Multiple factual inaccuracies regarding this room when I booked it. There is NOT free parking. There is parking on the street and you have to move your car around every few hours if you don't want a ticket. They are ticketing aggressively. There is no free breakfast unless you have a more expensive room. The room is small, with a shared bathroom which wouldn't be an issue except the one shower is in the same room, so if someone is showering you have to go to another floor to use the bathroom. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. I've been woken up every morning to someone yelling loudly on the phone between 4 am and 7 am every morning. The window AC was left in the window over the winter and cooled air is blowing around it so the room is freezing. There's a space heater to slightly make up for it. This does not feel very 3 star at all, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Needed 1 night's accommodation in the gorge. This place was very reasonably priced and on a cute street. Check in was pleasant. The rooms are clean and have good amenities except bathrooms. At least ours didn't. It wasn't a problem but still. No one in staff in the evening. There is also a shared common area with a microwave and water kettle.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying at the Camas Hotel. The location is great, but the rooms are sub-par and service poor. My room’s door did not physically shut and there was no deadbolt. It could be opened by simply pushing - no key required. I notified the front desk the first night and followed up the next afternoon. To my knowledge, no maintenance came and the hotel made no attempt to contact me for options or concessions. It’s pretty unacceptable for a hotel at this price point to not deal with an issue like that with urgency. We had to wedge a chair under the door at night and kept our valuables with us during the day. We did enjoy the large bathtub but it was difficult to relax. Hopefully the hotel fixes the door (and the broken dryer) and is more responsive for future guests.

Great location but policies are confusing about breakfast and the rooms on the third floor have two shared bathrooms for several rooms. It does not bother me to do this style but it wasn't clearly communicated through the listing when booking. Arguing with me about the lack of communication gave me a bad vibe to reconsider staying here in the future.

I did not stay here but participated in a bridal party gathering. The location in downtown Camas is perfect and the staff were super accommodating to our group. Would definitely be interested in a stay sometime in the future!

The reception lady was not trying to help us with their mistake. On booking we were renting a room with a 150ft2, but they put us into a room of 100ft2 and only thing they said - that they don't have any other room available that matches the criteria for your booking. We didn't like the service at all! Stuff and managers are not interested in customers. Nobody even trying to resolve their mistake. Hotel in general: 1) weird smell in bathrooms and corridors 2) the shower is tooooo slow to heat. I was waiting until it will become warm for a 10 minutes 3) hotel needs to be refurbished, everything looks old 4)toilet doors are also locked with card keys and it's so annoying to take your card every time with you 5) Internet was not working for 2 days. Was not even trying to work 6) walls are very thin. From your room you can hear other person in the restroom, even though it is across corridor Room: 1) super tiny room as maximum of 100ft2 where they put too much furniture. To open the fridge we were moving a chair every time 2) the bed is so uncomfortable and squeaky, the mattress is not firm, so you roll toward center

I always use the Cameo as a halfway point stop from WA to Oregon. I use the Twin Euro rooms as I'm seriously only going to sleep. But you are downtown in the heart of Camas, with great restaurants, brew puns & boutique shopping. Sweet, neat, quiet

Loved the price point! Our waitress at the Mesa recommended this place. I will stay again when we come this way. Loved the feel of the place and the vibe of the support staff.

Only 2 shared toilets/2 shared showers for an entire floor of 11 rooms?!?! That’s 22 people! Three times I tried, one of the toilets was clogged and couldn’t be used. NO hot water for shower-arguably lukewarm by the end, at just before 7am and again around 5pm. The second morning at 8 AM it got a little warmer a little quicker. But the same Hair that was in my first and second showers was still there the third time. The body wash dispenser was empty all 3 days. See pictures. When both are in use (people showering), what are you supposed to do when you have to go NOW?! Also after 2 days of 86-87 degrees, 3rd floor bathrooms were incredibly hot with a simple fan. The bathroom Lock works but only if you really make sure it’s thoroughly latched-both mom and I were walked in on. A wedding party was loud and we experienced half nakedness when doors were half open. Rooms are pretty small; view sucked(see pic) Front desk people forgot to bring our luggage up to the 3rd floor for 4 hours and since a shift happened, the new worker didn’t even know who the piece’s belonged to in order to bring it to us. 🤦🏻‍♀️ The good: nice sunroom with several little tables, and excellent location, featuring Tommy O’s next door which was excellent. Coconut dessert was to die for.

Second time staying here. Great place Friendly staff and great service as before. Pictures of the beautiful lounging and eating area on the second floor with a kitchen to prep and heat your food.

Would highly recommend this hotel! They went above and beyond for us. We had an issue on our late check in on the first night getting in really late and couldn’t get into our room. They more than made up for it and Wonderful customer service! Very grateful for everything!

Very local town, friendly atmosphere & staff. Cozy, comfortable room with soft bedding/towels & excellent water pressure. Walkable area to breweries, hiking areas; safe, & easy off street parking. Great WiFi with complimentary breakfast.

I had an extra day to stay in the near Portland area and found this fun boutique hotel online due to how affordable it was. It was the perfect fit and was located in the most quaint, calm, and welcoming town of Camas. Right on their Main Street strip. Lots of food options and places to explore!

