    So I came here for my annual visit and was sent to get labwork done. After my lab results came back, I got a message from the doctor telling me to schedule a virtual appointment to discuss the results. I did because I thought this meant she might have something important to say. However, it ended up just being a 5 minute video chat of telling me I needed to get the labwork redone. This would be fine except I got charged $155 for this because it was coded as an office visit. I feel like telling me to schedule a virtual appointment was unnecessary. They literally could have just sent me a message or had an assistant call to tell me to get my labwork redone. Everything is about money though.

    I went in yesterday with chest congestion and trouble breathing. I took a covid test at home before I went to my appointment (negative results). Upon arrival, the receptionist switched my in-person appointment to a virtual appointment because they said they could not accept my at-home covid test results. The doctor asked me what antibiotic I usually take (I don’t usually take antibiotics), prescribed a generic 5-day round of antibiotics and a cough suppressant, told me I need chest x-rays but their facility doesn’t have them so never mind, and sent me on my way. No blood oxygen level, no stethoscope to the chest, no observations for signs of pneumonia whatsoever. I’ve woken up in even worse condition today, and will probably need to go to the ER because I am feeling lightheaded and nauseous. AllCare did not help me, and I will not be returning.

    An excellent experience . Very competent staff, helpful from the start . Checking in 5* and a short wait to be seen. The entry exam was efficient and the person performing the initial health check was experienced and had a very pleasant personality and comforting personality 5*. She was familiar with the protocol that I needed and carried it out in a very professional way. 5* The PN who checked the work was also very pleasant and explained the procedure 5* . I would recommend this AllCare facility and I would return if necessary for prime care.

    We recently moved to the area, All Care Falls Church in 7 corners was very responsive to answering our questions and setting up as our new internes/GP. we were able to get an in person appointment right away for our physicals. the facility is clean and bright and the support staff is very good. DR. Memon was great. they Family Medicine; Urgent Care; and Behavioral Health. Thanks All Care

    Update...Today, Wednesday, October 18, 2023 was my second schedule visit at this location. I walked in and seen no one at the front desk. I then took a seat in the waiting room. A few mintues passed by and I went back to the desk and said hello so someone knew I was there. The two females who should have been at the desk were very unprofessional. I was told 20 minutes before my appointment that they don't take my insurance. It would have been nice to get a phone call two weeks ago or this morning so I didn't have to take the drive to get there. I've never had a problem with any other AllCare not accepting my insurance. Make sure you get your information to them over the phone because they will have you coming in for an appointment just to say they don't accept the insurance. Don't waste your time at this location.

    Dr. Holly Harris is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and has a delightful personality. Always able to schedule in person or virtually without having to wait 2 or 3 weeks to get in. Really happy to have her as my primary care and would definitely recommend. The Falls Church patient rooms could use some TLC and updating, but that doesn't hinder the care the staff provides.

    The Falls Church location is spacious and efficient. It’s easy to book online for either a virtual or in person appointment. I’ve been a patient of Dr Harris’ for years and followed her to this practice. She takes the time to listen. She is thorough and compassionate. She’s an awesome GP to have on your side!

    I'm writing this as I'm sitting in the doctor's office because Dr. Holly Harris really is THAT amazing. I searched for a primary care physician through my insurance and she had glowing reviews. Somehow I got the information from a previous practice and I was on a mission to find her! Glad I did because just from the first visit, she was thorough and caring - not to mention HILARIOUS! The entire staff was pleasant and friendly throughout my visit. Great thanks to all the staff!

    I've tried All Care at 7 corners several times now. The wait time even with an appointment is insane. Today there was one person ahead of me that had been wa9t9ng for 50 mins. They weren't busy st all! Try a different location or place altogether!

    I booked the appointment through Zondoc before got there, and it showed that they accepted the insurance. Staff is told me to filled out pre-registration on my phone. After I filled out the pre-registration for about 20 minutes. They said they do not take the insurance. The staff is so lazy! I hope that they can improve the customer service and check information before patient get there.

