Came back to edit this post and change to one star. Called the salon who in fact stated I should have received the cuticle care I did not. I asked if I could be partially refunded for the service since I did not get half of the service I went in for. I was told that there was “no refunds per their policy”, this policy is listed no where on their website, which the employee looked herself and confirmed as well. They stated it was on a brochure in their office (which was never handed out). When I asked for a partial refund for the service I DID NOT receive, the manager no only very rudely continued to interrupt me constantly. He refused to do anything to help the situation. He said to call his owner and provided me an number saying that he was in Vietnam. When told that I cannot call that number, he hung the phone up on me. Absolutely terrible customer service. I have been to the nail fairy multiple times and normally have a great experience. I love how clean it is. However I have 2 issues. 1) I really dislike how they try to start doing my nails as I’m in the middle of my pedicure. It feels very rushed and it never ends up looking good. Today I asked them if I could wait until after my pedicure which they let me, so I assumed it would turn out better. 2) I got a dip manicure for the first time today. And I did not really know what to expect. No cuticle or nail care was done at all. They just immediately started dipping my nails in the powder. When it was dry she said to go wash my hands. I thought maybe they did that all after. I was wrong, she said “okay you’re done”. So I’m confused why this costs $45? And to top it off. They let me leave with dip all over my fingertips and around the edges of my nails as you can see in the pictures. Had to go home and do all the cuticle care myself. Very disappointing.

Awesome customer service and stunningly beautiful space! Nail Fairy employees really know what they’re doing. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 16 years old, (I'm 42 now), and only stuck to one place for 20 years. When it sadly shut down, I switched to Nail Fairy 6 years ago and I felt immediately, “at home,” again! They have the most amazing selection of no chip and regular polishes, dips, powders, etc. All of their equipment is new and they have state of the art pedicure chairs. Everything they use is always sterilized to the max as well. The decor is lovely and the ambiance is relaxing and pampering. It’s always clean and tidy too! Danny runs a fun yet tight ship! Ryan always does my pedicures and Christine does my nails! They are awesome!

Went with my mom to get our nails done before my brothers wedding. We both wanted regular pedicures and no chip manicures but I wanted tips as well. This has never been a problem before but Christina came over and asked me to look up a photo of what I want (I never asked for anything specific prior) and I was confused. I searched up a nail pic that was pretty and about the length I wanted. There was no usual cuticle care, massage, or hot towel. I always look forward to the manicure part so I was dissappointed and so was my mom. Then she started doing acrylic when I specifically asked only for gel because acrylic really hurts my nails. It felt rushed honestly. My nails turned out pretty but I could see on the receipt that we were charged almost ten dollars extra for a "unique nail shape" which I had never asked for. I just asked for a normal round shape and for some reason was asked to show an image. The pedicure was great tho! But save your money and go somewhere else. Will not be returning.

For the amount of money, I would of appreciated a little more time and care into my nails. Usually they offer water, which is a great plus. However, this time it wasn’t offered. I felt like Christina was in such a rush to get me out of there, she kept hurting me when she was filing my nails. Keep in mind, when she said done with one side of my hand and I noticed that some nails were filled with a slant instead of it being straight. I proceeded to tell her and her quick response was “ I KNOW”. And as far as I know, you don’t move to the other hand unless you’re finished with it but hey. What do I know. I used to LOVE going to this location but my business will be appreciated somewhere else.

Best place around. Gets you in on time if you make an appointment (unlike many others that leave you waiting because they’ve taken folks without appointments). They will also do toes and nails at the same time if you prefer that. I do. I don’t want to spend my whole day there! And they do a good job.

Ok so I’m a frequent flyer here and I love my volcano pedicures but I’m a little upset with my last two visits and it’s the only reason I’m giving 3 stars. My last two no chip manicures have chipped in a matter of days after getting them done. My last pedicure the polish (no chip again) literally all came off and I didn’t notice until 2 day later and within the week all the no chip polish on my toes was gone. This have never happened before with my no chil services so not sure if maybe the polish isn’t great or what. But other than that the service is always friendly. But the no chip polish I have on now chipped with in a couple of days it’s not even a week old 😔. Also they didn’t dip my hands into water for the full manicure experience. They did them while I was getting my pedicure and just removed the last of the no chip polish I had and cut cuticles and that was it. Pretty bummed about that.

The friendly manager and staff are always available without appointment. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing with music and video playing scenes of nature from around the world. The spa experience is great with many options besides basic mani-pedi at a reasonable price.

Helen literally NEVER misses. she ALWAYS ALWAYS does the best sets i've ever had. other clients compliment it WHILE THEYRE STILL BEING WORKED ON. 10/10. I LOVE HELEN
