Warm, Friendly Environment. Quiet, very comfortable rooms. The complimentary breakfast was very good, with a nice assortment of pastries, yogurt, eggs, waffles and lots of fresh fruit.

This is a very nice hotel - comfortable, quiet and very clean. Being off the freeway (but not too far) is a big plus. The staff is welcoming and helpful and the breakfast better than average. Although rather expensive, it's a welcome change from the average chain hotel. Definitely recommended if you're traveling through the area.

I did the mobile check-in via the App. Got my digital key in the timely manner. It was a nice surprise when we got to the room that the crib (we request in advance) was already set up. Thank you so much. The room is a little small for little one to run around but it’s good enough for one night. Definitely a new built facility so everything is clean. Staffs welcome us when we walked through the door. That wins my point for friendly staffs already. So far, no complaint.

The best hotel! From the moment i arrived Robert made me feel so welcome and he made sure we had everything we needed. All of the staff from the beginning of our trip till the end made it so welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and gourmet. From the rotation of daily made items to the selection available. We were traveling as a family with a little one and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Hands down the best place i have stayed.

Super clean and nice rooms. Staff is amazing, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast has a nice variety. Pool is is warm and comfortable not ice cold like most motels. My stay was amazing and I would definitely recommend. One safety concern I noticed was the mutiple filters/vents on the hot tub floor. This could pose a risk for falls because you cannot see them with jets on and I tripped over them several times. Otherwise place is amazing.

I have been to many Hampton Inn & Suites but this particular one is outstanding! What makes it so is their staff. The people who work here care about exceptional hospitality and it was awesome to see this. The staff created me warmly upon checking in and within an 1 hour of checking in, they texted me to make sure that my room was okay. Also during my stay, I had to schedule the shuttle for a 4:30am airport drop-off and they accommodated me on this as well. (They even had breakfast to go for some folks at that hour-wow!) (I would've had some breakfast but I'm allergic to wheat and dairy.) The hotel is located in a nice spot. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. It is also about 10 minutes away from the Oregon (PDX) airport and Fort Vancouver National Park. The hotel was in a quiet spot and there were no issues with noise from guests or the busy street that was near. The breakfast in the morning had a full spread which included: eggs, sausage, french toast, oatmeal, and fruit, plus they had almond milk (which is a huge plus for me being dairy free.) The rooms were very nice and clearly updated recently or renovated. They also included daily housekeeping if you were interested (rare these days!) The pool and sauna were nice as well, only downside was that the indoor pool had specks floating in it- I believe that sides of the pool were coming off, but it did not deter me from swimming. :-) There is a reason that this hotel keeps getting 5 star reviews and it is their staff. They are great at their job and awesome at keeping the hospitality alive in Portland/Vancouver area. Thank you everyone, your hard work did not go unnoticed!

This hotel is quite new and in very nice condition. The bed and pillows were very comfy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is that the blinds in the window are designed so that they can't be closed, which seemed very weird to me since I like it very dark when I sleep. Our room was on the back side of the hotel (not facing Mill Plain), so there fortunately wasn't much city or traffic light to flood in the window at least. Our favorite part of the hotel was the pool! It's Very warm, which was a wonderful surprise - like, halfway between normal pool temperature and hot tub temperature 🙂 most hotel pools are too cold for me, but I was able to stay in this pool for well over an hour and felt comfortable the whole time. Oh! The breakfast was delicious, with lots of items to choose from, and was included in the price! We love those make-them-yourselves waffle makers, fresh hot waffles in the morning are a wonderful way to start the day 🙂

Our home office booked this for us. Amazing! Beds fantastic, service outstanding and food is always available whether it’s breakfast, taco bar on Tuesdays, fresh baked cookies or grab bag for breakfast on the go… awesome!!

Front desk lady that gave me her name (Holly) was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am from out of state and had made a reservation on Christmas Eve to stay there. When I arrived, they said my card did not authorize the reservation. I called my bank but because this was a Sunday and Christmas Eve, I was unable to resolve the issue with my card. I left explaining I would return to check in when I resolved the issue. I returned a few hours later, (My brother who lives in town) booked a second reservation for me using HIS credit card and he gave me his card so that I could use it for this emergency to check in. When Holly learned this was my brother's card, she alluded that me using my brother's card was ILLEGAL and was a crime. I told her my brother booked the reservation using his card and she could reach him by calling him to confirm he had made the reservation for me, she was reluctant to speak with him but did briefly. My brother told Holly that he had booked my reservation and would authorize the charges. Holly told him he could be anybody and she has no way of knowing whether or not the person she was talking to on the phone was him or not, and he may have to come to the hotel in person to show his ID. Holly told my brother it was against policy to allow me to use his card. My brother asked her to send him a copy of the hotel policy and she refused. She handed me the phone and she overheard me telling my brother, I was going to find another hotel to stay at due to the way I was being treated by Holly. Holly then told me she was cancelling my reservation and told me "Leave my hotel" I left, and she told me she was putting me on the "do not rent" list. I travel for business and stay in hotels frequently. I have since spoken to other hotel managers afterwards and told them how I was treated. They said they only put people on "do not rent lists" for damaging rooms or owing money. NOT because of a disagreement. They also said all Holly would have needed to do if she didn't feel right was to send over a credit authorization to my brother that had booked the reservation OR call him at his number listed on the reservation. I have NEVER been Treated like this in my life. I have NEVER had any problems with hotels in my life until this one. I have hotel managers that have offered to give me glowing recommendations as a customer at their hotels if necessary. So as of 12.29.23 (five days later, I have rented at two different hotels with ZERO issues. To make things worse, the General Manager at this hotel (Nick) promised to reach out to my by Thursday 12.28.23 and has not done so to take my complaint against Holly, she here we ARE me leaving an honest review of the way me and my sixteen year old son were treated by Holly.

