My experience at A Natural Touch Salon was great! I was referred by a friend and I’m so glad I came here. Kim is so knowledgeable and friendly. I had been researching Sisterlocks for months and Kim answered all of my questions & put me at ease. I have some scalp issues and she’s been extremely helpful sharing some ideas that have worked for others. And the best part…she’s super fast! I was prepared for it to take longer than it did but she's definitely a pro! I’m so excited to continue on my new journey!

I must say this was one of the best experiences I've had at a hair salon. Kj was nice and energetic. Her vibe was cool, she's really a down to earth type of person. My installation was a breeze. We laughed and talked about many different subjects. She gave me instruction on how to deal with my up and coming new journey with my sister locks. I enjoyed my installation days and the professionalism that came along with it. The atmosphere was clean, cool and quiet. She was prompt and organized. The professionalism is outstanding, after my installation she has checked on me to see if I was okay walking into my new journey. I can't say thank you enough for here kindness. I had a wonderful experience with Kim! My hair has been through a lot as I’ve tried two stylist prior. Kim exhibited patience, expertise and provided reassurance. I almost wanted to comb my locs out before my appointment with her and now I’m looking forward to continuing my loc journey!

Kimberely is amazing!! I changed my mind from microlocs to sisterlocks the week of my appointment and she was still able to finish my establishment during the two days that I was originally scheduled! Kimberly is wonderful. She is so friendly and truly cares about her customers. The atmosphere in the salon is inviting, clean, well organized, and modern. Not once did I feel she was trying to push me into product or extra services. She truly wanted me to be happy with the service.
