My
mother
and
I
lived
here
for
nearly
3
years.
We
moved
out
around
July.
In
the
beginning,
it
was
such
a
great
place
to
live.
Everything
was
smooth
and
we
never
complained.
The
former
management
was
amazing
and
everyone
at
the
front
desk
was
so
kind.
I
am
absolutely,
by
no
means,
exaggerating
when
I
say
that
when
the
Hayman
company
took
over,
everything
went
down
hill.
It
was
a
struggle
to
get
Maintenance
to
follow
through.
The
apartment
hallways
always
looked
like
a
mess.
Garbage
used
to
be
convenient,
but
they
changed
the
amount
of
garbage
they
could
pick
up
to:
one
bag
per
week.
That’s
just
dumb.
I’d
have
to
haul
everything
else
down
to
the
dumpsters.
Dog
waste
trash
cans
were
ALWAYS
overflowing.
Oh,
and
fire
alarms
always
went
off
nearly
once
a
week.
That
totally
messed
up
our
sleeping
schedules.
Worst
of
all,
the
front
desk
people
were
terrible
with
communication.
Kimberly
was
rude
and
did
not
care
for
us
when
my
mother
had
inquiries.
The
people
there
rarely
ever
picked
up
the
phone.
When
Francisco
would
answer,
he
sounded
clueless
and
just
did
not
care
enough.
Kimberly
refused
to
talk
to
my
mother
when
they
overcharged
her
for
rent.
She
quite
literally
sat
in
her
office
the
entire
time,
while
Francisco
would
go
back
and
forth
between
her
and
my
mother
to
communicate
what
she
was
saying
and
what
Kimberly
wanted
to
say.
It
was
crazy
because
her
door
was
open
and
we
could
hear
her
attitude
loud
and
clear.
I
don’t
understand
why
she
made
it
10x
more
difficult
instead
of
talking
to
my
mother
face
to
face.
But
of
course,
she
magically
appeared
out
of
her
office
when
another
tenant
needed
help.
This
was
at
the
time
when
we
had
already
moved
out
and
our
lease
was
over.
Another
red
flag:
this
year,
car
parts
(mainly
catalytic
converters)
were
stolen
in
the
middle
of
the
night.
My
mom
was
apart
of
that
whole
ordeal.
The
garage
was
supposed
to
be
safe
and
used
to
keep
us
from
harm.
Thank
god
we
had
car
insurance.
Crazy
enough,
they
didn’t
have
security
cameras
in
the
garage.
Only
on
the
inside
of
the
entrance.
So
basically,
they
were
never
able
to
find
out
who
stole
car
parts
from
everyone.
They
said
they
were
going
to
build
a
gate
to
the
building
to
prevent
this:
never
did.
They
also
introduced
a
car
parking
fee.
I
never
understood
why
that
became
a
thing.
It
would’ve
made
sense
if
we
were
paying
for
our
safety
(that
gate
would’ve
been
nice),
but
no.
A
one
bedroom,
which
is
all
my
mother
and
I
could
afford,
was
way
too
overpriced
for
what
we
got.
They
upped
our
rent
eventually
and
that
was
definitely
just
ONE
of
the
MANY
MANY
reasons
why
we
left.
There
are
a
ton
of
other
things
wrong
with
this
place,
but
I’ve
already
written
a
full
essay
here.
Thankfully,
we
realized
that
we
were
paying
for
absolutely
nothing
in
return
and
staying
at
that
place
was
just
a
waste
of
money.
We’ve
moved
into
a
new
place
that
has
a
wonderful
community,
personality,
the
kindest
maintenance
and
leasing
staff,
and
a
way
bigger
and
affordable
place
to
live.
P.S.
Reading
through
the
other
reviews
gave
me
a
good
laugh.
Glad
to
know
that
a
LOT
of
other
people
felt
the
same
way.
Hope
this
review
helps
you
find
another
place
that
can
meet
your
expectations!
