The emergencies at this place are a shame, and not only because of the wait, but also because of the way patients are treated by the person at the reception and the doctors themselves. They forget that we are human beings and that no one goes to the emergency room for pleasure. Zero empathy, lack of respect and constant poor treatment of the patient. We all pay for public healthcare and we have the right to at least be treated politely, as we are not cattle.

This center's emergency room is a shame. To begin with, the receptionist is unfriendly and speaks terribly to everyone. The visits go very slowly, waiting almost two hours for me to be treated for the flu. The emergency waiting room is packed and nurses and doctors walking around and talking to each other, and to make matters worse they open at 9:30 and close at 7:30 p.m., and if you arrive at the closing time they still have trouble attending to you . If you are dying of pain for something better, go directly to the hospital because here they care very little about your health.

We have been in this health center for more than fifty years. Where we have been well cared for. Doctors of great human quality. Taking care of ourselves with all the moments that have passed. Now in the new "normal" they assist us by phone... with great care, especially of our elders. A neighborhood whose age index exceeds 70 years... Nou Barris ...guineueta neighborhood #LetsGuides

It is the worst CAP in Barcelona and, if possible, in all of Catalonia! Nothing to say about the administrative staff! But the "Doctors" leave a lot to be desired, especially a bitter man who is there just to be there, of the other doctors who treated me, only one I think is worth it so as not to generalize! The rest including emergencies is rubbish! These people forget that they are there to serve the people who pay their salaries!

I've been going all my life. The telephone service, if you insist several times and are patient, they answer you. They do what they can, they have always taken good care of me and are kind. Both my doctor and her deputy are very nice and I can only say good things about them. However, my experience in the afternoons in the emergency room, depending on who attends you at the counter, is quite unpleasant and I have had bad experiences. The approximate waiting time for emergency visits is like anywhere else, between 45-60 minutes if there are people. The next time I have bad treatment in the emergency room, I will file a complaint with the center, since this way my complaint will really reach the person it needs to reach.

(Translated by Google) I go to the emergency room because I am prone to bronchitis and the other day I tested positive for covid and I have a cough, chest pain and choking. After spending two hours on the street waiting, they visit me in 0.30 seconds counted, they haven't even looked at my throat and just how well I'm getting oxygen, they tell me to take Paracetamol and what inhalers do I take. Well, I don't know, you're the doctor, right? Terrible, and the treatment I don't even tell you has lacked spitting on me. Madam doctor or nurse whatever it was, what is our fault for catching the covid!!!

(Translated by Google) It is a shame that I go to the emergency room with colic pain (explaining that I have had a history and that I have been hospitalized for a long time and that I suffer from it) I had to go yes or yes because I couldn't stand the pain and when it came time to go through triage The 'lady' who was attending today at 08:35 in the morning tells me that if it hurts, I should ask to leave my cap, but that they don't attend to me because I'm not a resident there and she's closed the computer and she's been so nice...I was in a mess at that time because I work right next to the CAP, what do you want the lady to do... am I dying of pain? IT IS A REAL SHAME THAT THEY DENIED ME THE VISIT AND THE TREATMENT THAT IS SO HURT. I have returned to work crying and as soon as my boss has seen me he has had to come with me to ask them to attend to me and they have done so. HOW FAR ARE WE GOING TO GO, HAVING TO BEG THEM TO VISIT ME... WHAT CHANGES WHEN I'VE GONE TO WHEN MY BOSS GONE? WHAT DOES HE IMPOSE MORE THAN ME? You are a bunch of ridiculous and lazy people who do everything possible to "work as little as possible" AND A SANITARY IS LEAVING YOU THIS WRITTEN. I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO WORK WITH PEOPLE LIKE YOU.

All the staff that have treated me have always been great. Until today I go to the doctor Nuria Fuertes, who after telling her that I think I have food poisoning and that I need sick leave for today's work, she starts talking on the phone with Vodafone and gives me the paper without asking me. not what I have eaten or if I have hives or absolutely anything. Then I see that he prescribes something that has nothing to do with it because obviously he hasn't asked me what was wrong and I see that he has given me 3 days off sick leave when I specifically told him that I only wanted today's. All the rest of the staff have always been great but this girl had better dedicate herself to something else because she's so afraid that you'll have to go to her office.

(Translated by Google) I had to go to work with a fever of almost 39, because the doctor did not think that I was bad enough to stay at home with a sick leave... Of course, talking with a colleague that it was already time for a snack and I was going out for a while.... I haven't had a snack time at any job! Since the pandemic they are taking advantage of everything they can... A shame!

(Translated by Google) No complaint from the medical or nursing staff, wearers included. The attention in pediatrics shines, for the moment, always doing everything possible to see the kid the same day that I leave the notice. The reception in the morning, wins the sky. Kind despite everything they put up with. I give a 0 to the telephone attention; it is very difficult to contact the CAP and it should be the opposite.

(Translated by Google) My partner has been sick for more than a year and a half and today he has no diagnosis or treatment and is increasingly limited, his doctor is sick and every time there is a substitute, he has called the emergency room on occasion for pain and they have told him Call your CAP if you can't walk, as is your case, and care is provided by phone. You had to go to the Vall d'Hebrón emergency room and they have already told you that your CAP has to refer you to specialists and substitutes They tell you that they can't read the history because it has many things, and that it's a Vall d'Hebron thing, after insisting they refer her to the specialists and the specialists that she's poorly referred, they take her from trauma to rehabilitation in Vall from Hebron since all this time, they have seen her trauma twice and rehabilitation twice and hers is neurology, she already has an atrophied muscle and let's see how it ends.

(Translated by Google) After 40 minutes of waiting in the emergency room, I am attended by a being (it cannot be defined in another way), totally unpleasant, the opposite of empathetic, spitting out why I go there. Without worrying in the least, not even looking at me, or seeing the ailment that requires minimal medical attention, he schedules me a visit with my doctor. Then they publish a blog full of crap, with very cool and cool images. Are you aware that some of your staff are genuine orcs? I think not. P.S. I put a star to be able to send the review. Too bad there are no negative stars.

(Translated by Google) I've been in the emergency room for three days and until this afternoon the staff has been very kind and attentive, but don't be unlucky enough to run into Consol because I hadn't come across a health worker with so little empathy towards the patient and so rude. What a shame to treat people like this lady has treated me.

I haven't lived in Guineueta for 7 years and I still go to this chapel. My primary doctor has been Dr. Condominas for many years and I am lucky to have her. The treatment is super close, she cares, she follows you up, she calls you to see if you are progressing favorably, the health service should give recognition to this doctor, she is a full-fledged professional. There should be more doctors like her, I live next to the cap cotxeres and when I have to go to the emergency room the treatment is the worst I have seen in my life.

I pay each month for one of the best private mutuals and it is in the Public Health where my family doctor is, who I really trust: Dr. Condominas. On the other hand, the administrators of the cap, as a general rule, have always tried to help me and we must remember that we can all have a bad day.