My son had his ACT test in Camas, so we arrived the day before so he can sleep well. Well it didn't happen. All of us got woken up at 3am thanks to a noisy and rowdy group of people next door. Called front desk twice, and finally the hotel managed to remove them. By then 1 hour had passed and we were all wild awake. My son tossed and turned for the rest of the "night" and was drowsy and sleepy coming into the test. The hotel responded by the book and they can't control what customers come into their facility. I don't necessarily blame them for that, but wish they could've responded much quicker. The hotel has full breakfast, very nice!

I am not sure why Google shows this as a 2 star hotel, we stayed here for a weekend and it was fantastic! The staff were incredibly helpful, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was good. All around great experience, but the staff are what made are stay excellent.

Overall, this is an excellent place to stay. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and clean. The staff members are very nice and accommodating. They offer a good variety of foods for breakfast and have dinner items two days a week. We stayed three nights and we would stay again. The only negative is that room walls are thin. If you have late-night talkers as neighbors, you might have trouble sleeping.

The people of this hotel have a passion to help you. Everyone there made me feel welcome and at home. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool, spa, and fitness center was clean and visual appealing. The breakfast was delightful and on Tuesday and Wednesday they have dinner for the guest. The dinners were so good and comforting when away from home.

Room 308 8-7-23 to 8-8-23 1. Bathroom tub/shower has mold growing inside and shower head has deposits causing jets to become clogged 2. Bathroom ceiling is peeling paint above shower and wall paper is peeling from the walls. 3. Mini fridge within room didn’t work/get to temp - nothing like warm leftovers - cheesecake from dinner…. 4. Free breakfast, not bad but when the fruit is rotting/flies living inside the fruit “banana” and set out for customers to consume…. Excuse given… “we didn’t get our shipment in yet…”. So, that’s gives them permission to serve rotting food…? Pool/hot tub was decent temps, hot tub had tons of soap and lotion residue due to people not rinsing off before getting inside. Lots of suds… a water change or keeping up with the proper chemicals would help. Maintenance is lacking with the small details from caulking done right, to general repair's…. Not a Hampton Inn, but a Motel 6 should be its name…..

This hotel was a great experience for all members of our family reunion/Celebration of Life! The hotel was beautiful and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the meeting room we used was great, as was the breakfast. We couldn't have asked for any better for our purpose this trip!

We were in town to see family for a graduation. The rooms were larger than expected and had plenty of room for our family. Last minute we changed reservations from the BW down the street because it did not offer a breakfast for the same price. This hotel breakfast was one of the best we have experienced and the kids certainly took full advantage. The gym also had a large assortment of free weights and cardio equipment so we were able to keep up with our routines. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

I have stayed here before and love it. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. The location is convenient and in a nice neighborhood (luxury apartments nearby), with easy access to the freeway, and a lot of restaurants of various price levels nearby.

I love staying at the Hampton. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and very spacious. We stayed in a room with two queen bed. There is no one having continental breakfast like the Hampton anymore. No one offers breakfast anymore since Covid hit us. They also have a charging station for EV just in front of the hotel. It’s free to charge(love it)

We had a blast at this hotel. All of the staff we encountered were incredibly nice and helpful. The pool is awesome and WARM which can be rare for hotel pools! This is one of our favorite places to 'staycation' in the couve!

Not only did the construction of this hotel mess up the field that used to be a great place to walk my ferrets, but the field that it rests in is a terrible place to play d&d over discord when it is windy out as the air pressure differentials adjust after the sun sets!!! 😡😡🤬🤬🤬😡

Very nice hotel. We had an issue with the room upstairs, who were letting the child run back and forth and jumping off the bed after 9pm. We called the front desk to ask if they could talk with the occupants, we had an early checkout scheduled to continue our trip. The front tdesk person, I'm sorry we don't remember her name, actually upgraded us to a suite and we were able to get a good nights rest. We will definitely use Hampton Inn again.

Such an amazing stay. Quite frankly some of the kindest hotel staff I have EVER come across. Derrick was just icing on the cake, so helpful , kind and respectful. 10/10 stay. The folks here went beyond my expectations. If only all hotel staff were as amazing as they are.

We had a pleasant experience, and a wonderful stay. Staff was professional, friendly, approachable, attentive and welcoming. We came for a friends 60th birthday celebration and had over 30 rooms blocked for our party. The breakfast was delicious, coffee was great. Thank you Fran and Robert for the great service and hospitality. The hotel was clean during our stay. We would stay here again.
