The staff were so nice and helped me look for things so easily. The prices were great and the checkout was fast.

I used to love this place but it’s really gone downhill. The fish tanks were disgusting.

The small animals were not handled with care, especially the guinea pigs. I watched two younger store employees grab a guinea pig very aggressively and hold him on his back. Anyone with the slightest amount of knowledge knows they have weak backs, and this is painful and scary to them. They also pushed the plastic dome around with the guinea pig inside. He also had old looking vegetables in his bowl. I'm very sad for these poor animals.

Our little man Enzo's birthday is today and we wanted to make sure it was extra special for him. We took him to the groomers at Pet Supplies Plus in Westmont yesterday and he had such a wonderful time! He was due for a trim around his edges, and now he looks so absolutely stunning. Thank you!!!

There's new management with plans for home delivery and more. The associate on staff last night was personable and knowledgeable. I love they carry fav brands.

The Ownership/Management at this particular location are almost unbelievably bad. My wife, who regularly has excellent service at the Naperville location, placed a mobile order for same day pickup, and heard nothing from the store for four days. It was only when I called to inquire as to the status that I was told that they would go have someone pick it. The ownership told me on the phone that they just are not filling orders because they have quite a few, and "can't effect the website". Furthermore when I went to claim the order, only half of it was available, which would not have been a problem, but for the same individual then refusing the apply the coupon that was used at the time of purchase to the final price. While the store itself is fine, and the staff are nice and helpful, the management and shady business practices at this location have driven me away from this store.

Great place for your pets needs. I also love that they price match other retailers and chewy. Very friendly service.

Good selection at this Pet Supplies Plus location. They offer self serve washing and grooming. The one thing that's a bummer is that they are discontinuing bulk bird food, which is probably the main reason I shop at PSP and not an online store. It's still great to buy things in person and patronize a local store.

Avoid their grooming. Everything else is great. After using them for a while, we had a terrible time trying to get our dogs in to the groomers a few years back (as in, no one would ever pick up the phone), so we decided to try other options. Fast forward to more recently, they re-opened their grooming salon and we decided to give it another shot. They're right around the corner and for convenience's sake, it started to look appealing again. I made an appointment, only to show up to a "closed" salon that didn't open for another 2 hours and was told to contact the groomer directly... but I have no contact information for the groomer?

Awful experience. I took my two dogs to groomer at Pet Supplies Plus in Westmont for bath and nail clipping. When I picked them up an hour later, one was severely limping. I brought it to groomer’s attention and was told he might have banged that leg. Within an hour of picking him up at pet supplies plus, I was at animal hospital. He had an avulsion fracture of his hind leg and required immediate surgery. My dog was seriously injured here! To add insult to injury, they have not paid for the damages they caused!!!!!!!

Nicely stocked shelves, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff and management! I find deals galore, which helps to build my points which reduce my final payment nicely! And the coupons come to my home on a regular basis. Each time I shop, it's not about how much I spent. It's more about how much I saved! Owning 3 dogs, this store is a gem!

My granddaughters were there 2 weeks ago and were able to hold an adorable Chinchilla that has been waiting for a home for two years! It was so sweet! I feel sorry for this, baby, that it has been waiting for so long. We were there this evening too. I just posted about one if the kittens waiting to be adopted and forgot to mention the other one. Also, a sweetheart seemed more shy, but once the cage was opened, accepted scratches, and then laid with belly up wanting more, I believe this one was 7 or 8 months. Very sweet too.

Great pet store! I went there years ago with my dog! Tonight with my granddaughters, I have held snakes before, but not this type. Very helpful and friendly staff! Also, first, time in my 63 years holding a chinchilla! We will definitely go back!

Pet Supplies Plus is an excellent pet store. Only thing we noticed was their stock of merchsndise has gone downhill. Not well stocked like it used to be. Still okay, but not as good as before Covid times. Staff was very limited, also. I give it 3 Stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not always the best selection but will do in a pinch, feel like some of thier prices are slightly higher compared to other pet stores but not enough to make you not buy. Also they always have the cutest cats for adoption

I am not impressed. I placed an online order yesterday for 2 bags of dog food. The website did not show this food as low on stock. Pulled up and called to pick up and they weren't aware of my order then somehow found it but only had 1 bag (wrong flavor). He stated the POS system mustve went down as I ordered online.Tim said he is the manager and would credit my debit card. I have called 2x and Tim is not there therefore, I have paid for 2 bags of dog food and have only received one. I would like my reimbursement. I have shopped at this location , Villa Park and Wheaton over 20 Years. I will not shop Westmont again.

I can’t say anything bad about customer service, but how they treat pets is not ok! I was in that store a couple days ago and saw this poor cat sleeping in its smelly cage. The litter box hadn’t been changed for days! I could smell it even through the glass! I don’t understand how they can sell cats for $125. They should give it to a family for free and say thanks to whoever adopts the poor cat.

Staff is so kind and helpful although they are hiring and may be short handed they're really doing their very best. I appreciate the experience my puppy (& I) had here!

The worker at the register was high and not helpful. We wanted to sign up for rewards to save some money and he was to lazy to do it saying that everything is already so expensive and that we won't save much. I don't think we will go back. Update: since owner was understanding and not defensive, I appreciate his reply and I'm updating this review to 4 stars.
