    Ordered a #2 and bean burrito. Asked for hot sauce… got NONE. Tacos were soggy and barely filled as seen in photo. Burrito was best part. Over $10 for this order, and they couldn’t be bothered to make the tacos full like they’re supposed to be.

    Update: Just ordered from this location again and found a dirty hair tie in my bag of food. I'm never ordering from this location again 🤮🤮🤮 Hit or miss with this location. I usually have my order right but a lot of the time I'll have an edited item removing an ingredient like sour cream and they still put it on. Also they like to skimp on sauce packets like if they give you too many it comes out of their paychecks. So make sure you ask for extra if you want more than 3.

    I can't believe this happened to me, I ordered a regular order of 3 Doritos Tacos just with lettuce and literally that's what I got delivered. the tacos had no meat. I never thought they were so inept to dispatch such an order. who eats a taco without meat. pay almost $9 to get just lettuce. I have previously ordered tacos like this for my daughter and this has never happened to me. If the cashier had doubts, he should have asked. but he didn't even do that. That's why I don't like to order by car service. every time the service is these Fast Food is more terrible

    This visit was very disappointing. We ordered on the app and the line was wrapped around the building and slow however once we reached the window we were told that they didn't have our order and that we either needed to cancel and reorder or re-enter that massive drive thru line and wait again. This is unconscionable customer service. Ok, let me waist your time placing my own order, waist your gas driving 🚗 to get it, then waist your time and gas providing an interest free loan for food that you have been paid for but now need to contact a third party to cancel and obtain refunds from instead of asking us the name that the order was placed under asking us to park and working on locating the order and simply getting our food.

    waited in line at drive through for 15 barely moved forward so i parked and went in and waited another 20 mins just for someone to acknowledge i was there and take my order.. then it took another 20 mins to get my food. the employees in the back were yelling and throwing things around. no smiles just poor attitude from everyone.

    Worse service ever using the online app. Took over 1/2 hour to get my order, and would have been better if I went through the drive through. Manager very rude.

    Garbage store. Garbage food. Garbage service. Do not use the Taco Bell mobile app. Utter garbage. Left items out of my order. Store won’t help you replace the item. Can’t get a refund through the app. Customer service hold time? 95 minutes. Garbage restaurant, cold food and no regard for the customer. #tacobell

    The service was horrible. We waited what seemed like a long time before we were acknowledged, then when paying the card machine wasn't working and the girl refused to type in the numbers and was rude. Another lady came to help touching the register with gloves on and goes back to making food with DIRTY GLOVES!!!!! And she got mad when I wanted her to change her gloves. Qnd the restaurant itself was dirty.

    Tried the new cheese sandwhich dip taco and the meat wasn't shredded it was just a clump on one side of the taco. My normal taco bell location always fills everything up and this was just lacking and sad.

    Taco bells, there are some better than most. This one was perfect with the crunchwrap Supreme and chalupa. Nice and Crispy with all the good flavor.

    I have a huge problem, I love taco bell so much, but this location is literally price gouging, 2.99 for a soft taco supreme, doritos loco supreme nearly 4 dollars each. 12 soft taco surpreme 38 dollars. Trust me go somewhere else this owner is doing this own their own and I bet Taco Bell corporate would love to know about it.

    Asked for 3 spicy potato soft tacos add 3 cheese dropped fresh which the cashier said that they could do. I got my food within a minute and a half after ordering. (It takes 3 minutes for potatoes). When I brought up the fact that I asked for them fresh and was told yes that they apparently don't do fresh drops for potatoes. Not only that the potatoes were cold for 5.97$ plus an extra 2.40$ for 3 cheese to be added to not get the potatoes dropped fresh as promised was very disappointing especially for that price. Better off going elsewhere.

    I ordered extra meat n cheese for my nacho Belgrade n by the looks never got it n things were all clumped in the middle n even asked them to check it before they gave it to me to make sire all chips were covered n I got my extra stuff. She looked a5 it n still Gabe it to me like that. They raised their prices n you get less food in my opinion.

    Complete failure from beginning to end. Order # 326024. Had problem ordering on line and couldn't complete order. Asked the manager if he could override the problem and he said he had no power to do anything. Since when does a manager have ZERO power to fix something. To continue, we ordered 5 bean burritos with no onions. When we got home we discovered ALL 5 burritos had onions. We had to throw away the burritos...complete loss of $15. If we would have ate the burritos without checking first it would have been a trip to the ER and then a talk to a lawyer. Who makes a person a manager and gives them no power to fix anything? This place is an utter disgrace.

    Good food, quick service, tidy tacos (unlike the occasional sloppy & soggy tacos I get 10% of the time from this & other locations). That's the one and only complaint I have ever had concerning this location. Today they hooked up my order with an additional 3 Doritos Locos tacos, cinnamon twists, and a large soda -- for free!!

    Very misleading hours. It lists the drive through hours, then says DINE IN OPEN COME ON IN. Don't come on in after or close to 10pm any day of the week though.

    This local Taco Bell is often busy but always gets the job done. Oftentimes, we take our son in so he can enjoy the restaurateur atmosphere while eating a cheese quesadilla, and he loves it! Every time we dine, the employees are extra helpful and fun, making our seemingly mediocre experience quite fun! They are clean, quick and welcoming. Stop in one day!

    Closes at 2am. Refused to give my doordash driver my food at 1:04am. Said they don't do doordash after 1am when I ordered it 30 minutes prior. Just do your job or get another one.

    Given the circumstances of a major natural disaster, these employees were hustling to get everyone taken care of. They had a minimum of 20 cars at a time in the drive thru and a packed lobby. We still only waited 25 minutes for our food. Hats off to y'all for an outstanding job.

    I will not be returning to this location or any other Taco Bell location for that matter. The so call (FOOD!)sold by Taco Bell is more like over price trash and the unprofessionallism of the employees does not help either. In the Tampa bay area there are many authentic Mexican and Tex-Mex restaurants that are a 1000 times better than this. Avoid the headache spend your money somewhere else.

    This location usually gets my order right the first time. They are a well working machine. I live close by, and my kids request taco bell alot ( taco Tuesdays) and the line is usually never slow. I like going here. I know my order will be right, they are friendly, and they keep it moving. Can't say the same about other locations.
