I've been calling for 2 months now trying to get threw. All I ask for is a referral and they don't want to give me one because they said everything I need done they can do...however when I was there 2 months ago I asked them to change out tools because they were rusty and the paper bag they were in was burned. The dentist said nothing is wrong with them and used them anyway. I cannot afford 5-7k dollars and need to go elsewhere. I've left several messages with the answering service and no luck. Just answer the PHONE! Send me a referral please!

If I could this place a negative -100 stars I would. spent three hours there just for them not to do anything. Was trying to get me to pay $450 per wisdom tooth because they didn’t want to take the proper steps n run it through my insurance which fully covers it. Their tools looked dirty n used. They also don’t answer or return phone calls. If your dentist refers you to them . Request somewhere else immediately.

I’m really, deeply disappointed with this “dental clinic”. Never in my entire life I had experienced work so unprofessional. Sadly I cannot change clinic, because in other clinics they don’t want to continue with the work of others dentists. Please don’t make the same mistake I did by never going to this clinic. Also the wait time is always horrendous! My daughter and son, have waited for at least 4 hours for them to start working , and sometimes we wait all of that time for them to not attend us. I can’t say anything positive of this clinic, if I could give them 0 stars, I would. Please don’t come to this clinic.

The worst experience I ever had. I can’t go anywhere else because I paid in full for my daughters braces. The orthodontist that was there did nothing but sit on his butt the new orthodontist that’s in there, actually did her job. they won’t never answer the phone. They they cancel on you and won’t answer your phone calls. oh, and what’s the point of having an appointment when you gotta wait for hours very unprofessional I would not recommend this dentist office to nobody. And there’s no way to get a hold of a manager or owner.

Never going back here again. My daughter had her appointment last wanted to charge an additional $80 for services. Because they said my insurance didn't cover the type of stuff. They were gonna use on her teeth. So? I though I already know to cancel my appointment for this Month. Find a dentist that we both can use.

The worste service I have ever dealt with put on "hold" for 15 minutes I hang up and call back. They then answer and immediately tell me to hold despite me speaking over them to tell them no. Then que another 15 minutes. I hang up and call again and then they literally decline my calls. Me and my friend spam call until this rude lady answers and fills me in. They were I guess having there 3 o'clock lunch my bad. I asked when they have lunch and they responded 2-3. When I asked why they were having lunch at 3:30 I was told the doctor wasn't in. So don't call from 2-4 I guess to be safe because these asholes are inclined to have an extra long lunch why their boss is out. And they won't tell you ether because why would they.

My name juan today I was in the office and it was clean and the service was amazing. The manager took the time to explain me in detail my treatment plan, she helped me lots with the insurance process. I recommend to get all your dental needs here.

The Orthodontist stephen nelson is VERY disrepectful. He's very condescending to the parents and a bully. His work is horrible. He's always cancelling the appointments last minute bc he doesn't have a ride to come to work. I have never experienced such incompetence and unprofessionalsm in medical. The other Dentists have been professional. The Dentists who capped my tooth did an Excellent job.

Staff is nice but my families teeth still hurt after having fillings done. Also after my kids braces appointments brackets came loose same day without eating yet. Fell out next day. Next appointment for braces another bracket fell out eating a banana. I get charged $20 a bracket. Try to call to and figure it out with the staff but they don’t answer the phone.

Terrible services, they don't answer the phone, I had a corona procedure done, so far, so far, but I'm calling to get a cleaning done and they don't answer me, I had to go somewhere else and they told me that the corona they had put on me caused infections and I'm calling to Let them take care of me because they were the ones who made me a crown and they didn't answer me. There is no way to communicate with them. I give them a zero.
