We decided to stop here on a Friday morning as soon as they opened and the staff opened the doors for us which was a nice gesture. We entered and I seriously underestimated how big this place was gonna be! It’s huge with plenty of seating and every sign is visible to tell you where the restroom or kitchen is. There’s a self service kiosk to purchase your cards. The thing I LOVED about this place was that regardless if you get a timed or token card, you get to play EVERY game. That’s so rare at arcades so I loved that aspect. Kids play area was expanded and had plenty of options for little ones. Restrooms were not the cleanest but usable. We paid $26 for 45 minutes and I say it was worth every penny. I enjoyed my whole time there and will definitely be back! Even considering this place for birthday parties. I had a great time. We didn’t eat here so I can’t speak much on food, sorry! Maybe next time.

Fun place for the kids in an hour you get around 500 tickets 🎟. You can also use cash to add more tickets to your total. The food was ok for a kid's play place. The staff is vary kind the are a 5 out of 5.

This Chuck e' Cheese it's in a great location, I love that they have camera recording at door for all the person that come in and out, the staff was great, many games for little kids and big ones. Many tables and 2 sections for birthdays.

This place is wonderful it’s super clean. The staff is super friendly very helpful although I live in Lakeland I always try to make it to Brandon every once in a while to the Chuck E. Cheese there although I love mine in Lakeland as well but it’s always nice to visit.

The food was great, nothing too special but perfectly cooked. The guy in the Chuck E. mascot suit was pretty out of it, acted afraid, nervous, and like he didn't want to be there. He was especially wary around children, which is pretty odd considering posing with kids is part of his job.

This is by far the best Chuck E. Cheese we’ve been to. This location is new so the equipment and the facility are is good shape and pretty clean. They have a bunch of games and arcades on top of three different photo booths. The dining area is very big and there’s ample seating. The birthday area is also pretty big and can accommodate up to 15 birthdays easy. The thing I liked the most, their drink fountain has diet caffeine free soda, which is awesome.

Since they have updated, it is really nice. The staff was amazing! Even though Chucky was only coming out for a party he made sure to walk around to all the kids he even gave my kids some high-fives which made their day. I love Chucky cheese for my kids and I will be bringing him back!

Today is my daughter's birthday we stop to celebrate and have a good time, we order a pizza and some drinks, everything was OK until a cockroach decided to pop up. I decided to talk to the manager and her answer was that she will contact EcoLab to spray around, I'm not very happy about the way she handled this situation, she didn't even apologize for the incident, this is my first and last time here I would never recommend this place to bring your kids to a very unsanitary facility like this.

Went around noon on a weekday and had a small party. Chuck E. Cheese did not host it. UPDATE: not sure why they wrote back and said they are sorry to hear about my experience. I wrote everything as a 5 star. Since you want more feedback please offer vegan cheese on pizza :) Our experience really was great though!

Went to this location with my 2 nieces this past weekend. It was very clean, had a blast with the girls putting up high scores in the arcade. Wanted to recognize an outstanding associate here named Alyssa. From the time we entered the door to the prize table winnings & everything in between, she provided great hospitality. Thank you.
