Called
the
salon
who
in
fact
stated
I
should
have
received
the
cuticle
care
I
did
not.
I
asked
if
I
could
be
partially
refunded
for
the
service
since
I
did
not
get
half
of
the
service
I
went
in
for.
I
was
told
that
there
was
“no
refunds
per
their
policy”,
this
policy
is
listed
no
where
on
their
website,
which
the
employee
looked
herself
and
confirmed
as
well.
They
stated
it
was
on
a
brochure
in
their
office
(which
was
never
handed
out).
When
I
asked
for
a
partial
refund
for
the
service
I
DID
NOT
receive,
the
manager
no
only
very
rudely
continued
to
interrupt
me
constantly.
He
refused
to
do
anything
to
help
the
situation.
He
said
to
call
his
owner
and
provided
me
an
number
saying
that
he
was
in
Vietnam.
When
told
that
I
cannot
call
that
number,
he
hung
the
phone
up
on
me.
Absolutely
terrible
customer
service.
I
have
been
to
the
nail
fairy
multiple
times
and
normally
have
a
great
experience.
I
love
how
clean
it
is.
However
I
have
2
issues.
1)
I
really
dislike
how
they
try
to
start
doing
my
nails
as
I’m
in
the
middle
of
my
pedicure.
It
feels
very
rushed
and
it
never
ends
up
looking
good.
Today
I
asked
them
if
I
could
wait
until
after
my
pedicure
which
they
let
me,
so
I
assumed
it
would
turn
out
better.
2)
I
got
a
dip
manicure
for
the
first
time
today.
And
I
did
not
really
know
what
to
expect.
No
cuticle
or
nail
care
was
done
at
all.
They
just
immediately
started
dipping
my
nails
in
the
powder.
When
it
was
dry
she
said
to
go
wash
my
hands.
I
thought
maybe
they
did
that
all
after.
I
was
wrong,
she
said
“okay
you’re
done”.
So
I’m
confused
why
this
costs
$45?
And
to
top
it
off.
They
let
me
leave
with
dip
all
over
my
fingertips
and
around
the
edges
of
my
nails
as
you
can
see
in
the
pictures.
Had
to
go
home
and
do
all
the
cuticle
care
myself.
Very
disappointing.
