by phone and in person. And as for specialists like this, you can go dying, they rarely send you diagnostic tests. And another thing that in one appointment you can have a doctor assigned to the next you will have other insurance, something not personal and annoying every time you tell your story.

I made an appointment with the family doctor, which meant that I had to go to the general hospital. I arrived at the hospital and they told me that they don't treat me, why is there a problem with the patients who were referred from Casa del Mar? Very badly done, I lost my appointment and could not attend
