We had to have two of our kids sedated for dental work. I was an anxious mess but the staff were all amazing and did everything they could to make the kids as comfortable as possible. I absolutely loved that they let them get to sleep before starting ANYTHING which I loved. Made it so much less scary for the kids and less stressful for us parents. THANK YOU!!!

The staff at the center are amazing. They were wonderful with my daughter and did the best they could to make her feel comfortable and safe. Her teeth look incredible and she has complained little to almost not at all about pain. We didn't have to wait at all before being taken back and everything was quick and efficient. The anesthesiologist was exceptional and there were minimal after effects from the procedure.

Absolutely amazed with our experience here. Every person we came across made sure my son was comfortable and eased my nerves. You can tell everyone here cares about the well being of every child that comes into their care. They made sure as a parent I was fully informed of every step that would be done that day. As comfortable as one can be under the circumstances, from front desk to the nurses, surgeons and dentist, honestly they were all attentive and willing to answer any questions. My son (toddler), went in no fights because prior to going in the staff had been kind and comforting it in turn put us at ease. We appreciate all your hard work, you made it seem effortless. On top of that my son's teeth look amazing, all went well thank God. Thank you all as well, definitely will recommend!

Don't recommend at all, bad bad really bad customer service,unethical, irresponsible... I took my 5 year old son for a procedure where he was going to be anesthetized for about 2 hours so he didn't eat or drink anything since the night before, his appointment was at 10:30 in the morning and at 9:15 in the morning they call me to let me know that they were late and that the appointment was postponed until 11:30 in the morning. We arrived at 10:30 in the morning to sign and finalize the appropriate paperwork and also pay the copay. We waited until 12 noon and no one said anything until I got up and asked how much longer they were going to take and I was told maybe an hour or more because they were running late. At that moment I canceled everything because my son hadn't eaten all morning and he wasn't going to wait more than an hour for them to attend him, apart from 2 hours of procedure and recovery (they're crazy).

We arrived 30 minutes early as the appointment indicated, and right at 10 they were handing my child over. I must express a deep gratitude to the staff at Sun Valley because they are all attentive, helpful, communicative, the reception staff very polite and helpful, and the medical staff spectacular!!!! We would definitely return for another appointment if necessary. My little one is still in surgery but I know it will turn out well. Well, in this center, professionalism and love and care for children predominate. Thank you so much!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would gladly give them.

I am totally satisfied I loved it, it started with the very kind and respectful staff, when I needed to know about my daughter they let me know very quickly, the doctors were very professional God bless them and give them a lot of wisdom 🫶 thank you so much for taking care of my daughter 🙏🏻
