What an AMAZING staff and excellent customer service! Everyone was extremely nice from before I could even walk in the office. The doctor was straight forward and to the point which I absolutely love. I highly recommend and I rate everyone 10 out of 5 stars!!

However nice you think the people are that work at this office, they are not considerate of your appointment time. We waited over two hours for a scheduled appointment to see the doctor with no explanation. None. I do understand unforeseen circumstances but communication is key. This office should be more considerate of the patient’s time.

Dr. Annie Wei is a great doctor, very thorough and caring. I had 2 great experiences at Genesis so far and would highly recommend them to anyone. Very friendly and helpful people in every aspect.

Dr. Ryan and Dr. Jackie Pizinger are both wonderful doctors. They both listen to what your pain is and they really care. They both explain things to you so you understand what has to be done. They both have excellent bedside manners. I would not trade them for the world.

Great facility with great doctors . I’ve been using their services since my kid broke the leg . Staff is very polite and caring. The doctors are the stars ! Mrs Jackie was very professional and knowledgeable and made my worries go away . Thank you ❤️

My treatment at Genesis looks great the service I received there was number one Dr. Jackie is a great doctor.
