Villa Hermosa is now canyon heights. The management told us that they are going to make "improvements" to the sixty year old park. It's just a ploy to raise our rent forty bucks a year. $850.00 a month for a rented space is outrageous and that's what we'll be paying in five years. Do not move here

Lived here 20 years now. The park is nice and my neighbors are all great. The park has changed owners many times, but the new ones lately have really improved the grounds, streets, and street lights. A very comfortable place to live on the outskirts of Henderson....very nice and quiet.

The manager of Villa Hermosa Mobile Home Park really cares about the the people who live here. She takes care of the children during every holiday, Christmas presents, Easter egg hunts, snack days during the summer time. Once a month they have food brought in and all the tenants can take what they need bread, vegetables, fruits, pastries and can goods. Mostly it's a tight little community. The mobile homes are mostly older, but not run down. All in all it's a nice place to live.

The managers are a couple Karens who have nothing better to do than to try to insert themselves in other tenants lives. They overreach in their job titles and considering they're also residents, it's completely unacceptable. Pathetic

It fit my budget although prices are going up just a little. They have a few open trailers. There is a play area for the kids, area for basketball and other games. A nice sized pool, opens soon. Management is nice and courteous. There are books and games for whoever wants to use them. I've been here for 8 years.

As the manager here and in response to several untrue statements regarding my personal life I would like to say that we are very professional at Villa Hermosa MHP. Like anywhere you live. there are rules. Don't always believe some of your bad reviews because unfortunately when you are asked to leave or you are evicted, the only way they can come back at you is by positing a bad review. Always call our office or stop by the office and make your opinion for yourself. I will not comment on a few of the bad reviews and tell you their situation or why they were asked to not to live here, however only judge for yourself. We love our community and our residents and many people and families call this their home and love and enjoy living here.

No longer Villa Hermosa, the mobile home park is under new management and is curently called Canyon Heights Mobile Home Community Park or just Canyon Heights... Ive seen other trailer/mobile home parks in the Henderson/Las Vegas area and i have to say that , in my opinion, Canyon Heights is the cleanest, quietest, safest, and most affordable park in the surrounding area.. I have lived in this park for close to 15 years now💯🤠

This new management is pure garbage !! The office ladies are so incompetent they lose peoples rent and act like it’s not their fault also double charge the rent truly unprofessional I miss the old management

Oh wow, my husband and I moved our mobile home into this park in 1979, when it was brand new! It was great then, no one got into your business (except one lady across the street from us) and, the management minded their own business and, were helpful and pleasant.......doesn't sound that way, now. The park has gotten so much bigger! If I remember correctly, our space was, 106, a corner lot, they may have reconfigured since 1979, though. I loved it there, it was out of the way, Boulder hwy was nothing but desert from there to, Vegas, not so, now! (I worked at Las Vegas Downs, the greyhound track) . I'm wondering if my good friends the Armijos are still there.......Larry and, Maria? I've lost touch with them. (Probably not, this was the early 80's, that I moved from there) Anyway, just reminiscing.......my 5 star review reflects the park I knew and loved from 1979 to, 1982.

This complex is HUGE and it's easy to get turned around, especially at night when it's somehow darker than the rest of the city around it. And you have to be careful driving at night because there's lots of on-foot resident activity. It's sprawling, but at least it seems quiet. There's a great diversity when it comes to quality/age of mobile home here.

I been living in Villa Hermose for over 9 years and never had a problem. Yesterday there was a fire 2 doors down. We have a new Manager in here now Autumn . I was totally impressed to watch this young lady work and handle this fire. She made sure everyone was safe and everyone was calm. Made me feel very comforable. Tamara was are last Manager and was great. Just 2 different ways in managing Autumn came in our Community to improve properties by going around checking to see if properties are maintained and explained what her goals are for Villa Hermosa didnt understand at first even got a violation, upset me but after talking with her she explained that she wants us to be proud of were we live and to make are property valve go up...so by keeping it clean and she wants to work as Community a family. Thank you for a Great Manager that truly cares about all those that live here.

great park super clean and calm the young girls in the office are so nice friendly and helpful i think its great that they also speak Spanish my mother in law is only spanish speaking and she loves being able to go and ask her self for anything she needs they are always there and we go or when we call.

Manager Tamara is nuts . she tries to control peoples daily lives . she will smile in your face then turn around like a child and talk crazy. Tons of drugs in the park cops are constantly there , our toy hauler was broken into ex. Tamra said its not her problem. She will have her attorney write up notices for Any reason she sees fit then threaten to take legal action. Beware

Use to live there back in the day. Looking for reasonably priced home to buy there then I'll come back love the mountain views pool Jacuzzi always clean friendly neighbors safe place to live for it being a older trailer park.

I church friend live here in a trailer motohome close to wild fire casino. Rtc transportacion close at Boulder hwy and Magic way close to plastic fabric Poly west y close to Boulder city. Claean and quiet place.
