My very good experience started when I called to make a reservation. I called to double check to see if that was necessary and it was. I called back to confirm the reservation and the host was very polite. When I arrived, he greeted me saying it was nice to meet me. I had to wait because I was early. I sat in the waiting area both for my table and those in my dining party. Just as I was called to be seated, my party arrived. The wait staff was very knowledgeable, our every request was answered. Loved the fish tacos and the key lime cake. My cousin enjoyed the Chilean sea bass. It was a nice meal. A great time for us to meet and share our mutual finds through ancestry.com We never felt hurried or pressured to get up and go and spent a nice late lunch talking. I'd gone to another Bonefish Grill and knew the food was delicious and I was not unpleasantly surprised with this visit to a new location. I will be back!

Our first time here. Large facility with very few diners. Confusing to find with WAZE as all buildings in the entire block had the same address. Found some public parking nearby. Prompt friendly service. There was a standard and "specials" menu. A very small bread and oilsnack at each table. Everyone ordered ice tea which had an odd slightly unpleasant taste. Orders were placed with a request for separate checks. The food came, piping hot. All orders were correct. Portions were large. Everyone praised their meal. Or at least didn't complain. We had a pleasant lunch, enjoying the food and company. But no one was effusive in their praise.

The food was good, but the service was amazing. Mulan the bartender/waitress noticed we weren’t as into one side of our meal, so she replaced it and offered a free refill on our martini. The strawberry citrus martini and the fish were delicious

My order of saucy shrimp with a side of bacon, mac/ cheese was prepared and cooked to perfection! Very tasty with delicious sauces. My friend ordered mussels that were equally well done. Service was perfect. Met Manager Bab, who was pleased to hear our compliments. Fair prices.

Delivery was okay. Soup is over sweet and the salmon over cooked. Popcorn shrimp were good. Coleslaw also good.

One of my favorite places for seafood. Every time I come there the food gets better and better. Our server, Joseph, was so amazing, friendly, professional, and made wonderful recommendation! I had the cod imperial and my Dad had the sirloin with steak. He was raving about the flavor and enjoyed the dinner. I would highly recommend!

Vince was amazing, he got refills timely, anything and everything we needed and never seemed bothered (i asked for a lot) The food was amazing, me and my friend really loved the imperial dip and i had the bonefish signature pasta and it was to die for. I got it with blackened salmon and i could eat that dish everyday it was so good. The bread they serve is also delicious and this pasta is similar to the one i got at copper canyon but for half the price.

I'm not a huge fan of Bonefish as I always decline due to the limted menu items I like to eat, but I will say this visit was pretty good. I absolutely love their bread and pesto combination. I could've eaten that and been done for the evening. I ordered the Sirloin* & Shrimp, which was 330 Cal and included wood-grilled 7 oz center-cut sirloin paired with five jumbo shrimp. They normally are grilled, but I requested fried. The garlic mashed potatoes were good. I wanted loaded mashed potatoes, but they didn't offer traditional toppings like shredded cheese and bacon. Service was great, and the establishment, including restrooms, were clean. I would definitely visit again.

Bonefish Grill has a nice atmosphere. It is located on the outside from Pentagon Fashion Center Mall and steps from the DSW & ice skating rink. Milan, the server and bar attendant is Wonderful. She served not just the bar persons but also attended to 4 additional tables in the front of the Bonefish Grill restaurant including mine. She was very friendly & professional. She brought our food out hot & in a timely manner. It was a good experience.

Chenille was our server and I have to give her 5 STARS!! Pleasant and helpful with tasty suggestions. Liz, the manager came over to check on our service, excellent. Sydney is the best mixologist!! Thank you for an excellent experience!!! Toni and Donna from NJ and Philly!

I really enjoyed eating here today. They had good food, the staff was friendly, and the place was nice and clean.

Overall great experience, we had a meal for 2 (50$ excluding tips) which was so good. The ambiance is nice. The lady severing us was so nice and patient with us. Cheers for Infinity for her service.

We always come to bonefish grill, we love the atmosphere and the food and the staff but tonight was Disappointing🥺 it’s wasn’t the host, server, or delayed food, oddly it was the bartender. We ordered a bottle of wine and they came out with 2 glasses — then asked that we request refill until the amount of what we order made up the total of wine bought. Server was nice and seemingly didn’t want to approach us with this odd ask but he did. Otherwise, enjoyable night and dinner but the low staffing was apparent in wait time, suggested wait 15-20 minutes, actual 38 minutes and cook time was… long. But we had the bottle of wine to mull us over and we are pretty easy going to they get a middle of the road 3 stars.

The combinations are very good!! The service however is not what you expect to have in this competitive market; service and food design need to improve!

The service takes sooooo much away from the experience that I am forced to drop this 5 start rating down to 3. I cannot explain what happened over a few weeks since we were last here. We had more than an hour wait for food. The orders were incorrect. Our food was taken to multiple tables because no one knew where to take it. We were not the only people having issues. The manager was running around trying to please unhappy customers. I would not recommend.

