ordered

Ribeye

broccoli,
sadly
there
was
not
broccoli,
not
a
problem,
it
can
be
resolved
with
communication,
I
ordered
online
meaning
my
info
is
there.
I
spoke
with
Sheryl
the
manager
when
I
received
my
food
missing
an
item,
her
problem
solving
solution
to
keep
a
client
happy
was
to
refund
me
2
dollars
or
that
I
could
drive
there
to
pick
something
equivalent
to
it,
really
!!
I
paid
for
delivery
just
to
drive
a
for
a
side!!
The
bigger
issue
here
is
that
she
blamed
the
third
party
delivery
saying
that
they
grabbed
the
order
and
left
without
saying
anything
and
gave
them
no
time
to
talk
to
the
delivery
guy.
Really..
How
unprofessional
do
you
have
to
be
to
blame
your
problem
on
a
third
party
service
delivery,
that
should
never
have
left
the
kitchen
without
a
simple
solution,
if
you
had
no
info
or
no
one
to
ask,
them
add
some
fries
or
anything
maybe
dessert
but
compensate
your
lack
of
product
to
keep
a
client
satisfied,
but
obviously
there
is
not
just
lack
of
broccoli
but
also
lack
of
common
sense
or
simple
care
to
solve
simple
issues
that
transforms
into
customer
dissatisfaction
and
bad
reviews
like
this
one.
