The staff at this location was so friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Thank you for a great meal.

This is one of the best Chick Fil A I have ever been to. Very friendly staff and super fast. Features a double drive through, which is a breeze. Good work guys 👏

Can get very busy as it’s typical for this chain. This location is able to keep things moving to get your order quickly and correct. Impressive the army of staff during peak hours. Food quality has been great every time.

This location has its act together and should be a model for all other quick service restaurants. There are always plenty of staff working inside and outside to ensure that the line moves quickly, the food is always delivered hot and quick, everything tastes great, and the workers mostly all smile! ⚠️‼️AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! Absolutely awful customer service. Sawyer Slaven needs to be fired. I avoided saying anything, but enough is enough. He's incredibly rude to guests (I've seen others being dealt-with in the same manner), continually rude to my family. When I brought this up to him, he laughed, walked away, and began laughing with coworkers at our expense, looking over at us and talking about us. He needs to be fired, or at minimum, demoted. He is simply not professional enough to enjoy the privileges that come with his position. Even if the fault were with us, the way he handled it and laughed at us, walked away in silence and laughed and made fun of us with his coworkers (any video surveillance footage would confirm this 100%), should be a fireable violation. I've been coming to this location with my family since it opened years and years ago. Was close friends with the staff, especially Cathy, the first table service lady at this location. Never had an issue before. Sawyer needs to go. He's been given far too many chances to act professionally.

This place gets you thru the drive within minutes even when the line is full! They got workers standing outside ready to take your order and payment and that makes a difference. Food is always hot and fresh tasting and very delicious! Keep it up!!!

Today I visited this location and I’m one week out from rotator cuff surgery. The nice young man Jordan opened my sauce packets for me cause I can’t use both hands. After walking here to eat it was a very nice gesture and extremely helpful. What a nice young man. Also he was in training! His parents have done right! Thank you Jordan.

Wow. Just wow. This restaurant is a masterpiece. Chic fil a memorial is the best of the chicken restaurants out there; heck, I have more enjoyment in this place than eating real chicken at my local Louisiana themed chicken establishment. You can tell the the managers spent a lot of time optimizing the experience for all types and sizes of customers. Here are some examples of what I am talking about: 1. You only need to call over one of the kind workers, my favorite is this little QT called Kenrick 2. The workers auto run up to your car to take your order 3. Driving through is simple, and you can go in whichever lane is shortest 4. There are tons of settings to adjust things, including ingredients and ice amounts 5. Depending on your settings, you can make it to where you only have to pick it up through the drive through (Hope Kendrick is working there) 6. The actual taste of the chicken feels very tasty and consistent. As one who ate terrible chicken in high school, I can't complain about how the sandwich tastes at all. It is dare I say, perfect. With that in mind, the app is simple enough that my 5 year old nephew was able to figure it out after a few orders. Restaurant design is brilliant and immersive, not to dirty or difficult, plenty of fun and beautiful eyes to get lost in. Furthermore, the local community is nice; the first person i ordered with was a ginger who knew the restaurant like the back of his hand, he literally taught me everything i need to know about every single function There are exclusive points on every order, lots of savings! To conclude, this is a wonderful restaurant priced quite low for what i normally expect out of quality food. Worth the $15 - a steal if on you get it with points. What are you waiting for? Buy some! Better to spend money for multiple people (through catering), infinite points, in a unique restaurant experience with the comforts of your home, rather than going to your local KFC restaurant for $10 per person for one entree.

Some of the servers can have some attitude but it's all in good fun they where quick even for having the line wrapped around the building, is it the fasted definitely not but it is one of the best Chick-fil-A s I've been to.

SLOWEST Chick-fil-A in the morning by far!! Not sure why it always takes forever for breakfast at this location but this has been their reputation for the last several years.. Today it took 18 min to get my order that was placed through the Chick-fil-A App. If you want to go in the morning make sure you leave your house way early or you’ll be late to work/school. Lunch and dinner is much better here.

I hate their political stance but I can’t help it I’m sorry I like the food!! 😭😭😭 don’t judge me!!! Fries are shut you can get them and the drinks anywhere. I’m only here for the chimken and them CRUNCHY bits….. -**drools** damnit it’s Sunday!

This place has amazing service inside and out. Fast and friendly service. I am dining inside and sitting here watching a young man jogging orders out to cars in drive-thru in close to 100 degree heat. Car are moving very quickly in drive-thru as they have lot of young men and women outside to help you. GREAT Job!!!

Rude. So rude. Went through the drive thru and when I pulled up the girl was making fun of the people in front of us on the headset. Wanted to place 2 separate orders and told her that before we started the first one. After I finished the first order she turned around and walked off. I stayed and tried to get her attention and she wouldn’t turn around. When I finally drove off she turned back around. Needless to say I won’t be back here if it’s going to be like that 😂

Always greeted upon walking in, before ever getting to the counter. They get food out hot and cooked correctly. A+ on everything being in their respective containers, neatly wrapped, and the correct order. Biscuits are nice and fluffy never hard. The fruit is always fresh never soggy or turning colors. Salads a fresh spring leaf mix, and have nice size portions.

Best grilled chicken sandwich for a fast food place. Very tasty, not dry or overcooked. Busy atmosphere but servers were polite and friendly. Definitely will return soon.

Love Chick Fa- La- need I say more I changed it up and ordered a 12 count chicken nugget (orginal) and did a combo meal with a small frozen lemonade! The line moved so quickly and the server came right up to us were about 3rd in line drive thru and got our food piping hot to us! The frozen lemonade was absolutely perfect!

Quick, yummy fried chicken food! Whether it’s a sandwich or a salad, its the place to go! The new lemonade smoothie was not as delectable! The other shakes taste better! Doesn’t change my thoughts on Chick-fil-a! 😉

the most organized business i have ever seen, maybe the most organized thing i have ever seen. i compare everything to the chick fil a drive-thru because it is the best. food is always good and the staff very rarely forgets anything, but if they do they are very kind and give you what was forgotten. even if it is very busy it does not take long to get your food. it can get busy and loud inside but it is not very problematic. would recommend to anyone who loves chicken.

I come here often. Always great everything! Fast. Nice. Clean. Highly recommend!

I've visited this location 3x while passing through town. And every time I am disappointed. The first time they gave me no straws, no sauce, and my patty was more breaded than chicken. The second time my milkshake was runny and my chicken was cold. This recent time my wife received her club without a chicken patty, my daughter's nuggets were more breading than chicken, we had no sauces, and my extra fillet was no given. Each time I have called their store manager would just offer to leave a voucher in our name to obtain replacement. And each time I've gone back to cash in those vouchers, we ran into the said issues. I will not return to this location. I would rather drive out of my way to another location.

Great service, great food. Slightly disappointed last visit because they mixed up my drinks with someone else’s, but I didn’t check before I left. Very nice staff.