I really don’t know how this place is even in business! Our first time here was an utterly total disaster! Waited close to 3 hours to get our food that time! Saw the ratings improve and we thought we would try again tonight! We were promptly seated but then totally forgotten for close to 30 minutes! Not even a hi. Or to bring us a glass of water! Already played this movie once! We got up and walked out and not one person in the restaurant even acknowledged us! Pretty amazing if you ask me! They don’t have to worry about us coming back! We know we are not welcome! So They replied to my review! I did what they asked with zero response from corporate! Truly amazing the lackadaisical reply! It’s been almost a week now and still no response to my inquiry at corporate! I can see they could care less about this location. I guess it is a big experiment in diversifying the company that is failing miserably. So it’s been a few weeks and absolutely no response from one person! They have a nice location! It ends there!

This outing was a "living memorial". Sadly, a family member is battling cancer and desired to assemble the family for a collective last meal. The assembled party numbered 17 persons. The server Chanell was great. The food so-so. The atmosphere was so-so. I hadn't been to Bonefish in a number of years and really didn't find a reason to return. The portions were small. The food preparation was inconsistent.

I had the famous and very delicious Bang Bang shrimps and was recommended the blackened Salmon entree and that couldn’t have been better! Will definitely come back on my next visit to DC! A must try awesome food! Thanks for the espresso!

I had an issue with a Groupon that wasn't working the day I redeemed it online. Charlie (the manager on duty) went above and beyond to take care of us and made the entire experience quite favorable. He definitely took care of things in a professional manner and I will definitely be returning to this location. The food and atmosphere was top notch. I ordered the bang bang shrimp tacos and Atlantic salmon. Everything was cooked to perfection and brought out in a timely manner. The waitress did a fantastic job accommodating to my tight schedule. Definitely check out this Bonefish location if you haven't already!

It was a great ambience and the food was tasty... The pesto olive oil that comes with the bread is delicious. However service was extremely slow. We couldn't get our persons attention and then the food took forever to come out. We ended up boxing up the food to go and I was still late to my later engagement which was 10 min away and 90 minutes after we arrived.

Went in on a mostly empty night. Host chose to talk away on the phone with a caller instead of recognizing guests at the door. Finally was sat. Waitress never came to the table and as a previous server, I know that is not good service. Read some reviews while I waited and remembered I ate here a few months back and It was not good food which aligned with some other reviews. Got tired of waiting for someone to greet me and come to the table and got up and left. Money spent elsewhere.

The service was beyond excellent and they accommodated our large group. The provided us with a prix fixe menu and the value was worth it. The food is delicious as always and I enjoy coming here.

Great food we had the Mac and cheese, tacos, pork chops, pasta strawberry lemon and shrimp. Tacos were amazing. Such juicy Pork chops ever paired with Mac and cheese were an dynamite combination.

Cece and Imani provided impeccable service, ensuring our every need was met with a smile. When the salmon arrived at our table, it was piping hot and cooked to perfection. The sides that accompanied it were a delightful complement, adding a burst of flavor to each bite. My wife couldn't stop raving about the Sangria, claiming it was the highlight of the evening. According to her, it was so fantastic that it could've made even a rainy day feel like a tropical paradise. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience that left us fully satisfied. The bread, dumplings, salmon, and Sangria all contributed to a memorable meal. With excellent service and delicious food, this place truly hit the mark.

I went for Happy Hour and I was good and full when I left. The server was very nice and it wasn't crowded for a Thursday after 5.

We received horrible service and horrible food. We entered the restaurant about 2.5 hours before it closed and among other things, ordered their signature bang bang shrimp. When it came out with barely any sauce I made a comment to the server who said she’d fix it and brought us a COLD side of bang bang sauce. I asked for a manager but one never came so I won’t be returning to this franchise.

Solid restaurant with good food, reasonable prices, friendly and speedy service, and a great atmosphere for honestly either a casual dinner with friends or a slightly classier meal with a significant other or family. Their dishes are a bit on the saltier end of the spectrum, but everything was generally pretty solid. I tried their lobster and shrimp gnocchi, and, while it was delightful, it was definitely a bit too salty and rich to finish in a single meal. One of my friends opted for the fish and chips, and she said that while the fried fish fillets were delightfully crispy, there was an overabundance of fries, so the latter half ended up being a bit soggy and sad. The other friend tried out their sirloin and shrimp and was thoroughly impressed by Bonefish Grill's ability to deliver both surf and turf. We also tried out their infamous bang bang shrimp, which certainly lived up to the hype -- they were deliciously (and perhaps dangerously) decadent, and I would definitely recommend giving them a try at least once.

As an international flight attendant you can imagine that I eat out often. Recently after a tiring day, I dined at Bonefish and was immediately drawn into a welcome atmosphere. My glass of Cab was only $6.30 (yes!) and I asked Matt what dish he recommends. He suggested the crab crusted Pompano with garlic (26.90). Just the description got me salivating and I wasnt disappointed. It was absolutely delicious with a large portion. So glad that I got the last one. I found out later that Matt was the manager and he runs an excellent (and delicious!) show. I'll definitely return soon!

Chanell and Vince were an amazing duo. Chanell’s service was spectacular and Vince and his espresso martinis made my day. I’m from the south and usually judgmental, but this food was excellent. I will be back this is my new favorite brunch spot

Nieceyyy was our server and she was simply amazing.. she provided exceptional service.. Kay was our hostess. Kay provide great customer service. She greeted us as soon as we walked in. Food was amazing. I definitely give this location a 10/10… Not sure of the bartender’s name but I Nieceyyy suggested a blueberry lemon drop and it was everything I need plus more! Thanks for the exceptional workers at this location
