UPDATED REVIEW: 2/5 We take my son here for his every 6 month dental appointment and today was probably our worst experience. Our appointment was at 11am and we got there 10 minutes early. The waiting room (which isn’t very big to begin with) had at one point 6 patients with their parents and almost nowhere to sit. We weren’t seen until 11:30am! It was horrific. It seems with bringing a new dentist abroad means stack as many appointments together as they can for profit. The whole experience took an hour when it should’ve been 20-30 minutes. Waiting for the dentist to come by to check the cleaning was long too. Our cleaning lady was nice so one star for that. We might have to start looking for a new pediatric dentist. ORIGINAL REVIEW: 5/5 I was a little hesitant about which pediatric dentist to choose for my 17 month toddler’s first visit but the reviews led me to Dr. Jenny Edwards dentistry. It’s located right next to the Bundt Cake company and easy to find since it’s at the corner. Upon entering, we were greeted by front desk staff who were very friendly and nice. Check in took less than a minute and we were seen within a few minutes and it was a total of 10-15 minutes for the whole visit! Staff was great and the dentist was so helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this dentistry practice and I am taking my toddler here every 6 months for as long as I can. Great place, great staff, and great practices.

Update: Dr. Jenny made a personal phone call to reach out to me to discuss my prior concerns and was very understanding and willing to take the time to listen to my situation. I brought my daughter back in and had an overall wonderful experience. Staff was great with kids and knowledgeable. Everything was explained in a language I understood. —————————— I check in and waited in the waiting room for almost 30 min with my newborn and 6 year old very nervous daughter by myself since my husband had an emergency surgery yesterday. As they call us back, they decide to tell me *then* that I can’t bring the baby back with me and I’d need to reschedule. I tried to be understanding and left- though I can’t understand why when I checked in or sat there alone with both children nobody notified me. Or why this was not said when I booked her appointment. This policy was also not included in any email notification for appointment reminders.Then I got an alert that the online portal stated that I had “broken” my appointment. No.

My daughter (4) really enjoys coming here. Both times we went she commented on how beautiful it is inside. She loves the balloon wall decor behind the main desk, the chalkboard designs on the wall and tv’s in the waiting room, as well as above the dental chairs. All around the staff (front desk, dental techs, Dr.) has been great. Dr. Katie and Brittany were absolute rockstars, they have all the necessary tools in the pediatric toolbox to make things smooth and calming. They were encouraging, reassuring, and SO KIND to my little girl during her treatment…who had a genuinely good time getting a crown and fillings. Which makes this momma’s heart just overflow!

Dr Jenny Edwards and her staff are absolutely incredible. The office is clean and welcoming and everyone is so kind and compassionate. Both of my daughters have received the best care possible and Dr Jenny has helped my family beyond belief. She takes her time talking with you and listens to all of your concerns and questions and answers them thoroughly. I cannot recommend her and her staff enough.

I just love Jenny Edwards and her staff. They are so gentle and loving with all of the children. My daughter was absolutely petrified and anxious about having her dental work done and they took their time to really address her fears and repair her tooth. They were so good that my daughter didn't even know she was receiving a shot. Im shook!!!! If you have a sensory child or a child that is scared of having their teeth cleaned, I highly recommend Dr. Jenny and her team. They won’t let you down.

My family and I just moved here and were in need of a pediatric dentist for our children. I honestly am so glad we found this place! I want to start by saying the front desk staff is AMAZING! So kind and helpful. Today we went in for two of our daughters appointments as new patients. One of my daughters has had a lot of teeth issues and and gets very anxious at the dentist. At our previous dentist we had a game plan that we were following so switching dentists was an extremely stressful thought. We had our first visit with our daughter today and I cannot thank them enough. I explained the situation and the issues we have had Dr Jenny took the time to listen to everything I had to say and was very kind.They made this visit a very easy and comforting one for her. After the cleaning Dr Jenny sat with me and went over everything and made up a game plan with me. She was very thorough and I never felt rushed. I also want to give a big shout out to the staff member (I wish I had gotten her name) who was so kind to me. This place is really a gem!

After some negative dental experiences myself I was super nervous/worried about finding the perfect pediatric dental office for my son. We were so impressed and happy with her office , Dr Jenny was so patient and caring with my son. Her office is very clean and inviting from the moment you walk in. My son had a great time and asked to go back!! We will definitely never go anywhere else!!
