45 minute wait when they told us 20. So many clear tables but no one sat us or bothered to check on us. We eventually stopped the hostess and said we will seat ourselves. She didn’t care about it. After sitting waited 20 minutes for drinks. Gave us drinks with no straws. Ordered the kids meal and they gave us small portion of fries. Look at pic. No extra plate for fries so my other child can munch on a few. Seemed under staffed and very unorganized. Glad this isn’t our local chili’s.

We came here to eat and I really enjoyed my food. I thought the The atmosphere was pleasant and the food had a lot of flavor. I got the crunchy rolls I can't think of their name right now though unfortunately. Unfortunately no one else at the table enjoyed their meal. There were 6 of us total my husband said that his steak Was not cook satisfactory. My oldest child said the cheese pizza Tasted funny. The whole entire family enjoyed the spindish dip however.

Value for money experience. Portion of good was great. Do try the 25 for 2 option. Quality of food was great and was fresh. People waiting on us were friendly and good to interact with. The floor could be a little cleaner. Place has a causal vibe with convenient menu options. New York cheese was good to taste too. Music and sound of the sports channels is not too loud so you don’t have to worry about screaming on top of your lungs to try to speak to anyone, which is an added advantage. Could recommend getting water with no ice with a lemon wedge in it, totally worth it.

I have to say that I appreciate people who serve nowadays. That being said, you don't have to be trying too hard to serve food like this. I don't expect much but I would appreciate a manager coming to the table when I ask for one. Not because of this issue, but another issue. Our server, however tried his best while I believe the kitchen could care less.

Aaron was great! He seemed like a one man show at opening. But all of his tables, myself included, seemed satisfied with his service. Food was hot, very delicious, and a great price! I will definitely return. I ordered the 2 for $25 for myself and my son. I got the grilled chicken fajitas, he had the only bacon burger (both are chef's kiss delicious), we started with a half portion of Texas cheese fries and ended with a chocolate chip skillet cookie with ice cream on top 😋

Always good. Do pick up though. It comes cold most of the time when delivered and it with Door Dash ( who suck!). Microwave or oven takes care of it and the quality of the food is still good. Had to do the 4 star though because it sucks having to reheat. No issues with curbside pick up though.

Our server was really nice. It was pretty busy so refills and the queso were slow coming out. Fajitas are my favorite, I usually always get them.

Went on a weekday, not to busy. Server was very good at his job. He would come up to us and check on us. Our food came out right on time. Chips and salsa were amazing like always. I also recommend the chicken sandwich with some side of honey mustard always hits the spot , I always get that or the half order of ribs with the in house barbecue sauce is so good.

I tried to place an online order using a gift card. The online would not take my gift card and didn’t want to do the delivery. I added the app to my phone. Well the app I had the same issue. I place my order but did not use my gift card, I paid with my debit instead. Well door dash delivered on time. The order was not correct. I ordered the ultimate pasta and received the chicken pasta. Everything else was correct. I called and the manager stated I would have a credit on my card in 7 to 10 days. I just want to let everyone know, I am still not happy because all the issues I had with the website and app my order shouldn’t have been delivered properly.

Food and service were great, very filling and nice atmosphere.

It's been a while since I last came to Chili's things aren't that different just minor changes. I wont lie I was looking forward to getting the 2 for 20 but found out they no longer have it just the 3 for me. Drink, App and Entree for $10 so I got that I ordered a Mango Ice Tea, then chips and salsa and Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadillas. It's was all very very good, definitely recommend the Mango Ice Tea. Then I also ordered 2 drinks the Presidente Margarita Mango Flavored and the Margarita of the month The Grand Sunset. Both were very very good. Highly recommend both margaritas. Service was good. Overall had an excellent time. Hopefully I can come back soon.

I ordered a Ribeye with mashed potato and steam broccoli, sadly there was not broccoli, not a problem, it can be resolved with communication, I ordered online meaning my info is there. I spoke with Sheryl the manager when I received my food missing an item, her problem solving solution to keep a client happy was to refund me 2 dollars or that I could drive there to pick something equivalent to it, really !! I paid for delivery just to drive a for a side!! The bigger issue here is that she blamed the third party delivery saying that they grabbed the order and left without saying anything and gave them no time to talk to the delivery guy. Really.. How unprofessional do you have to be to blame your problem on a third party service delivery, that should never have left the kitchen without a simple solution, if you had no info or no one to ask, them add some fries or anything maybe dessert but compensate your lack of product to keep a client satisfied, but obviously there is not just lack of broccoli but also lack of common sense or simple care to solve simple issues that transforms into customer dissatisfaction and bad reviews like this one.

It's been awhile, I had the triple dipper and was not disappointed. Used the app discount for free chips and salsa, which is the best app my food was fresh and hot and cooked perfectly. I will be giving this place another try.

Chilis and similar establishments are constantly good. This location is clean all around including the facilities, service was quick, friendly, and attentive. Food was solid and as expected. Drinks were well made and reasonably priced. This is a great casual establishment for a meal with family or friends.

Was a horrible experience. I just found out that they had bottomless soup and salad. I love the loaded baked potato soup. So I decided to go for lunch today. It took 15 minutes to get seated and place my order. It took another 15 minutes to get my soup and salad. When my bowl of soup arrived I asked to put in for a second bowl. I was told they just ran out and it would be another 15-20 minutes before it would be available again. So much for bottomless soup. They acted really laid back and slow no sense of urgency. I only get an hour lunch break and was late coming back to work. And that was with only one bowl. So I will never go to Chilli's for lunch ever again. It just won't work. I didn't have time to complain and have them discount it. But I just won't go back.

The food seems to be good and consistent the problem is they never have enough staff and it needs updating and cleaned. Our last visit had 1 waitress working the entire floor. While she did her best and was very nice things as you imagine where slow. She definitely needed help as the place was full. I give her credit she did try hard to keep all the tables satisfied but could tell she was overwhelmed

You will think that after a long wait you food will come hot but that is not the case. Server was amazing she deserves 5 start but my plate was totally cold. Hamburger 🍔 was OK.