We had the most incredible stay at Camas Boutique hotel, room 203. The room was beautifully decorated & absolutely immaculate. Bed was the most comfortable, with the softest most luxurious bedding. And I've never seen such a huge jacuzzi tub, which we thoroughly enjoyed! The staff were so friendly & ensured we had the best stay. And then to have a delicious breakfast included, at the darling little corner cafe (Natalia's)! Located in the heart of wonderful downtown Camas, this hotel is a rare gem & you won't be disappointed!! A+++++

What a gem! This was the perfect place for a quick little getaway. The staff were friendly and accommodating, our room was beautiful and comfortable, and we loved sipping our morning coffee in the atrium. I’m not a fan of inflated “5-star” reviews but I truly can’t think of anything that would have made our stay nicer. Even the breakfast place they sent us to (Natalia’s) was awesome. Definitely worth a visit!

This hotel is great for a couples getaway! Sierra was very helpful and super friendly. Had a great time! Rooms are very charming. Downtown Camas is sooo quiet! It's Great! Check out First Friday's also. Several great restaurants also nearby.

Lovely hotel and very friendly front desk receptionist. Pretty clean and I loved the super soft towels. Downside were the wifi was not really great and stairs were not easy on the knees after a day of hiking. Great location in downtown Camas, I would stay here again.

We live in the area and wanted to have a night out on the town and stay so we could be safe and not drive. I have heard great things about this place and it didn't disappoint. Everything was perfect, staff is exceptional, the building is spectacular and the rooms worth every penny. Camas is a fun place to stay and enjoy the local night life.

Super cute hotel. We were in town for a work demo. Definitely recommend Only downfall was the ac wasn't keeping up with the heat. Very clean. Modern but still old school original vibe. The town is very old and you can find little hidden gems all over. We are already excited to plan a trip for actual vacation.

What a delight! Our room was charming, clean and comfortable and our en-suite bathroom was large and updated. We loved the charm of this historic hotel downtown historic Camas. We will definitely return and recommend the Camas Boutique Hotel to our friends who are traveling to the Portland, OR area!

What a great experience! Wish we would have found this earlier in our visit to the area. Charming and beautiful rooms as was the hotel overall. Great dining and shopping choices including the amazing breakfast that came with the room! Staff were also super friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back!

Had a good stop at this hotel. Stayed in room 24 which was cozy and comfortable, great for a single person, and it was very clean and tidy with a sink in the room itself. Coffee maker and lots of towels are provided and the WiFi was excellent. Restrooms are shared and across the hall but was spacious and also really clean. There's a peaceful atrium/dining area on the second floor with a water fountain and big open sky lighting and a microwave for your food and ice machine for your drinks. Parking is a bit tight in downtown Camas, especially on Thursday nights where there is no overnight parking and you'll have to park in an overflow lot 2 blocks away and have to go back at least once to put the parking pass on, every other day though shouldn't be much of an issue. Tommy o's is a great restaurant right next door as well!

I decided the day of that I needed to treat my boyfriend to a night away. The room was perfect and the hotel staff was amazing! We had a great dinner at Tommy O's and breakfast at Natalia's which was perfection! I was very impressed by how comfortable the mattress was. It was a the best night away we have had in a very long time!

Such a cute place to stay. Very clean and the area is nice to walk around in. Only down side was we didn’t get our bottle of Champagne until the night before we had to leave and TSA confiscated it. I would suggest asking for it if you plan to get the Champagne toast. Otherwise I would come back again!

A lot of character to this hotel. Perfect location for visiting Camas, walk to everything you'd want to do! Nice people, very clean rooms. There's an atrium that great sit and eat, or drink coffee and watch the squirrels. Includes free breakfast at a really great diner next door. Don't be surprised by 1. No elevator, all the rooms are on the second and third floors, and 2. Some rooms don't have their own private bathroom, not necessarily a deal breaker, but if it is for you, make sure you know what you're getting.

I could not recommend this hotel more! We stayed in the honeymoon suite for the week of our wedding and it was absolutely perfect! The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was so comfortable and charming, and everything about the hotel and town is just so cute, we can’t wait to come back! I loved going over to Natalia’s for our complimentary breakfast each morning too. the portions are huge, the space is adorable and the coffee was delicious!

I had what they referred to as a European style room ... shared bathroom was across the hall. And indeed I have encountered this a few times over the years while traveling Europe. No problem ... the shared bath was huge with a great shower. The room itself was very clean with all amenities and a small sink in the corner. Staff was friendly and efficient. It is a funky little boutique hotel perfectly located in what turned out to be a great little downtown area in Camas, Oregon.

We stayed at the hotel with a gift card my mother in law had given us as a gift - we were super excited to have a night away from the kids! We then were told that the gift card was not paid for and were charged for the room. (After our stay of course) When I spoke with the manager he was extremely rude and said that the gift card was legitimate but that they issue gifts cards off a 'trust basis' & that the gift card was not paid for. I have never heard of any company issuing a gift card without payment. (I know my mother in law & she would never have left there without paying for the gift card) Also, having a budget - we would not have stayed there if we knew we would have to pay the full amount. Knowing we had a gift card we were so excited to get a night away at a minimum cost to us. Its very sad as we enjoyed staying downtown Camas (and this was our first time staying that the Camas Hotel so we were also excited to stay at a new place) & will definitely be going back to the boutique shops & restaurants but it's clear what is important to the owners / managers of the hotel. They should have honored the gift card. We will not be staying there EVER again & will not be recommending this hotel to any of our friends and family that come to visit. Very disappointing.
