    I have worked my entire career and have work directly with HQ USPS Minnesota and never in my life I have witnessed such horrendous behavior from government employees! This usps closes at 4:00 pm on Saturdays and they closed the door at 3:56; I still had 4:00 good minutes to ship a life and death situation package and the lady closest to the door kicked me out; no apology, no courtesy and no morals! I want the USPS customer care to look into this legality and there should be consequences to such behaviors! I rushed from the hospital to have documents sent as priority, I ran in with good four minutes left on the clock with clients already standing in and she kicked me out! I want this issue looked and reported!

    I was at the post office yesterday and was waited on by Regan. It was a very unpleasant experience. When I walked up to the counter I said hello and she said nothing. She told me that the forms I filled out on the USPS site wouldn't work and that I would have to fill them out by hand. When I told her that I had used the USPS site to create the forms, she turned her computer screen towards me, before she tried scanning the bar code and said, "see I am not lying". She then scanned the bar code and all the information was correctly entered into the system. When we finished, I thanked her. She looked over my head and loudly said "what do you need" to the next person in line. I will go out of my way not to go to the Westmont post office again.

    What a shame to even interact with employees working here, no courtesy, no professionalism, there are no better words than labeling them pathetic! Oh and cherry on top they close doors 6-10 minutes before closing time! Is there a check and balance with this facility?

    Lolita is amazing! Always great experience with her! I wish I would have taken the survey every time, since she really makes every visit to the post office a highly satisfactory and pleasant experience. She is always very friendly, helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. Hard working and time efficient too! Cory is also very nice and helpful. He went out of his way to help me print a shipping label right after the doors closed for the day. He even came back to check on me if I figured everything out on the self-service kiosk. I always come to this location because of them! Also, very convenient that it closes at 7 pm.

    Even with COVID related issues completely out of their control, this post office location has always been exceptional. Lolita is an absolute gem, and every time she's there I know it'll be a good experience. She has helped me on numerous occasions with figuring out the best shipping options, and maintains a positive attitude even when under stress. So grateful for the staff at this location!

    Absolutely the worst customer service!! Seriously! To management: Customer service training is desperately needed at this location ASAP. Employees should keep attitudes at home.

    My senior parents went here to renew passports. They said Lolita went above and beyond to help them out and was super friendly. They did say the other workers around weren't too nice though

    I dread going here, but it’s closest to where I live. Every time I go, what should be a simple exchange turns into such a negative interaction. While the customer service is bad, I’ve been able to pick up my package each time.

    Running a small Etsy business that uses USPS to ship out the product, the post office becomes an extension of your business. Of the 3 packages I mailed last Saturday, the Priority Mail, which was to be delivered 1-3 days is still missing and not delivered, another package has no updated tracking, so missing as well, and the 3rd, well it was delivered, but was SO MANGLED the buyer filed a complaint. RUN from this post office. DO NOT USE. Hinsdale or Clarendon Hills are other options, but NEVER Westmont! I have learned my (expensive) lesson.

    Worst customer service in existence. All of them have attitude except older black lady who is very courteous. I Come in every day with 20 plus packages. They complain they want you to print off a manifest to make their job easier so they don't have to scan items 1 by 1. However, instead of me being able to lay my prepaid, prepackaged items and go. They want me to stand in line to scan said manifest. Why would I wait in line to scan an item that makes their lives easier and makes me have to wait. This makes no sense. So I should wait 20 min for you to scan a manifest instead of just drop my items at the front and leave. Horrible experience. Even worse customer service.

    I have to say that every time I walked in this very busy post office evry single person was so polite, that I am happy to writte this and I hope the manager if this place and employees will see this. Lolota helped many times and always so patient and not only with me, with my kids but also with other people as well. So much patientce it is rare to see in this world.

    I cant stand that male post office clerk. Last time I purchased an envelope with female clerk, she told me to fill the address, which i did, after I was done she was busy with other customers so I had to go to this male. I told him I just purchased that envelope few mins ago but he charged me anyway. This happend twice already with him! There was a huge line so I didint come back for refund. Now my husband went there to mail some other stuff and that male clerk was so rude to him. I like all ladies clerks but this guy shouldnt be working with people, he has zero social skills and he steal from customers. If he is there I rather go to other location!

    MAIL AS OF NOV 27TH, IN NOV. DEALYED FOR 2.5 WEEKS, WHY IS THERE SUCH A DELAY IN GETTING ME THE MAIL AND ALSO GETTING IT BACK TO THE PERSON, LATE FEES FROM CC COMPANIES ARE ADDING UP, IT'S NOT FUNNY AT THIS POINT. YOU SHOULD PAY THE FEES. LOST PAYMENTS DON'T ARRIVE IN THE MAIL & LATE PAYMENT FEES ARE ADDING UP. WHAT IS GOING ON, ARE YOU DELAYING THE MAIL ON PURPOSE ? IS THIS A RACKET OF SORTS DE JOY IS DOING WITH NEW POLICIES TO DELAY AND GET $$ BILLIONS ON LATE FEES... FOR ALL PEOPLE WHO DON'T GET MAIL ON TIME.... IT CAN ADD UP. I NOTICE alot of packages from amazon are coming by mail in boxes not ups anymore or even amazon little car drivers, it's like the whole shipping around the world has gotten slower.... no good tracking system either with the track number, insurance is not called for-not needed either. when u ship something it should be cared for either way. not man handled ... you pay for it, no need to increase it's speed, the speed should be there already you are set up all over the world, paying extra doesn't do nothing, i think the post offices are a great thing to have and should stay in business. i do bill pay and it works out well. I am going to have to switch more to that, since my items are lost in the mail. I went to jewel osco used the blue box, my mail never got to it's destination-many times from this box.

    Great place to go when your Mail (checks) are being stolen by your mailman!!! They have stole over $4,000 dollars of our covid relief checks for my family! I have the app that tracks the mail and same driver steals our checks every month. The supervisor is decked out in Gucci attire and all gold around her neck- Must be a good paying job maybe i will apply?! THIEFS.

    Today I have visited USPS to send letter, it was big line, but employees are working quick. Clerk was polite and got my letter. I hope that my asap letter will reach the expecting address.

    Don’t even bother, us UPS or fedex. Had the shipping for my package paid for, dropped it off with someone who told me it was okay and then they shipped it back to my house saying I didn’t pay for it. Worst customer service

    I was here on tax day and it wasn't too bad so, I think it's a pretty good post office. The self help machine stopped working, but the people work faster. The staff were pretty friendly too. Easy access parking lot