    I booked through ZocDoc for a specific service 3 weeks before the appointment. They waited until the morning of the appointment to call me for more information. I missed their call and called back several times including adding my number to the call-back waitlist. In the SIX hours between the initial call and appointment, no one answered or called me back. The office at least should have tried again as they weren’t busy when I arrived. When I arrived they told me they couldn’t perform the one service I needed.

    All Care. The treatment of patients is bad, the girl who sits at the reception is sooooo rude, her name is Katrin, I had an appointment at 3:00 pm and when I arrived she told me that I needed to change my primary doctor, I lost an hour to go there and in the end they didn’t help me help. Before I went there, she had to call me to tell me that they would not accept me until I changed my doctor, I do not advise anyone to go there!

    First time coming and it went very well. The clinic was neat, clean and presentable. The receptionist was very friendly, patient and super helpful. The doctors assistant was very friendly as well all smiles and made sure we were always okay. The doctor was great!! Did a full physical on my son and asked all the questions that needed to be asked. We got helpful advice and my son is usually quiet to answer but he felt very comfortable to speak direct to the doctor. Thank you very much All Care! Location is perfect as well. We will definitely be coming back for any medical needs.

    Concerned for a worsening "cold" I went in as a walk in and was seen within 15 minutes. Everyone from the receptionist, to the nurse, to the doctor were all friendly, professional and effective. Tested for every major virus floating around right now, all negative. Doctor surmised it was one of the scores of virus' floating around out there, prescribed two meds to counter congestion and deep chest coughs. Both worked great and I was turning the corner within 18 hours. Highly recommend, great neighborhood asset.

    Dr. Ezra Morgan is a very knowledgeable and nice doctor! The check in process was simple and easy and they took our federal employee health insurance. I needed to be seen quickly and I’m glad the urgent care was available when my primary care doctor wasn’t during the holidays. We were able to pick up our prescription from our pharmacy within minutes and see our notes and records in the AthenaHealth website. Thanks Allcare!

    I have seen De Morgan for a few years, yes he is knowledgeable but his patient manner and professionalism are the worst so far. Yesterday I had one of my worst experience with him at the Falls Church location. Yes, I did waited too long to write a review about this awful provider. I still don’t know how he can practice in the USA because his unprofessionalism has overtaken his knowledge and respect for patients. He definitely treats patients like ignorants. He was very rude explaining how insurances work and how my insurance was not going to be covering services at the office. I have 10+ years of experience working in the dental/medical field and I am very knowledgeable about insurances which he didn’t know about. But he still insisted of my clueless knowledge. Of course after I told him I wanted to get done only the services that my insurance was going to cover (preventative services), immediately he showed his face of disappointment. He then pointed at his watch and stated that my appointment was going to be over in 9 minutes. He is definitely a money oriented doctor who careless about the patients health. Never been in an office where the provider will remark you the minutes left of the appointment. On my way out I requested my medical records and on the chief complain he made up conditions and he blamed it to the nurse. My medical record is signed by him but it is inaccurate. DO NOT waste your time with this kind of provider.

    Very nice facility. Customer service was outstanding! Wait time was the shortest I’ve seen in years! Highly recommend… I want to say the doctors name but I don’t want everyone booking her. 🤣 jk Dr. Holly Harris was amazing! The primary are physician that I have been looking for.

    As an urgent care, they might be good but as a primary care I would not recommend. It took me weeks to get a new referral for a specialist because I could not get in contact with the Doctor to ask for a new one. Now I likely won't be able to see the specialist until the new year. Additionally, I have been waiting over 10 days to get the results of lab work. Their patient portal is also useless. All its good for is bill paying. I can't message anyone (doctor or office staff) and I don't see any record of my visits, shots, etc. The front desk staff is nice and the facility is clean. That's about all I have to say that's positive.
