Let's just say they put my anxiety at ease! The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I was tended to in a timely manner, which is not always the case when going to the doctors office. The X-ray people took me right back for my images and made a comfortable as possible. Then I was taken to my very clean exam room. The doctor came in and introduced herself. She was thorough and meticulous. She took her time to explain what I needed right now and what could wait. She also made me feel like I was a person not just another dollar sign. When I was finished I was greeted by the office manager Ally, who was very kind and caring. She helped schedule my future appointments and made sure my experience was excellent. The best treatment I’ve ever received in my life. I have a phobia of going to the dentist because I would always feel the pain during any procedure and they would always say no you’re ok. Dr.Mendez and her staff is amazing i didn’t feel a thing at one point I think I started to fall asleep during my procedure. I highly recommend Ideal Dental to anyone I know. I think I finally found the perfect Dentist!!! Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable and taking care of my teeth!!

I moved here and was without a dentist. I came here and could not have been more impressed. The front desk staff, especially Ally made me feel at home for my first time coming into the office. As I was leaving she made sure to check on how my experience was and to have a grate at day. There was even a follow up call after. Ally was a cheerful and comforting. Made me feel at home, especially my first time ever being in the office.

Very professional staff! Clean beautiful location. The staff were all very nice and I would like the woman who assisted Dentist she was nice and tried to comfort me throughout procedure. The dentist was very sweet and explained the necessity of procedures I was afraid to pull my teeth🤣😭 but I am glad I did I actually have no pain and it’s only day one ☝️

This is hands down the best dentists office I have ever been to. Every single person I interacted with was genuinely happy to work with me. The lady up front I believe her name is Ally welcomed me with the warmest smile. Everyone took their time to do everything that needed to be done. I would recommend this office to anyone in the area!

Shout to Wanda she was an amazing dental assistant. She made short I was comfortable a kept that air on my bald head cause I about to pass out 😂. Mendez she also did an excellent job abstracting my two wisdom tooth. Fabiana made my visit very pleasant checking she got Me checked in very smoothly. Very polite an dress amazing all the ladies in the front done an excellent Job an made me feel at home. I would highly recommend this place

This was my second appointment at this establishment. My first appointment was great! This service was different. The guy that prepped me for the dentist didn't seem confident in what he was doing and he was rough putting the X-ray device in my mouth. It was a little painful. Then the dentist was speeding through my cleaning. She had water splashing all over the place to the point it was running down the back of my neck. The service seemed rushed. The positive is the business was clean and well put together as usual. My next appointment I will request the first dentist I encountered. I was well taken care of when she serviced me.

First time at this facility and it was amazing service from the front desk (Ally) all the way to the dentist herself. Friendly and clean atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience. The staff at the front desk was very polite and professional - Ally is great! The dentist performed basic upkeep but earned my business moving forward. Finding a dental provider is not longer a problem for me.

My daughter recommended this office to me and wow, i was by surprised at the amount of time it took for them to take me in. Fabianna and Ally made my experience fun and easy aswell as making my experience quick. Everyone seemed very professional and smart. Since the first appointment my teeth have been shiny, clean, and healthy. Overall everyone in this office was friendly and kind .. definitely recommend !
