    The franchise owner needs to be stripped of his or her franchise rights because this place is so incompetently run it is unreal. I have never in my life been to a fast food restaurant that is so consistently, mind-bogglingly slow. They frequently lack basic ingredients like rice and beans as well. I would say I've *attempted* to go here at least once a week for the past 8 months. I don't know what on earth is up with their staffing, but at least half of the time, even at 10 or 11 PM at night, the drive thru line is literally 20-30 minutes long even if there are only 4-5 cars in the line. Tonight was the first ever. There were only THREE cars ahead of me and I sat in line for 25 minutes. The Honda Civic two cars ahead of me sat at the window for literally 15 minutes. This is false advertising. You are not fast food. You are slow food. Shut down your location until you are properly staffed. Whoever owns this location: Running a franchise is not complicated. The fact that you can't run one in one of the highest income areas in the southern WA area is an strong indicator that you were not meant to be a franchise owner. Please sell your franchise to a competent hirer and find yourself a job you can handle.

    Horrendous service. Alicia is a bad manager. She encouraged me to return my order after I had ordered on the screen in the lobby. Wasn’t apologetic and no accountability. I asked for her name she refunded. After waiting for nearly a half hour I had to shout to a worker to have anyone realize I was even there. If you don’t service dine in just say so and no one will ever dine in ever again. Not a problem.

    This is the worst Taco Bell that I’ve even been too. 47 minutes for 5 cars. Speed of service is non existent! Manager called me a “Dickwad” when I complained. Needless to say I didn’t take the food. They need to clean this place up and give some customer service training to the staff and management. I will be taking this to the highest levels, as I am tired of this place and judging from the reviews so are others. The GM of this store should be ashamed to run this restaurant!!!!!! Their food is always soggy and cold and it takes forever to get anything here.

    I have never experienced a more incompetently run Taco Bell in my life. I have literally sat in this drive thru for 40 MINUTES!!! No that’s not a typo. Another time they left out 6 burritos. 6!!! This manager should actually be ashamed. I would give zero stars and I never leave bad reviews. Ridiculous. The only reason they’re in business is because they’re one of the only fast food options in Ridgefield.

    Slowest Taco Bell ever. Literally the opposite of fast food. Ichi teriyaki right next to it has your order ready 15 min after you placed it online. I did online order at this Taco Bell and still waited an hour and the drive through was not even that busy. No hate to the employees trying their best but to the OWNER hire.more.people.

    They stole my money. The drive-thru cashier "forgot" to give my card back at the drive thru. When I picked it up an hour later, I checked my account statement to find and extra $20+ charge from this location. I called them when I got home and they refused to answer the phone. Also they've given me the wrong order/forgotten things in my order the last 4 times I've been through. Never again.

    I've frequented this location over the last couple of years, and not once has been a good experience. It's always either they don't have the stock they need to make basic menu items or the employees closing the store way earlier than the hours state. The worst by far is when we went and an employee literally blocked the drive thru WITH THEIR CAR so they wouldn't have to work. My boyfriend went tonight and he said the employee told him they closed at midnight but 2 hours later their lights were still on and they were still answering the headset. This is ridiculous.

    Walked in on Saturday , 9/23/03. Staff was not friendly. No welcome or smile. Bathroom needed attention. Floor were sticky. Condiment area dirty and table were not wiped down. For a new area. I'd expect more

    As far as the food goes, it's what you'd expect...but as others have said, service leaves a lot to be desired. Especially at breakfast -- you never really know when they are going to open. The sign says 8, but the lobby may not open until 10. Or if it is open, they may not be serving yet. Or just through the drive through. Never know until you get there, even if you order via the app!

    This location is such a disappointment! Sat in the drive thru for over a half hour tonight, about 10 minutes at the window watching one of the employees showing off his energy drink to another employee. When we finally got our food it was ice cold and soggy like it had been sitting in water.

    Yikes. This place is a mess. It needs much better management. I haven’t tried my food yet today, but I’m hella nervous. It’s dirty in here and gansta rap music is playing LOL. Ridin’ Dirty’ Update. Got food… and there’s no hot sauce. I asked for 12 packets and got none. Second update: no napkins either. I used mobile ordering technology from my phone and picked it up inside. Food was skimpy and poorly made. Undersized. My grilled burrriti wasn’t grilled. :(. I’ll pick up in Longview where we have three great tbells nextime. Your bad service isn’t good for local businesses. I stopped at the local grocery store and gave them business on my way home.

    Clean but EXTREMELY SLOW staff, waited 20 minutes for 2 items. The staff moved at a snails pace, so irritating, this is supposed to be fast food. They have also messed up my order on multiple occasions. Young people these days are so lazy and entitled.

    Franchise owner should not own a business, they clearly dont care about quality. Barely any meat at all in the food, mostly old lettuce and cheese. Chicken quesadilla had maybe 5 little pieces of chicken, crunchwrap had about 2 spoonfulls of beef.

    This is by far THE BEST Taco Bell in the area. I'll drive all the way out there from Vancouver. They get our special orders correct every time. They never short us food. Service is always top notch! Very friendly. Great work!
