I didn’t feel safe looking around. The 3 or 4 male employees behavior was super aggressive and scary. They were also milling around together and speaking about the customers to each other.a male employee started shouting” BYE” at me repeatedly and loudly as I walked out like a barking dog. Women avoid especially, I can handle myself but this was extremely triggering and unprofessional. Contacted corporate and was given no response. -10/10

I came here filled with excitement looking for my very own staple gun. I was a little excited to finally purchase my own to add to my little tool collection. Lol. So imagine my happiness disintegrating when I walk up to the shelf and they're all gone! So the manager asked one of the employees if he could help me. Let me tell you, Brandon went above and beyond to find me that staple gun! He looked everywhere and finally found me one. I was beyond ecstatic to be able to purchase my staple gun. Thank you so much Brandon for going above and beyond to help me that night! You have no idea how much I appreciate it!

I went out of my way to go to this location because I had never been. The store looked bigger from the outside and the very nice cashier needed longer arms.

Harbor freight has always been the low quality discount option but there is a whole lot more than meets the eye now. If you haven't been in the Lake Mead location in a minute go and check it out. Clean and organized, well stocked and cheerful, yes happy to help you workers.

I have shopped at Harbor freight for a long time. They have decent products which are useful and productive if you use them the right way. They are not especially a high end tool store. But their products are good priced and can still get the job done.

Convenient location. Fully stocked and the advertised sale items are in stock in abundance Counter staff very friendly. Store clean. Parking is a bit tight.

The go to for project tools and such. Staff is usually laid back and for the most part helpful. Store is stocked well and clean.

Some items good and some really inexpensive compared to all other sellers. Tarps are subpar because they wear out fast, even the so called "heavy duty" types. These window and door movement sensors are good. I use them WITH alarm sensors. So the alarm will go off, and these to alert occupants and intruders. BTW: The large package of bungee cords for tarps have a large assortment of lengths. However, the summer heat wears these out within one or two years maximum. Not very durable. Buying some stuff here can save money vs other sites. For example, these sensors are 1/3 the price of other sites!

So many great useful things here. Prices are right and a variety of quality products. Something for everyone

Let's just say that if you are looking for your every day tools this is the right place, very good prices on entry level to mid range tools, some are a little better than average but by no means you'll find fine precision, high performance or really heavy duty tools or products here. That being said, they do have a huge selection, nice warranties offered and always sales and promotions going on, I do buy a lot from them and so far very few disappointments, stores are always very organized and clean. Over all a good option for tools and hardware.

I love going to Harbor Freight because the tools are half of the price of other stores and because I'm a girl and don't use tools all the time I don't mind not getting the high-quality tools.

Nine place check it out. Many many good deals walk the store fine all aisle fine the great price on tools car stuff. Etc I recommend that you check it out and find all the deals because it's a great place. Peace out

If your looking for Snap-On quality then this is not the store for you. However if your looking to buy a tool that may break because you don’t know what your doing this is the place for you. In all seriousness, harbor freight has come along way with their quality. I would not buy many of their power tools, however, most homeowners would be happy with their selection and pricing.
