They didn’t give me the extra sauce I got charged for and I didn’t get the egg in my salad. Pls be attentive, it’s so disappointing when you buy food and you don’t get what you pay for. I’m doing the review on the receipt. Terrible service.

I am being generous with two stars since at least the chicken is cooked properly, but this has now been the 3rd time that this store has ripped us off by charging extra for sauce and then not putting the sauces in the bag, but this time they also shorted me 2 of the items that I ordered, so basically I’m out almost $15 because the incompetent staff and management couldn’t care less! I would recommend going inside the restaurant to order, and triple checking your order before you walk away from the counter, because the staff certainly don’t check.

04/15/22 9:30 order, reporting this absolutely trash service and food. Legit got charged 54 dollars for them to serve me half of my salad . It looked like they threw one salad into 2 bowls to call it a night. If you are the franchise owner and you put up with this you are ludacris. Your childish employees are going to make you go bankrupt and get sued. The service like I said before is one of the worst I’ve ever had at any place in my life. Horrible food and wait time 45 minutes.

Similar experience to a majority of the reviews here, completely screwed my salad up. Unfortunately have to get in the habit of checking my orders before I drive off. Hope the order taking improves because this is the closest location to my home.

I go to this place because it is close to my house and when I order via the app my food is usually ready. As you can see from the photos the presentation of my order was by care for. It was packaged and rushed. The customer service is 0/5 stars because when I asked the young lady for a drink carrier she looked at me as if I was bothering her. After today I will delete the app and no longer support this business.

My husband asked the gentleman at the counter for 2 sauces for me and he pointed to our food and walked away. I went up and asked again and the same gentleman said its .25 cents for each sauce. I said I've never been charged and he again said .25 cents for each sauce he didn't bother saying when this rule went into effect or anything. He then handed me the wrong sauce. So I went back up and watched another worker get asked by a girl for an extra sauce and she just handed it to her. No hassle and no asking for additional money. Why was I treated differently? Why did I have to pay and we watched multiple people go up and not pay? The guy was rude as anything to both me and my husband.

The worst chicken strips I've ever eaten from a fast food place. It was over fried hard and in old oil. When I parked to go in there was a line around the building for drive through. When I walked in there was all teenagers behind the register and kitchen but reluctant to take my order. I waited for 10 mins before anyone even asked to take my order. Another 15 to get 5 over fried dry chicken strips with worst tasting Zax sauce. 🤢 I wouldn't suggest this place during their night shift. Smh

10/03/2022 9:29PM One of the worst ran restaurants I've ever been to. It was filthy and trash was everywhere. Bathrooms were disgusting. Everything I asked for, they were supposedly out of. Wings, Zax Sauce, honey mustard, drinks unavailable on machines. The teenagers that were at the counter were eating at the cash register counter. No professionalism, no tact.

We've been going to this location since it first opened and we've never had a bad experience but lately (last 6-7 months) every time we go the restaurant is filthy. No clean tables or seats and the floors noticeably dirty with liter. The soda machines and the counters are just a mess.

2020 my husband introduced me to zaxby's I was in love and addicted with the food and they have a great customer service. Right now they don't care about you the food isn't tasty good, they didn't have respect for the customer if there is any mistake. Something happened in front of me yesterday I saw the lady didn't excuse herself. Horrible. You need a good customer service and you need someone who love their job. Need improvement.

Ok, it's Zaxbys. Truthfully, for fast food fried chicken there are tastier options. The staff is great, and I don't want this review to reflect poorly on the location or the people, not in the least. I had Zaxbys when the chain first set out to really make a difference in the fried chicken fast food arena, but they lost there edge and chose to become mediocre. Please understand, I grew up in the South where fried chicken was a glorious delicacy that could only grace your lips once or twice a month, and that meal was an event deparately awaited. I may be a bit jaded, I confess, but as I said It's Zaxbys. Yes cleaner than some competitors but taste beats all, and this chain no longer stands out for me. This is my opinion long as it is.

We love Zaxby's. This is a very busy location, always a line, always pull you forward. Only fast food we order. This location is the worst, and the only one close to us. They ALWAYS either get our order wrong or leave items we paid for out of the bag. Once again, they left off our fried pickles and our son's milk. Please do better*

I just left the drive through and the person forgot to give me my drink. No big deal. I call the store to tell them so next time I can get my drink (I live 20 minutes away) because it wasn’t free and I was told if I don’t have my receipt they are not going to give me the drink…. So giving a customer a drink you forgot to give them is that detrimental to the company Michael? That’s pretty insane to me. Won’t return. I don’t enjoy wasting money.

Stopped in the dining room for dinner and the place was disgusting. Dirty and sticky floors, ice over flowing in one of the drink machines, all garbage cans over flowing, no napkins, etc. No pride in ownership here people. Stick to the drive thru and hope the food prep areas aren't as disgusting.

How do you not take a $50 bill? Especially when my order total is $58?? The staff was also extremely rude. Stupid policy, just check the bills-not hard at all to buy a bill Checker. Place is ran by idiots.

Stopped in before our movie (45 minutes to spare) as it's in the same plaza. There were 2 other tables in the restaraunt that had ordered plus our party of 2 (total 6 people). We ordered chicken tenders/fries and a chicken philly sandwhich. It took 35 minutes. We had to scarf our food to get to our movie start time. Appeared to have plenty of staff in the kitchen and behind the counter. The food was average. The chicken philly is served on a grilled hot dog bun and chicken was good. Chicken tenders good. Food arrived hot. We paid $28 for these two items and 2 drinks. The place was clean and really nice inside. And food was ok. But....I wouldn't go back only because of the wait time for 2 items on a slow night.

Quick and efficient service, can always count on getting my food in under 10 minutes. Food isn't always the best quality (it is fast food, not a Michelin Star Restaurant), but the food is always hot, taste always consistent and plenty of items to choose from. Only complaints is that tables are sometimes dirty, and soda machines don't always work.

The chicken bacon ranch fries were good. I expected the funnel cake to be a little bigger, but it was delicious nonetheless.

I’ve had such poor experience with both food and service from this specific location mostly at the drive thru. They miss something in your order, then make you feel like you’re the problem when you go back inside to ask for the food you ordered. They immediately come up with an excuse such as “that’s not on the order” then when you show them the receipt in hand they roll their eyes and finally make a minimal effort to get what was suppose to be in the order. Zero apologize, zero customer service. You (the customer) are the problem at this location, not the service or food.

I came in at the other night. I had a bad experience I called the store spoke with the manager. She is very respectful understood the problem and took care of the issue. The night crew whom had the Hispanic woman as a manager Wednesday night gave awesome service. I will continue my business here thank you.

Boneless wings are one of my favorites. But the price of food nowadays is nuts. Still you can't go wrong with honey mustard wings.

I don't eat here all the time but when I do I get boneless chicken and chicken fingers fries and I tried their half tea half lemonade slushie it was good. I love to get their zax sauces. I love the way their fries are seasoned and the toasted bread with butter is good.
