This particular store deserves -5 stars. Months ago i used to go there to get my daily coffee.. never issues until i got my coffee and it was not evem full. Less ice is less ice… ive ordered the same coffee at other establishments and never have i had my coffee looking like this!!!! Always filles to the top unlike this place. The manager there knows nothing about customer service she is rude and disrespectful. So here I am again ordering the same thing taking a chance that my coffee will be correct…NOT! I will never go to the brandon blvd store ever again!!!

Why is life so cruel lol. 7 months old review My husband picked up dounut's and coffee because our little girl loves both of those things. She is not feeling to will her lag hurts. She was able to get him to pick her up a grilled cheese sandwich there too. The sandwich was amazing. The best one She ever had according to her. We all loved the donuts 🍩. The coffee a little Bitter tasting in the cream woz just gross. So we used the coffee creamer from home and it made the coffee taste just right. The avocado toast is wonderful. The grilled chicken croissant is So good. The service was fast and the order was correct.

The staff were very friendly, the place was incredibly clean and spotless! The bathrooms were very clean. This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts that I have ever visited in Central Florida and will be looking forward to visiting here whenever I come through Brandon

The bathrooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. The main seating area was very clean as well and kept very neatly. This is a pleasant surprise having visited many Dunkin’ Donuts across Central Florida, this is by far the best one that I have visited

Inconsistent service. You never know what to expect at this location. I have waited up 20 minutes for coffee. Other times , the order is wrong. Customer service is lukewarm at best. You always feel they can't wait for you to leave. The location is just badly run.

There were flies on the donuts, the tables were dirty, I was a walk-in, and my coffee was sitting there undone because they were paying attention to the drive-thru instead.

Went this morning as this is the only Dunkin open before 5am in my area and I had to be to work at 0500. I pulled into the drive thru at 0436 with only one car in front of me and didn't leave until 0458. I ordered two coffees. Not sure what the person in front of me ordered but they were handed a drink and a bag. Thankfully it's only 5 minutes from my work, so I was only 3 minutes late to work. Guess I'll need to get here at 0430 if I want to make it to work on time next try.

This place is busy both inside and the drive thru and it’s well staffed to keep the line moving. Just don’t use the restroom. It’s worst than at a truck stop. A sign on the mirror says it’s cleaned every hour. I would say it wasn’t for quite a while.

I didn’t get to try this out but it seems like a great idea, other than that it was a good clean dunkins

the building in the back still closed down. Same as anytime other time I've been there the staff is very friendly and very helpful. I had to have help with the online app. Unfortunately I did not drive this time but it did make it home safe with all my donuts still in the box. Didn't take long for them to disappear out of the box when I got home. The staff very helpful and friendly. A headlight behavior of the express drive-through unfortunately it's under construction at this time. As you can see also I safely keep in a seatbelt

Donuts are generally fresh. Jacob and Mario know every drink combination and they do know their sugar free syrups - these two are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Super happy repeat customer!

Terrible experience in the drive thru like always management doesn't know how to handle drive thru waited 10 mins for the car infront of me to order and still had issues with the stupid drive thru attendant a line of 6 car pulled up behind me whilst waiting ill never go to this location again

lol this is so terrible and ghetto. i don’t know who the morning shift team members are but none of them know how to do their job correctly considering both of the items are ordered were not only burnt but didn’t have ANY bacon on it. mind you i ordered a black pepper bacon sandwich. you would think it would have the main ingredient in the damn sandwich

Change your Oil before an after business Hours an you ll get better results. Who eats Rubber burnt Hash browns. Even had them Re make it an still didn't re fry it next time your going to do a oil change in the middle of business hours unacceptable.

For this simple order we wait more than 18 minutes to receive it and 20 minutes to order it. They are very slow and disorganized. There were employees outside smoking and another sweeping and mopping the floor when it wasn't dirty. Bad service is unacceptable.

Great coffee and sweet lady making it. Not the cleanest store I cleaned my own table and chair but other than that it was a good visit!

I don’t know where to start. If I could rate this experience 10/5 then I would. Mickey is the absolute best worker best service out of anyone at any dunkin ever. No way to be better. Give this guy an award. Working but himself served a car of 6 people and smiled through the entire thing.

Great place, staff was a little on edge even though they were in about 8 people behind the counter. Took about 10 minutes to get a coffee and bagel but there's a nice view of a small pond and clean bathrooms.

Good food when I ordered thru the drive through then pulled up to window asked to add an item and was told no? There was no line the place was not busy. They said you have to pull around and go to the drive thu again??? They could have asked to ring it seperat and wait or a dozen other options poorly don dunkin poorly done looks like I will be visiting the other coffee restaurant

This Dunkin’ has terrible quality control. It’s close to me so I want it to be better. Yet again was disappointed with a stale dried out bagel that had enough cream cheese to only cover one tenth of it.

I skip over all the otherDunkins I pass (Fishhawk and Bloomingdale) and go to this one specifically every week. I never have any issues here and they’re the most friendly I’ve ever encountered for a Dunkin. Today they didn’t have the bacon cheddar egg bites (second time this had happened, yall should order up) but this time without even hesitation the guy at the window offered me a donut for the inconvenience. I never see Dunkin’ as the place to try to make things right. This particular guy has cashed me out at the window before and he’s always personable. You have a great morning team.

Dejeiah from the drive through was kind and patient. After ordering, I asked for two waters. She has a warm smile. I also ordered a hash brown, not realizing my kiddo wanted one, and she made it happen, with a smile. She deserves a raise!

I came in to order a coffee when I discovered that I didn't have enough money so I said sorry and was about to leave when (I believe the manager) with cash said that she would pay for it. I wish I knew her name so that I could put it up here but sadly I didn't even think about it. Thank you so much you'll forever get my business. Also hopefully she gets a raise.

They are fast, and their coffees are pretty consistently great, but the servers are not always friendly. A few of the crew are super nice, but most wouldn't smile or interact in any way. Their food is disappointing. Be sure to only order coffee.

I’ve been here a couple times and will not return. First time, I was inside and it seemed as if they were making fun of the drive threw customers whose orders they messed up. 2nd time I was coming around for drive threw and 2 employees come running out with out looking right into my car. One employee tried to fight me so I drove off. I rather drive to a different Dunkin location then return.

Only the prettiest, nicest girls work here!!! Went 11/17/22 around 11:45 and they gave quick excellent service, the food and drinks were perfect, and they had great attitudes. Would come back a thousand times over! :)

God bless these guys. Two, TWO behind the counter on a Saturday afternoon at 5pm. No manager in sight to help. They're clearly trying their best. Please give them the recognition and raise they deserve. I understand it's short staffed everywhere but don't abuse them. They adjusted when the app backfired on me.

The service is horrible. You wait at the drive thru for 10 minutes before anyone greets you and when you say”hello?” The employee will say, “we will be with you in a minute” customer service is horrible, wait time is insanely long, they have employees running around outside joking and throwing ice at each other. Don’t recommend. There a lot more Dunkin’s around and it’s well worth it to go to there locations than this one.

Worst food service during after hours. My drink contains less drink more ice. Just within 5 sips the drink is completed. BTW my drink is a vanilla shake(large). Not a recommendation for starters to go to Dunkin during nights. I even waited for 10mins in drive-in to get my shake, moreover there are no vehicles before me as well. Utterly pathetic service. Not recommended at all.
