I’ve been doing physical therapy with Zach for the past 3 months and saw so much improvement in my chronic pain level, mobility, and upper body strength. Zach is a great physical therapist and has been very attentive, diligent, and encouraging. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I really appreciated my experience. The front desk is staffed with friendly, thoughtful and responsive people who went above and beyond. The physical therapist took extra time to listen to my needs before starting treatment. Thank you all.

Attentive and kind. I met with Jacek each time so I made lots of progress. My husband had PT elsewhere and had a different therapist each time. He will go to NRH Rehab next time.

I'm a big fan. I went to NRH with really awful Sciatica from a lower back injury. Emily treated me twice a week with dry needling and strength training and I am doing much better. The office is quick and efficient and I highly recommend Emily if you need dry needling or strength training.

Great experience. The front desk folks were very welcoming. I got two work with three different DPT's, and all three were excellent. Great bed side manner. They explained everything and provided detailed notes. Thank you!

Less than a year after a severe ankle sprain, I'm hiking again and running four times a weeks without any pain. Timothy Eckert was patient and great to work with. He made sure I safely got back to walking on my ankle and then ensured I could go back to my favorite workouts. Great staff and support team as well.

Tim got me to the start line of the NYC marathon 3 weeks after I showed up with various foot and leg problems. He has been immensely helpful, patient, and understanding of my challenges in trying to be a physically healthy runner. Highly recommend Tim and this clinic for runners and others needing PT.

Could not have been happier with my experience doing PT with Tim here! Came in regularly for about 4 months while I was recovering from long covid fatigue and they supported me from not being able to do 10 squats to starting back to running and my normal activities. Very kind, supportive, nonjudgmental, and shared positive/optimistic outlook that definitely helped speed up my recovery!

I’ve been going to this facility for about a month now and the front desk receptionist is nothing short of amazing. Everyone in the office is very friendly especially Erica. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I love the staff here and would recommend this facility to anyone! My therapist Megan is also great! My back has felt so much better since starting her treatment plan.

I had a fantastic experience at NRH Rehabilitation Network at 19th Street! I was referred for treatment of early stages of frozen shoulder, and within 3 months - including a 3-week break for holidays - I was nearly completely recovered. Before my treatment, I was unable to reach over my head or behind my back with the affected arm - reaching a high, overhead shelf or tucking a shirt into the back of my pants was extremely painful and nearly impossible. But 3 months later, I was completely pain free and had regained nearly my full range of motion. I credit my wonderful therapist - Emily Trosch Trumble - with my speedy recovery. She designed an at-home exercise regimen that was easy to understand and complete; she communicated her thoughts about my progress and prognosis clearly and often; and when my progress stalled, she recommended a surgeon who provided a much needed cortisone shot to accelerate my recovery. The office was conveniently located, easy to contact, and provided a wide range of rehab equipment for my needs. Overall, I had a great experience, and I highly recommend Emily to anyone in need of physical therapy.

I wasn't planning on going to this location, but they were the most responsive in getting me in and calling when there was a cancellation. I'm so glad it worked out that way because my physical therapy experience has been positive, encouraging and incredibly beneifical. Everyone that works here is professional, helpful and goes out of their way to make sure you are supported. I've had negative experiences with physical therapy in the past after a knee injury, with the physical therapist themself being brief and quick with giving instructions without much explanation. Tim is my phsyical therapist here and has helped mend my negative experience trying to have male medical professionals listen and hear my concerns and symptoms. He ensures I understand what he's explaining, is calm and works with you to figure out what is best for you depending on your injury. Highly reccomend this physical therapy location!

I have spent a lot of time with the staff here following major shoulder and bicep surgery (complete tear). I worked with a number of therapists. However, my main therapist was Emily and she was absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond in terms of accommodating my schedule - but most importantly she is a consummate professional who really put me back together with phenomenal therapy and great home care instructions. The front desk and the rest of the staff have been amazing as well. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent practice all around. All staff, therapists and admin included, are impeccably trained and very friendly. I can't speak highly enough of my therapist, Tim Eckert. This is the place to go, hands down.

My review is about the physical therapist, Megan. I am extremely pleased with her getting me to the point of strengthening my knee which has screws. She stresses technique and form and tells why each is more important than endurance and expediency.

