Everyone there is extremely kind, but when it comes to having a C-Section surgery, try to steer clear from Dr. Sklar. When recovering, one of the team doctors came in to take a look at me and shook their head and she said, “I don’t know why Dr. Sklar is still doing this?” Unaware of what she meant because at the time I was just focusing on healing and making sure my baby was healthy enough to go home, I didn’t pay attention. It wasn’t until my post op appointment that it came full circle. I’m pretty sure I can speak on behalf of all Mamas, the last thing you want to hear your doctor say, “Well this isn’t my best work, but once you heal, you can look into a cosmetic surgeon.” That’s when I knew this is the last time I will be coming here.

This was my last visit with Dr. Kossoris. I’m done! Not allowed to ask questions about my health during the visit. I have to make a separate appointment, or telemedicine appt. Spends less than 10 mins with me in room. Doesn’t ask me if I have any concerns. She just wants me out of there. If I was pregnant I’m sure I’d be treated better. So hard to switch and start over, but I have to in order to get heard. She literally told me one time she has so many people waiting to be seen and that any other concerns about my female reproductive health/ anatomy would require a separate appt! Get the heck out of here! Never heard of that in my life! My family and friends can’t believe that either. Glad I’m such a nuisance to her.

Though I've not been in yet, I'm writing to shout out the incredible client service I received when I called to make my first appointment. I spoke with Terry, who was incredibly sweet, well-informed, funny, and patient. I have never had such an easy time making a doctor's appointment. Looking forward (as much as a lady can) to my first visit!!

As always, I got a very thorough exam from Dr. Casey who is both warm and caring. She answers questions and takes her time with you. The office staff and nurse were also really nice and caring. I can't recommend Dr. Casey highly enough.

CAUTION ! They are moving their practice to Advocate Aurora network (not physically moving office) and this means they will only take Advocate Aurora approved insurance carriers. Good chance if you carry an HMO - you are no longer covered and need to find a new doctors practice. The additional FUN FACT is they’ve not notified all of their patients - nothing on their website - no signs in the office.

Staff is friendly and courteous. Everyone is cheerful as well as professional. Dr. Casey is so caring and always so kind. While her primary concern is my gynecological health, she always shows genuine concern for my total health. I could not be happier with the care I receive at RPW and I am a “lifer” of 44 years!

Dr Kossoris is the best! She is attentive, friendly, helpful, and listens carefully to every question and doubt I have. Nobla I saw many times during my pregnancy but I did my C-section and the scar was beautiful! highly recommended her. what is a bit tedious is to arrive at the office on time or 10 minutes before as they ask you and wait 20-30 minutes for the doctors to attend you but everything else is super good

Dr Chen was so kind, personable and knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions as first time parents to be. So far my experience at RPW has been wonderful.

RPW is very welcoming! I have been a patient for nine years and all the doctors are wonderful. I continue to see Dr.Sklar… He is the best doctor and I was lucky to have had him deliver my first child… Dr. Casey delivered my second. Solid communication and they genuinely care about you!

Dr Chen gets 5 stars for her compassion, critical eye, and followup. But the office is sorely lacking when it comes to the billing dept. A visit in Oct prior to the Advocate merger led to the patient portal not working or showing what I owed despite several emails re: an outstanding balance coming in (yet nothing by mail). Staff said that I had to speak to someone in billing in order to pay, that it couldn't be done otherwise because the bill was in the "old system." So I call... and call... and leave message after message without a call back. This goes on for weeks. There's no email or general voicemail otherwise because, as I said before, the portal wasn't working for my account yet no one offered to fix it. So I finally call the nurse line and explain the situation and that I absolutely refuse to go to collections when I have been trying to pay for weeks. They explain that the billing person is working from home several days a week which is why I haven't gotten a callback. Ok? Finally someone calls me back, I pay the bill in full via credit card (the amount relayed to me was about $211). But I continue getting emails about an unpaid bill (I had only ever been seen once in clinic and had no tests done, so additional charges shouldn't have been rolling in), for what reason I don't know. I vaguely recall the person in billing had said she was writing off $35. Don't worry, she said, she will take care of it; it's an overcharge. So now I get a bill saying that my account is past due and I'm potentially going to collections for the amount that SHE decided to write off (something I didn't ask for). I'm so lost. Finally the invoice I get today gives me a login code to pay online. I pay the $35. But understand that when I can get someone on the phone Monday, my disdain will be palpable. Ridiculous!!!

I wouldn't recommend this group. My first pregnancy went well until I was over a week past due date and was having irregular contractions. Called Dr Sklar who said because they contractions weren't increasing in intensity or time I wasn't in labor and advised I take a warm bath. Hubs and I decided something wasn't right and went to hospital anyway to get looked at. Dr Sklar was surprised to see me, but then when examining said it was good I came in because the baby was in distress. He broke my water immediately. Scary to think I may have lost my child if I followed doctors advice. Second pregnancy I had another bad experience with Dr Casey. Had a concern I discussed with Dr Casey. She blew off my concern telling me that couldn't happen. After my child was hospitalized at 4 days old for the very concern I brought up I was furious. I don't expect doctors to know everything and if she didn't know she should have looked into it instead of pretending to know more than she did! Needless to say I chose a different practice for my 3rd pregnancy which went very well.

Dr Sklar is hands down the most attentive doctor I’ve ever had. He not only has great bedside manner, but really LISTENS to any questions/concerns you have and thoroughly addresses them. I’m so glad I found him & this entire practice.
