Receptionist jutek bngt, setelah masuk IGD dokternya lambat menangani,setelah sy tanya baru di periksa. pas pasang jarum infus perawat kasar feeling udh ga enak, padahal yg di tangani anak2 gada basa basi biar anak tenang dan ga takut. Semua suster nya jutek, fasilitas kamar nya ada aja yg rusak ga berfungsi dengan baik. Sudah komplain jawaban nya nanti di sampaikan ke maintenance tapi ga nongol2. Puncak nya saat bbrp jam anak sy di infus ternyata tangan nya bengkak parah, ga teliti perawat nya katanya pembuluh darah nya pecah. Akhirnya baru bbrp jam kita disitu, langsung pulang cari rumah sakit lain.suami marah krn merasa anak kita bukan bahan percobaan. Mohon maaf ini review jujur, untuk kebaikan pihak rumah sakit supaya lebih baik lg pelayanan nya🙏

Masuk IGD tengah malam krn asam lambung kumat ditangani cukup cepat, perawat & dokter ramah, disuntik obat gak sampai setengah jam uda bisa pulang. Ruangan ber-AC, cukup bersih, dan harganya tidak terlalu mahal. Minusnya hanya di tempat tidur yg saya dapat lumayan bau, entah karena bekas bau badan org lain tdk dibersihkan atau krn bed nya sudah lama jadinya berbau.