I could not be happier to recommend 19th Street if you need PT! I've been coming here for a few months now for a couple different things and will honestly be sad to stop seeing the wonderful people here regularly when I go! Erica and Laila at the front desk are so cheerful and welcoming, and go above and beyond to help answer questions and keep things moving. My therapist, Megan, has been so friendly and helpful while working through a series of challenging health issues. She always takes the time to ask how I'm doing and what could be adjusted to best suit my needs. I really appreciate how she explains why we're doing certain exercises, and watches to make sure I'm using good form. Really couldn't recommend Megan more! I've also worked with Emily for dry needling and was very grateful for her thorough introduction to a new technique for me and how she put me at ease during the whole process. Ms. G and Morgan too are so helpful and kind to chat with! Truly everyone at 19th Street is great and so committed to helping you get better, and I couldn't say thank you enough!

12/10 would absolutely recommend the NRH Rehabilitation Network at 19th Street. I went there for about 16 weeks of appointments post-COVID to overcome fatigue and regain strength and the office was the best. Tim cheered on every accomplishment I had, was empathetic and adjusted my exercises when I encountered setbacks, and was all around compassionate to my unique situation. Special shoutout too to Erica at the front desk - she always greeted me so enthusiastically and made sure my appointments were as easy and comfortable as possible. My PT made me feel so much better and I am so appreciative that I no longer need appointments, but I will miss these friendly faces every Friday morning.

PT here with Emily was so effective! I started going in March for a knee injury and just wrapped up a couple weeks ago. By the end of my time I was able to all my formerly painful movements (squats and lunges particularly) without any pain. The folks here are super friendly and really supportive. Highly recommend checking them out. Just make sure you do your exercises outside the office too!!!

Emily did a great job on my knee and hip. So much that i was able to finish my 80 mile hike in Spain. She’s hood identifying pain points and recommend exercises, which she printed out for me. She gave me a good plan to continue strengthening at home. I highly recommend the practice and Emily!

I love coming here for therapy. My therapist , Tim is attentive and gentle. He pushes me to do my best so I can keep moving forward. The progress I’ve shown is largely in part to his guidance . The front desk staff are very bubbly and a joy when I walk in the door at 7am. They are always polite and never in a bad mood. They are helpful and well spoken. I hope this location remains as it is now with its wonderful staff and kind atmosphere .

What great service! The staff at this facility is top notch. They provide great customer service with a friendly greeting upon entering the office, scheduled appointments start at the exact time, (no waiting), and they offer early morning hours (7am) which are very convenient. I have seen tremendous results from the therapy treatments in less than a month and my therapist is exceptional. Highly recommended!

This place is awesome. The representative who sits at the front desk Erica is so professional and she is always welcoming and makes you feel at home. She is very pleasant and she always goes above and beyond. The therapist Zack is one of the best. He makes physical therapy fun. The two people above are the very best at what they do. I wish I could give then each 100 stars for everything they do

5 stars hands down. I had the best experience with my physical therapy here. As other reviews have said my appointments always ran on time but I never felt rushed when I peppered Zack with endless questions. Speaking of Zack- he’s the best! Super supportive, fun and knowledgeable. I also worked with Morgan who was so kind and friendly. The folks at the front desk were so warm and welcoming. I felt really taken care of, which is so important when working through challenging and at times scary health issues. Would definitely recommend this office to others!

Had an amazing experience here over the past 3 months. There is a great network of resources from equipment to the online fitness portal that was really helpful. My PT Zack was the best, always was high energy and really nice, we got along well, he pushed me a lot and helped me so much with my recovery; he also was always very quick to respond when I emailed him any questions. Overall a great experience, I went from barely being able to walk to full on jumping now, the staff was always very lovely and helpful, and the office always felt like a very friendly environment. Thanks so much to everyone that I worked with over there.

This was my first time ever going to physical therapy so I didn’t know what to expect. Everyone at NRH was super nice. My sessions always ran on time and my therapist, Zack was the best! We set goals, and his skills and guidance helped me tremendously. When I started, I could barely move or stand to be touched and after 10 weeks, I’m virtually pain free.

First thing I noticed was the warm, friendly greeting given me by the staff at the front desk each time I arrived for my session. The next thing I noticed was how bright, spacious and clean the facility is. The very best thing I experienced was the professional care and thoughtfulness given me by Tim Eckert who nurtured my foot injury back to health within a matter of weeks. Thank you NRH Rehabilitation Network at 19th Street - you are the Best!!
